"Am I going crazy or... does that little girl have as much chakra as the old perv?" Kaede asked while pointing to a little blond girl who was accompanied by a dark haired girl, both running from a literal ARMY if angry NPCs

Jiraya covered his face with his hand, hiding his expression from Naruto and Kaede, as he said

"That... girl... is Tsunade... she is transformed..." He said

"What!? You are joking right?" Naruto, who saw stranger things on his life, seemingly forgot about the all so useful transformation jutsu...

"Ehh... wasn't she supposed to be as old as you? and who is the other one then?" Kaede askes, already knowing the answer to her questions, but who cares?

"I am not old, brat! I am a sage, so I need to keep up with the appearances!" Jiraya said while doing some weird pose

"Yeah... your sage of perverted ways appearance" Kaede shot back, but was totally ignored by the perverted sage

"Tsunade had the bad habit to gamble a lot, the problem being that she absolutely sucks at this, these angry people must be related to that.

And that girl by her said, is Shizune, her assistant/apprentice/babysitter!" Jiraya said, luckily for him, Tsunade didn't hear him, or else...

Anyway, the trio followed the two for some time, until Jiraya proved why he is a perverted sage, and got distracted because of a beautiful woman, losing Tsunade's tracks

"You sure are hopeless, huh?" Kaede asked with a disgusted expression, making Jiraya uncomfortable

"What should we do now? keep searching?" Naruto asked, not having enough common sense to see the bad actions of Jiraya in a negative way

"sigh... let's go eat something before we go search... it is almost mid day..." Jiraya said, knowing that this time it was his fault

Walking in a random pub (like, ok...) Jiraya froze

"...Tsunade?" he asked as he saw his old teammate at a table

"huh...? Jiraya? what are you doing here?" Tsunade asked as she looked over to Jiraya

'And then, they fucked...' Kaede thought, looking at the cliche situation before her

"He came her to find some random woman to stare at, this perv" Kaede said at the side, throwing Jiraya at a lion's den

"Ohh?" Tsunade looked at Jiraya with a dangerous expression

"Wait! That isn't the whole reason I am here!" Jiraya defended himself

"But it us still part of the reason..." Kaede said at the side, putting the last nail on the coffin

And it was at this moment that Jiraya knew

Some time later, Jiraya was sitting at the table with Tsunade, Shizune, Naruto and Kaede, though he was full of bruises on his face... I wonder why?

"So... Sensei is stepping down and wants me as the next hokage?" Tsunade asked while barely containing her laugh

*cough cough*

Naruto almost choked when he heard that, I mean, it was his ultimate dream, being given away just like that?

"Yes" Jiraya answers shortly, not wanting to beat around the bush and be beaten up again

"dagakotowaru!(But I refuse!)" Tsunade said coldly

"Huh?" Naruto exclaimed surprised

"Only a fool would accept to become a hokage..." Tsunade begins to monologue about a lot of unimportant crap, but whatever...

Naruto jumps and tries to attack Tsunade, but Jiraya holds him off

"Ne, Naruto... I know that being hokage is your dream and all... but she isn't wrong, per se...

Also, she just called her grandpa and granduncle fools... by the way..." Kaede said at the side, diffusing the situation

Tsunade looked down, probably because of what Kaede just said, she totally ignored that Naruto just attacked her

And Naruto as well, just remembered that Kaede, although 'supported' his dream, also thought it was foolish, and forgot... that he was angry? how does that work?

"Sigh... Kaede, Naruto... you two go to the inn we booked before and wait there, I need to talk with Tsunade about some serious matters..." Jiraya sighed and said

"Ah? Weren't we going to eat something?" Kaede asked in displeasure

"Fine, fine. I will take something and give it to you two after that, just go. I need to talk something serious with her..." Jiraya said, already feeling his pockets emptying, he surely knew how much Naruto could eat...

"Humpf! Fine, let's go Naruto" Kaede said as she begun to walk away

"But... but I didn't ag-"Naruto tried to argue, but before he finished talking, One glare from Kaede shut him up and he silently followed her out

"Uh... this two sure are... unique..." Tsunade said as she saw them leaving

"You have no idea..." Jiraya said as he once again sighed, these two keep giving him headaches nowadays...

While Kaede and Naruto left the pub, two cloaked figures saw them, and followed them back to their inn

'It seems that Jiraya is still at the pub... I should send a crow to warn him...' Itachi thought as he and Kisame walked leisurely towards their target

What he didn't know was that Kaede saw him and Kisame even before leaving the pub, courtesy of her [Jogan]

'Well well well... seems like we meet again Itachi...

Kaede thought, deciding to not have any embarrassing conversation with Itachi
