Lady Croc

Seth is now heading to an island in the New World, specifically Dressrosa. He was going to visit Lady Croc and see how she runs the kingdom and the underworld. Seth arrived in Dressrosa and landed on the docks before walking through the trading district. Most of the people he saw looked happy. He could even see toys like in the original artwork except this time the toys are criminals, spies, pirates or corrupt marines. There are even celestial dragons who wanted to impose their laws, people that no one mourns even though no one can. The toys are totally loyal to the person who transformed them, the one who ate the Hobi Hobi no mi, who is himself loyal to Seth. The toys helped police keep order in the kingdom.

Seth bought some snacks as he headed for Dressrosa's palace. The palace looks the same as in the anime. Seth approached the door, but was stopped by the guards.

"Stop, further on is the palace where the former royal family and their Majesty live. You can't pass, so turn around. " the guard said without any violence like the marines of the other time. The second said nothing and made no violent gesture, but remained on guard as his function requires.

"I came to see His Majesty, tell him Seth came to see her." Seth replied softly. The guards looked at each other to see if they should listen, but they shrugged and one of them went to pass the message on to His Majesty.

While waiting for the message to be delivered Seth began a conversation with the remaining guard. At first the guard only responds to Seth out of courtesy and vaguely, but as the conversation progresses the guard becomes less evasive and takes part in the conversation. The conversation lasted a few minutes before the second guard returned with a young girl.

The girl looks like she's no more than fourteen. She has long pink hair that ends in a long braid that ends halfway down her back. She wears a long yellow dress that is bulging from her waist. The young girl wears a happy and curious expression which is shown by her cute smile and her small brown eyes which sparkle with excitement.

"You can go sir, his majesty is waiting for you in the throne room." the guard declared respectfully. Seth nodded and said goodbye to the guard he had had a conversation with. Seth took a step before the girl positioned herself in front of him preventing him from passing. She looks at him for a few seconds before saying with an arousing voice. "Are you Mr. Seth, [Eternal Angel]?" Seth smiled and nodded. Seeing Seth nodding the little girl jumped downstairs. "I am a big fan, sir. When I grow up I want to be like you, strong, kind to people, mean to bad guys, and respected by everyone. " declared the little girl.

Seth was surprised by the girl's statement. He shook his head in front of his young fan. "* Tell me, young lady. Who are you ?" Seth asked.

"I am Rebecca, the second granddaughter of former King Riku and the second princess of Dressrosa." Rebecca replied with a small smile because one of her idols wants to know her.

"Rebecca, will you take me to the throne room where Her Majesty is?" Seth asked. Rebecca nodded violently to declare her agreement and show her happiness to spend more time with Seth. Rebecca and Seth chatted as Rebecca led Seth to the throne room. Well, it wasn't really a discussion, it looked more like an interrogation than a discussion, but you can forget it when you consider that Rebecca is a huge, huge fan of Seth.

The two eventually arrived in the throne room where they were announced when they entered.

"Mister Seth and Princess Rebecca" announced the town crier with a line of trumpet in the background. Everyone in the room turned to them when the announcement was made. There were many people in the room. The hall is a typical throne room, a large hall with columns on both sides that support the ceiling. Large windows and stained-glass let in a large amount of light, ensuring that the room is very bright. On either side of the columns are guards. At the end of the room is a staircase that leads to a golden throne with some precious stones. In front of the staircase are several people who look like nobles, merchants and bourgeois people. The people are dressed in a luxurious manner with clothes made of silks and gilding. The nobles didn't pay much attention to Rebecca because they knew her, all their attention was on Seth. Most did not recognize Seth and wondered why such a non-extravagantly dressed man, a peasant, can and do enter the palace and the throne room. While those who were recognized could not spoil their surprises and anxieties about the situation ahead for Seth is an emperor and the kingdom cannot afford to offend him.

Seth meanwhile did not take the nobles into account, but looked at the woman who sits on the throne. The woman is tall with long black hair with purple highlights. She has a wide bust, a slim waist and long legs. A long scar is on his face that cuts him in half that goes across both ears. His left hand is replaced by a golden hook. The woman is wearing brown pants with black high heels. She has a white corset with red strings. On his shoulders is a black fur coat. She smiles at Seth as she pulls his cigar out of his mouth and spits out smoke before putting his cigar back in his mouth.
