Chapter 7

Three months after the accident.

Mother finally stopped grieving and got herself together,however her behavior changed and she became more docile and fragile scaring Han Sen into doing anything to make her smile and satisfied so his grades got better in school even though it was now a compulsory school, I'd already graduated from private school school instead if a compulsory one by using 80% of my savings to pay for the rest of the school year, and asking my principal to let me take the test to complete the whole school program since my grades were already to the level that none of the teacher's could teach me anymore, so the only schooling I have left is military school in the future, but that's still years away.

One month later.

It only took four months before the other family members started turning into piranhas. It was only three days after the accident that they sold the company to Starry Group and even after that took the only vehicle we had which was a three million dollar space ship Father gave to Mother saying it was a company vehicle. Luckily we had some private savings that were left to us and the house couldn't be touched until Han Sen has entered First God's Sanctuary for six months.

I'd started studying law after everything was nibbled on until completely gone by those uncles and that aunt in case I needed it in the future for the Geno-Arts I created and sold to Saint's Hall and any other legal situation I got into.

Eight months later Han Sen was twelve, Little Yan was one year and two months old , and me I was twelve years old now.

I was able to get a job as an assistant and a researcher in Uncle Zhang's small firm to make a little money because the money in the private account would run out by the time Han Sen was six teen and a half years old. It didn't pay much because there were periods of time there wasn't any need for an extra hand because he already had a similar case and knew the particulars. Working with Uncle Zhang was able to let us have a little breathing room and during all this I was still able to keep up with the practicing of my two Geno-Arts though I was only able to practice my Yin-Art one or two time a day, but that's life never goes there's always choppy waters down stream after the calm periods.

Two and a half years later.

I quit working in Uncle Zhang's law firm. I've started focusing on my two Geno-Arts, physical training,and I've started training with my Ope Ope no Mi Devil fruit. When I tried using my Ope Ope no Mi for the first time I could only create a baseball sized spherical domain above my palm even such a small size drained about 85% of my stamina and 85% of my energy so I started by practicing energy control, I began by using the leaf concentration method and once I mastered that I would move onto the tree walking method followed by water walking.

One and a half years later and I'm now sixteen years old.

To this day my Geno-Arts and physical fitness have reached a limit because of the amount of energy, stamina, and strength of a sixteen year old's body can reach. I can currently bench press 325 lbs. and jog ten miles in fifty five minutes. The limit on my Ope Ope no Mi is currently at a limit of four feet radius in every direction with me as the center point how ever each time I use it it drains a third of both my energy and stamina.

The day after my sixteenth birthday standing in front of the teleport station which looks similar to a circular black colored portal. Standing be hind me is my whole family Han Sen is fifth-teen and little Yan four and a half years old mom was there holding little Yan in her arms before entering I kissed Mother and Little Yan on the cheek and gave a fist pump to Han Sen then entered the portal.

After entering the portal I was in a small room that only had a bathroom and a bed which is good because I told the family I was going to stay in God's Sanctuary for a whole week before leaving though they were worried they knew we needed money and status to come back from the recent down fall and increasing my strength and becoming an evolver was the best way to catch us before we hit rock bottom.

After exiting my room and looking around I noticed that the shelter was like a small town with the inner area being the living quarters and the outer are had people selling the meat of creatures they already maxed out on they were also the beast souls that they couldn't use for example an arrow for someone with no bow or had no training in archery.

Seeing a person walking by I stopped him and asked what shelter we were in.

Random Stranger: "Are you new to God's Sanctuary, I guess you are if your asking such a question, well this is Steel Armor Shelter with the three big shots being Qin Xuan whose in charge of the military presence, Son of Heaven who hires many of the stronger people that hadn't or couldn't join the military group Bullseye and lastly there's Fist Guy who is the most chill guy and only slightly weaker than the other two who are even in individual strength but group power and background is without a doubt Qin Xuan in this shelter."

I realized that I was extremely lucky to enter this shelter since I knew the area and people better due to reading the novel in my past life .

Jaden: "Can you point me in the direction of the Bullseye military camp then,please?"

He did and after going the way he pointed and the minimal info he gave I made it outside a long warehouse like building that was two stories tall.After knocking and getting no answer I entered the building and saw a long archery target training field there were a few people practicing and you could here the twanging of the draw string and release followed be the wind from the arrow flying through the air. While watching there was two people watching the uninvited guest from the window on the second floor that overlooked the archery range. After a few minutes Qin Xuan sent her best friend and second in command of Bullseye,Yang Manli to speak with him.

Arriving onto the first floor she paused when she saw a few of the other members approaching and wanted to see how things were going to play out.

Liu Hongtao: "Who are you,what are you doing just walking in here this group is related to the military if we could have you killed for trying to steal and learn classified intelligence."

Jaden: "First of you sound like a thug not a soldier, secondly your being disrespectful and accusing me with no evidence and lastly I knocked no one must've heard me though. Can you point me to someone higher up the ladder please and thank you."

Liu Hongtao: "You little bastard..."

Yang Manli: "That's enough Liu Hongtao everything he said has been told to you by your superiors but it seems as though you can't obey orders,do you need to be punished? As for you, our guest why don't you follow me and we can meet with the leader and you can ask what you want to and explain why your here."

Jaden: "Thank you,finally someone that is more sensible and knows how to treat others like human beings."

Turning around and seeing who was speaking I was momentarily tongue tied Yang Manli with her short white hair, long legs and a big butt with an b cup bra size paired with the cold look she gave to others, she was totally my type.

As I was following her up the stairs I noticed someone looking at me and noticed it was Liu Hongtao but he wasn't actually looking at me he was starring at Yang Manli's butt while she was going up the stairs,so I moved over blocking his sight. Which caused him to stare at my back with distaste and a look that screamed that he wanted to teach me a lesson for making him look bad in front of Yang Manli.

To annoy him more I placed my hands over my butt looked over my shoulder and mouthed pervert to him which caused him to literally turn red from holding his anger in.

After making it to the second floor and to the largest office at the end of the hallway and entering it we saw a young woman of nineteen or twenty holding her stomach from laughter.Once we entered the office I noticed the perfect view of the archery range and the stairs until you stepped onto the second floor and realized she must've seen everything that happened.

Qin Xuan: " Sorry,sorry just saw something funny. Now back to topic, why don't you start by introductions and then you can begin explaining the reason your here."

Jaden: "Okay, I'll start my name is Jaden Senju Sen and I want to join Bullseye, me skills lie in the medical and surgery field and I'm very knowledgeable about Geno-Arts.and I can even improve the one your currently using however in return I want to be be part of your gang with only the two of you being able to order me around and for you to accomplish one thing for me to the best of your ability or something else of an equal value."

Nearly everything he said was unbelievable to them.

Qin Xuan: "Okay first off I'm Qin Xuan and the leader of the Steel Armor Gang secondly before we continue on the other part you said I'll have to look into your background. So if anything you said was a lie I'll discover it quite easily.and if what you say is honest then we can have another meet up.

Yang Manli: " I'm Yang Manli."

Jaden: " That's all fine for the Geno-Art piece you can search for my name in theories that were sent to Saint Hall and if you can search deeper you'll find out they took some and claimed them for themselves keeping it a secret so they don't have to give me any credit or money, as for my medical and surgeon qualifications you can check on my private school graduation and the special test I'd taken at a high ranked hospital on Planet Roca."

Qin Xuan: "Can you stay within Bullseye for a while, while I check up on what you said, Yang Manli can stay with you and answer some of your questions you may have it'll only take an hour or two before I return."

Jaden: "Sure,that's perfectly fine and to my liking. I hope to have someone of such understanding and with such great observational skills as my boss."

Qin Xuan took off immediately after speaking her piece and getting a affirmative to waiting with Yang Manli.

Yang Manli was left with her head slightly tilted at how her being apart of what was said but couldn't put it together, so she put it to the back of her head.

Jaden: "So Yang Manli do you have a boyfriend or someone you like.?"

Immediately after hearing the question she realized her best friend threw her under the bus to keep him here in case what he said was true,if it was true it would be like a diamond falling in her lap.

Yang Manli: "Humph, I don't, but don't get your hopes up your just a weak slightly handsome guy and even if what you said is true you'll still be weak just extremely intelligent."

Hearing what she said made me want to tease her so I did.

Jaden : "In that one sentence you told me you were single and called me both handsome,and intelligent. As for being weak I'm at the peak of the human limits without any Geno-Points since today is the first day I entered God's Sanctuary because yesterday was my sixteenth birthday."

Realizing that what I said was true she blushed almost unnoticeably by anyone else cause my Yin-Art increased my brain functions,senses, and some other capabilities which made even the smallest of changes noticeable.

Instead of continuing with the teasing I asked some questions about the First God's Sanctuary to which she answered with public knowledge and not the information you could only have access to be being part of Bullseye.

She was glad that he didn't notice her blush and stopped with the teasing.However the questions he asked were important and straight to the point on certain matters,but some of the questions were small traps trying to get me to slip[ up on some hard to get and slightly withheld information making it into a mini spy game of two people trying to gather as much info from the other with well placed questions and tricky wording. It was quite enjoyable though we were both unable to gain any info that we were uncomfortable with giving.

Without noticing the time the both of us enjoyed each others company.

Two and a half hours later.

Qin Xuan: "Sorry guys it took a little longer to get the information from Saint Hall secretly.We can now continue on our previous topic."

Yang Manli saw her best friend's facial expression and knew Jaden also noticed which would give him the upper hand in the talk her facial expression clearly stated everything he said earlier was true and she gained an unexpected windfall.

Jaden: "May I have a bottle of water, more than two hours of talking has got me pretty thirsty."

This one sentence from Jaden tipped the favor even more into his favor by surprising her and knocking her off her game and adding new thought to what she probably already had thought up and the both of them knew it, he was a master businessman, detective, and investigator.A man of many talents. That they wanted apart of their gang.

Qin Xuan: "From the information I have gathered you are a genius in the medical and surgeon field and on Geno-Arts the theories and small pieces you shared that struck the center of the problems they had in some of the lower leveled Hyper Geno-Art which they believed could be of a higher level but when they tried to make it stronger it brought too much strain to the body and had side effects which your theories and information sent in as part of a contest solved their problem raising the level of the related Geno-Art," after taking a breath she continued,"And equally as impressive is your computer skills in information gathering and hacking are high level along with your space ship piloting, but what is equally as good maybe even related to your Geno-Art talent is your medical and surgical level the surgeons said you were allowed to come into the operator room and with but a glance find out the problem and guide them around many potential disasters saying you had the all seeing eyes or the goddess of doctor's favor."

Taking a few more breaths from saying so much in one breath,all while I listened and sipped on my water.

Jaden: "So you confirmed what I said earlier and gained some statements from trustworthy sources making me look better than me bragging about myself like an arrogant rich young master."

This caused them to both smile wryly at what he said they realized though his intelligence was high he still had a social and cheeky attitude unlike most geniuses which wasn't a bad thing.

Jaden: "So as for the talk earlier I want one extra thing.Bringing me back to that first I wish to join Bullseye which stays the same as a person that only follows orders from the two of you.Secondly I want you to try and get me an extremely heavy and high defensive turtle transformation beast soul that's sacred-blood quality or some other beast soul that has weight and defensive stats that meet my standards.Finally I want help getting information and getting into a better military school later on in the future."

Yang Manli: 'He had a back up plan so that if he couldn't get information from me he could get the information he wanted as part of the deal he was making with the military.'

Qin Xuan: "Deal on everything you asked for but first you have to tell me the revisions on how to improve my Hyper Geno-Art first then you'll get your sacred blood beast soul later and the information you have access to will be determined on your contributions and subject its on."

Jaden: "Here's the papers on the revisions for Atomic Fission so you can show your family first but if you make it public I want my share or some other payment. As for the information with my medical skill many lives can be saved during fights with sacred blood creatures like a battle field medic."

Qin Xuan: " Right I nearly forgot can you sign this contract that states you will not say anything about them taking credit for your work in exchange for three Universal S- Rank Saint Hall Passes?"

Jaden: "That's fine with me as I kind of expected them to take credit for it and that's why I wanted you to check into me you would find out what you wanted on me while they found out I;m part of your Bullseye team."

I signed the contract while they were both shocked on my contingency plans and that I told them I half used them to accomplish my goals but it also brought them benefits as well.

Jaden: "I'll be going to hunt some ordinary creatures for now and then you can come find me for any medical related task after the has started to set in room 2302 or in the area close-by hunting. See you tomorrow."
