Chp 33. Rescue plan for Will

"We just missed the best chance to save Will" Hearing those words everyone was first confuse than a realization struck them. "No!! Noo!!! Open it, you beast!!" Joyce ran to the wall just been stretched and hit it with her fist. Just now she had a chance to save her son but she let it go which made unwilling to accept such result. May, Karen and Jonathan quickly stopped her from harming her hands and pulled her back.

Mike, Dustin and Lucas were also disappointed to miss the chance to rescue Will. "What are you looking for, Robert?" Nancy saw him looking around as if he was finding something. Everyone turned to look at Robert who was on his knees and was looking at the grass seriously.

Hearing Nancy's question he looked at everyone and said "The creature on the other side wanted to cross the world for something, I am just looking for that thing. If I can see want it wants then we can use it as a bait for the creature to open a door for us." Robert's words made everyone's eyes lit up, if this method is possible than they came rescue Will.

"Yeah!! You maybe right. Okay, everyone try to look for anything which shouldn't belong to someone's backyard while Joyce and Jonathan try to see if there is anything which don't belong to you" Everyone got to work according to May's arrangement.

After searching for 15 minutes nothing new or extraordinary was found by anyone except Nancy who found a dead rabbit. "Maybe the creature wanted to come to this world for food" Robert said with uncertainty in his voice. "B-but doesn't their world have animals too" Mike said with confuse look.

"Stupid!! The monster in the upside down world have mutation on their body which made their body tougher and inedible so maybe this is the reason they don't like to eat creature from their world. But animals or human from our side have soft bodies which maybe a delicacy to them, so those monster wants to come here" Nancy explained to Mike.

"Okay stop your fight guys" Seeing Mike who was about to reply to Nancy, May spoke and made them stop. "So we can lure those creatures to make a hole in space for us to rescue Will" Robert said seriously.

Everyone was stunned to hear his words but soon thought that this was the best way. "So... should we hunt a rabbit again?" Joyce asked impatience in her voice. She was eager to bring Will back here but Robert shook his head and said "Aunt although I also want to rescue Will but we don't know anything about the other world so it better to have a plan instead of rushing in"

He slowly explained so Joyce can understand, Joyce also calmed down and think rationally. Robert continued "We will hunt a deer at night here. Will has disappeared from here and the monster also tried to open a gate here maybe the space around here is weak so putting the bait here is more effective.

So let's meet here at 6 block in evening. If the gate is opened we all be divided into two group, one group will enter the upside down world which will include me, Aunt Joyce and my mother while others will be out here to stop anyone from causing trouble." Robert just finished saying this, when many people objected.

"No!! We don't agree!! We also want to enter that world" Robert looked at Mike, Lucas, Dustin and Jonathan who raised an objection and wasn't surprised. He calmly shook his head and said "We are going inside to resuce Will.not to fight monster. Aunt Joyce knows Will the most and can help us to find him. Mom's guns and mu psychic power will protect her. So you all are of no use and will only slow us down"

Hearing this everyone who objected didn't said anything. Everyone agreed to his plans and decided to meet here at time.

Robert quickly use his powers to read the surface thoughts of the four people inside the car. Seeing him so focus May knew that he was doing something to those people. After 15 minutes, Robert slowly opened his eyes "Did you notice?" May asked as Robert was looking at them seriously.

"Those guys belong to Hawkins Laboratory where Eve was held. They are searching for her through out the town, they have took over our telephones wire so they can hear every words we say. Although they haven't found Eve if this continues they will soon catch her." Robert said.

May was surprised but not shock to hear the first sentence. Because both of them knew that someday those people will try to find her. What shocked her was his second sentence, that they can listen to all the conversations happening on the telephones.

"That's pretty fucked up!!" May couldn't help curse out. "I told you. The higher official of this country don't care about the privacy and life of lower class people." Robert said with a sneer.

Afterwards they got to supermarket and took the things they need and went to their house, preparing to rescue Will.
