Battle

"Ah, the heroes are here to save the day, but without your superpowers, this is just a costume party. MODOK, destroy them," Red Skull commanded.

"I will take great pleasure in destroying these puny heroes," MODOK said, descending with a menacing grin.

"I got him, guys," Spiderman declared, Spider-Man struck a heroic pose. "Spider-Man smash!"

Spiderman leaped towards MODOK but, not being used to Hulk's powers, he overshot his jump and crashed through the ceiling, disappearing from sight.

"Was he making fun of me?" Hulk asked, glaring at the hole in the ceiling.

"A little, yes," Thor replied, sticking to a nearby wall.

"Raaahh!!" Hulk charged towards Venom, but the symbiote-powered villain effortlessly tackled Hulk crashing him through a store. Iron Man retaliated with a swift punch to Venom's face.

"They still have their powers," Whiplash exclaimed in shock.

"Yes, but they are all mixed up," Red Skull noted, turning to Doofenshmirtz and grabbing him by the collar. "Is this your doing!?"

"I don't remember making a power switch inator, but you know I make a lot of—" Doofenshmirtz began, before Red Skull cut him off, throwing him aside.

"MODOK, attack!" Red Skull commanded.

Pew!! Pew!!

MODOK attacked Ironman with beams, forcing Ironman to dodge. "You know, it would really be nice right now to have the power to throw a hammer," Ironman quipped.

"I told you, it's not about power, it's about worthiness," Thor said, continuing to climb the wall.

Whiplash used his electric whip to slice the Beak suit at its hip, sending it crashing into a fountain and immobilizing it.

"Now I wish we had prioritized the waterproofing," Phineas said, sighing.

"Hey, what's going on?" MODOK exclaimed as he felt someone grabbing him.

Thor tried to throw MODOK but couldn't unstick himself. "I tied myself in a sticky situation. Oh no, I've inherited Spiderman's propensity for puns."

Meanwhile, Ren was fighting Venom.

Venom's eyes narrowed. "Another spider freak. Let's see how you handle the real deal."

Ren didn't waste any time. He leaped forward, claws extended, aiming for Venom's torso. Venom anticipated the move, sidestepping with uncanny speed, and swung a powerful tendril at Ren. Ren dodge the attack and shoot a web to pull himself onto a nearby column.

Venom snarled, his symbiote forming sharp blades on his arms. He charged at Ren, swinging both blades with ferocious intensity.

Clank!!

Ren met him head-on, blocking one blade with his claws while his spider appendages sprouted from his back, blocking the other.

Using the momentum, Ren pushed Venom back, then swung around the column to land a powerful kick to Venom's chest.

"Grrrr!!" Venom staggered but quickly recovered, sending out tendrils to ensnare Ren.

Ren reacted swiftly, slashing through the tendrils with his claws and shooting webs to entangle Venom's arms.

"You're quick," Venom growled, his voice a mixture of anger and admiration. "But not quick enough."

Venom morphed his arm into a massive hammer and swung it at Ren. Ren barely had time to react, using his spider appendages to vault himself over the attack. He landed behind Venom, shooting webs to bind his legs.

"Raaahh" Venom roared in frustration, breaking free of the webs with brute strength.

Ren decided to switch tactics. He shot webs at the ceiling and swung high above Venom, firing web projectiles to keep him off balance. Venom shielded himself with his symbiote, but Ren's relentless assault began to wear him down. Ren landed behind Venom and swiftly delivered a series of precise slashes with his claws, targeting weak points in the symbiote's defenses.

"Roar!!" Venom, infuriated, let out a primal scream and unleashed a torrent of symbiote spikes in all directions. Ren's dodge most of the spikes, but one grazed his shoulder, drawing blood.

Ignoring the pain, Ren shot a web at Venom's face, temporarily blinding him. He followed up with a powerful punch to Venom's gut, sending the symbiote reeling. Ren didn't let up, using his spider appendages to pin Venom to the ground.

"Give up, Venom. You're outmatched," Ren said, his voice steady.

Venom laughed maniacally. "Never!" With a surge of strength, he broke free, sending Ren flying backward.

Ren landed on his feet, quickly regaining his balance as he started to feel the strain. Venom's relentless attacks were wearing him down, and he needed a new strategy.

Out of the corner of his eye, Ren spotted several steel beams scattered around the construction site of the mall. An idea flashed in his mind, recalling a tactic he had seen in an old Spider-Man movie. Without hesitation, he shot a web at one of the beams, yanking it free and sending it crashing to the ground near Venom.

"What are you doing, you fool?" Venom snarled, dodging the falling beam.

Amid the chaos, Ren spotted a girl trapped near a collapsing structure."That girl looks familiar!"

"Her name is Vanessa right?" Ren muttered. His protective instincts kicked in, and he swung towards her, dodging Venom's attacks.

Venom snarled, "You're not going anywhere!" but Ren was determined. He shot a web at the debris threatening to fall on the girl, yanking it away just in time.

"Hang on!" Ren called out, grabbing her and swinging her to safety behind a nearby pillar.

"Th-thank you," Vanessa stammered, still shaken.

Ren gave her a quick nod. "Stay here. It's not safe."

"No kidding," Vanessa replied, her voice steadying. "What's going on? Who are you?"

"Long story," Ren said, glancing back at Venom, who was already recovering and charging at them. "Just stay out of sight."

Venom lunged, but Ren quickly shot another web, pulling himself and Vanessa away from the immediate danger. As they landed, Ren positioned himself between her and Venom.

"You're not getting to her," Ren declared, as he continue to shoot webs, pulling down more steel beams, creating a chaotic environment around Venom. The symbiote's host struggled to maintain balance amid the falling debris while the mall's interior taking the brunt of their clash.

Venom's confusion turned to irritation. "Are you trying to bury me alive? You're just wasting your—"

Ren cut him off with a sly smile. "Just wait."

With another well-aimed web shot, Ren struck one of the steel beams, causing it to vibrate and emit a loud, resonating sound.

The noise was deafening, and Venom immediately reacted, clutching his head in pain. The symbiote began to writhe, its connection to its host weakening.

"Aaaah!" Venom screamed, the sound waves disrupting the symbiote's cohesion.

Bang!!

Ren kept going, striking more beams and creating a cacophony of metallic ringing. Each strike sent Venom into spasms of agony, the symbiote struggling to maintain its grip on its host giving Ren the chance to lead Vanessa away from the immediate danger.

"Come on, we need to get you out of here," Ren urged, pulling Vanessa along.

They made their way through the wreckage, and soon they were near Doofenshmirtz.

"Dad!" Vanessa shouted, rushing towards him.

"Vanessa? What are you doing here?" Doofenshmirtz exclaimed, turning around in surprise.

"Saving your life, apparently," Vanessa shot back, then looked at Ren. "Thanks for getting me here."

Ren nodded. "Just stay safe."

Vanessa turned to her father, her eyes narrowing. "I can't believe you're doing this again. I'm telling Mom. You're so busted."

Doofenshmirtz's face fell. "No, no, Vanessa, wait! It's not what it looks like!"

"Really?" Vanessa crossed her arms, giving him a skeptical look. "Because it looks exactly like every other time you've gotten into trouble."

"Okay, it's exactly what it looks like," Doofenshmirtz admitted, slumping his shoulders. "But I have a good reason this time!"

Doofenshmirtz tried to reason with his daughter. "Vanessa, just hear me out—"

"Dad, there's nothing you can say to make this better," Vanessa interrupted. "I'm calling Mom."

Venom, regaining his composure, roared in frustration. "Enough! I will destroy you all!"

Ren turned back to the fight, his determination renewed. "Not on my watch."

"Stop! You're killing us!" Venom howled, his voice a mix of desperation and rage.

Ren didn't stop. He saw his chance and fired a web at the back of Venom's host, pulling with all his might. The symbiote started to peel away, unable to withstand the combination of sound and force.

But just as Ren was about to separate the symbiote from its host completely, he felt a sharp, familiar pain.

"Arrghhh!!" His body began to glitch again, this time more violently than before. He stumbled, nearly falling to the ground, as his vision blurred and the world around him seemed to shift erratically.

"No...not now," Ren muttered through gritted teeth, fighting to stay focused.

Venom seized the moment of Ren's weakness, the symbiote surging back to reconnect with its host. "You're finished!" Venom roared, advancing on the faltering hero.

Ren struggled to regain his footing, his body convulsing with each glitch.

Venom, sensing Ren's vulnerability. He extended his symbiote tendrils, wrapping them around Ren's arms and legs, binding him tightly.

"You know," Venom said, his voice dripping with malice, "I've seen a lot of things, but this glitching stuff? It's a first. Pathetic." He tightened his grip, lifting Ren off the ground and slamming him into a nearby pillar.

Ren struggled against the symbiote, his body spasming as the glitching intensified. He tried to focus, to clear his mind and find a way out, but Venom's mocking laughter kept ringing in his ears.

Venom, looked down at Ren with a sneer. "Looks like you're out of tricks."

"Whoooaaa!" Spiderman crashed down near MODOK after his jump. "Okay, that time I overshot the mark. Oh hey, MODOK, what did I miss?" MODOK shot a beam at Spiderman, enclosing him in a mind ball.

"Really, a mind ball?" Spiderman said, exasperated.

"Spiderman, are you okay?" Phineas asked.

"Could be worse. At least Thor—well, at least Ironman—"

"Sorry, gang, a little tied up here," Ironman said, entangled in Whiplash's whip.

"Ren—" Phineas began, but he saw Ren being bound by Venom's symbiote. "Well, never mind, it couldn't be worse."

"This was all too easy," Red Skull gloated. "The time for heroes is over. Now all will bow to us as nothing will save you."

"Unless we're here," a voice called out. They turned to see Black Widow, Hawkeye, and a platypus in a super suit.

"You're late," Ironman said.

"Well, at least we're not in a pathetic state," Black Widow replied, raising her gun and firing at Whiplash, freeing Ironman.

Hawkeye shot an arrow at Venom, which exploded, making Venom scream and freeing Ren. The platypus used his hoverboard to knock MODOK down, then released smoke from the board. Ropes appeared, tying all the superheroes and bringing them out of the mall to the Helicarrier.

"Stop him!" Red Skull ordered.

"Nu-uh," Hawkeye shot an explosive arrow at the villains, then he and Black Widow grabbed the ropes, which pulled them to the Helicarrier.

"Hey, duck guy, thanks for the rescue," Spiderman said, looking at Ironman. "Do we tip him?"

"He's not parking our car."

"I just don't know the etiquette."
