"Let's start making camp for those who can't fit in the cars. There should be some carpet or blanket within the cars."

Not many of them prepared enough materials to build camp, so they could only prepare some makeshift camps for the people to stay. For the first time in his life, William was making his way around the area to inspect and help people to build their temporary refuge.
