Tucked into a bed, the sleep pooled on her eyelids. The quiet room was filled with her small snore, the soft wind swooped up, from the window room, rushed and rustled inside the room, and gradually ebbed away through the crags to silence.
The sleep came like the falling petals for everyone, slowly and calmly but for an insomniac patient like herself, it's hard even to take a wink of it. There's no beautiful dream or lost hour, tossed and turned became an annoying routine. She couldn't even snatch a few winks between hours.
"Hey!" The soft voice called her in a hush. The small figure blinked at her excitedly.
She turned to the voice and flashed a small but tired smile that should light up one mood an instant. She rose from her bed, her long hair falling on the bed, as she supported her body on the bed. Her face was so glad to meet the voice.
"Cannot sleep?"
She shook her head languidly as she pouted.
"Hey," another voice called her.
