The Co-Creator's quill ver ceased to amaze Adam with its possibilities.

Adam only had $612 in his account, which he didn't plan to spend on anything yet. And he wouldn't get the money for the stamp until a month later. So he sighed.

He was bored and could think of nothing better to do than to write a short story in the romance genre. After opening the notebook and starting it up, Adam went out to make tea, and when he returned, the notebook was up and running.

He opened a word processor and began to write the first chapter.

It was as if his children had grown up and no longer needed him. It was as if Adam lived with them and was each character. He was Haruto, Sakura, the father of the characters, and their mother.

Still, Adam couldn't understand the reason, so he decided to just give up. He got up from the futon and looked around the room. It was furnished with shelves full of manga and video games.

There was even a computer and a PlayStation 5. Adam was inwardly jealous of his protagonist, but thanks to this setting, he was finally convinced of the authenticity of the story.

It is his new job.

On the other hand, the main character's father, Rio, is a serious and courageous man. He is not as talkative and energetic as Akiko, but the character has many pluses on his side.

Adam paid no attention to this strange performance. He wondered how the story would go. After all, his story didn't necessarily have to be completely copied.

Remembering the dialogue, Adam was about to start talking, when suddenly time stopped. Frowning deeply, Adam lifted his left hand without hesitation and saw the familiar book there. It flipped to page three and the words appeared.

Adam looked around and was thrown into a shiver. The whole area around him changed for the worse, turning red and eerie. The faces of the characters began to melt like a candle.

More and more lines appeared in the book, but they were not at all like the story Adam had written. Some paragraphs contained bloody and violent scenes, and some were too peaceful.

"What's going on?" intense fear crept into Adam's heart and he ran outside in a panic.

As soon as he pushed the door open, the world around him turned gray and then cracked as if it were glass. Adam saw the tip of a pen appear out of the darkness and ink dripping from it, destroying everything around it.

Adam shuddered with fear, especially when one of those drops began to fall on him! He tried to calm himself by starting to run. But it was as if the drop was attached to him, and there was no way Adam could avoid it.

The drop landed on Adam, and he froze. His face began to transform, changing. With each second, Adam became more and more unlike himself, and eventually, he turned into a different person.

And as soon as that happened, the world went back to the way it was before. Adam blinked and muttered:

- I had to go to Haruto-kun... - Adam scratched his head, and then smiled at the man who approached him, "And there you are, Mr. Yamamoto Haruto!

In front of him stood a tall and athletic guy with short black hair and blue eyes. The guy smiled softly and greeted his friend.
