Chapter 1 - Introduction

In the vastness of the chaotic multiverse, there existed the realm of Shijie Mori that had countless sub-realms. The cultivation world had flourished for over a million years. Many powerful men and women were born in this incredible world. But there had been only a few people who truly stood atop the world, about only five people.

In the majestic palace of The Heavenly Demon Sovereign, a figure of a young man could be seen. The man was a tall, attractive man with tan skin and a muscular build. He had crimson gold eyes and very long flowing purple hair. He wore floor-length purple and white robes. The man was The Heavenly Demon Sage who waged war with the High Court and destroyed the Central Heavenly Vein which was the main source of the power of Heavens Will.

Two figures were floating in the sky above the palace. One of the figures was an old man who wore a white robe, his sleeves fluttered in the air, his long white beard drooped to his feet, he had a solemn expression and grand aura, the clouds floated quietly around him, giving him an immortal-like disposition. The Oldman was the True Genesis Sage who first ever achieved the rank of Martial Sage.

The other figure was non-human and had twelve arms and palms, three heads, the front head had dragon horns, lion mane, snake eyes, and elephant tusks. The left head had a peach forehead, grass hair, and three flower-like eyes. The right head had a cloud fringe, lightning eyes, fire ears, and a golden mouth. The man was the Sage Emperor, the only non-human to have ever achieved the rank of Martial Sage and became the second Sage.

"Oh, Dao ZhengFu, I shall punish you for the evil things you have done as the warrior of Heaven and as the upholder of justice."The True Genesis Sage said with a fanatical expression.

"HaHaHaHaHa" Dao ZhenFu quietly laughed. "You sacrificed your entire family and friends to be what you are now, don't even think about being the upholder of justice, you are nothing but a pawn of Heavens Will."

"Enough of this useless talk and let's talk about business. Heavenly Demon, hand over the Otherworldly Travel technique right now and we may spare your life." The Sage Emperor interrupted with an arrogant tone.

"You escaped with your tail between his leg in our fight thinks he can kill me. Even if both of you fought together, you will not even be able to pressure me much less kill." Dao ZhengFu said with an indifferent tone.

The Sage Emperor became furious at the insult and attacked Dao ZhengFu. The True Genesis Sage also took action. They both gave the sign of attack to their forces.

The forces of The Sage Emperor and True Genesis Sage attacked at their sign. The Heavenly Demon also deployed his clones and forces to fight. A chaotic battle started that would decide who will live in other worlds.

The battle lasted for a whole week. The battle was something never seen in the world. The battle took the lives of people who were overlords in the past like they were mere ants. The battle had many betrayals, traps, twists, ambushes, retreat, and escape to many corners of the world. The battle had scorched the countless already dying sub realms to hell.

But it didn't matter if the world was destroyed, the whole world was already doomed due to the curse of the Transcendent Reality Sage.

The battle seemed as it would last forever. But at the end of the week, nearly all of the inhabitants of ShiJie Mori had perished, only 3 remained at the end of the apocalyptic battle.

The white robes that he had been wearing had been torn to shreds. His human boy had been transformed into a Dragonoid form. One of his two horns was cut in half and some of his dark red purplish scales were gone and bleeding out. He looked around, his torn bloody robe waving lightly in the silent breeze like a war flag

The Sage Emperor's Body looked to be in a bad shape. Ten of his arms were gone, one of his faces was entirely bashed while the other two had cuts and bruises. Fresh blood flowed from the numerous wounds on the body.

The True Genesis Sage was also not in good shape. His long white hair was disheveled. His bloody white robe was torn and his body and face were full of cuts and slashes. His immortal-like disposition was nowhere to be found. The Oldman looked like a beggar.

'I never thought he would be this powerful in such a short time. Damn that Transcendent Reality Sage for helping this demon. How will I be able to avenge my precious Heavens Will?' The True Genesis Sage thought with an expression of helplessness. While he was thinking about the following moves, a sudden Will came into his mind. The thought was like getting a boat while you are drowning in the water.

He quickly contacted The Sage Emperor's Mind Palace. 'Sage Emperor, I know you want The Otherworldly Travel Technique. I promise that I will give it to you. Just help me avenge Heavens by killing this demon and cooperate together fully.'

Before The Sage Emperor could reply, he said 'I will also sign The True Self Oath with you.'

The True Self Oath was a mastery of The Boundless Wisdom and Emotion Sage. If signed by parties with similar cultivation levels, it could not be broken, if broken the pay will be the breaker's life. Even after her death, it could still be used if appropriate offerings were used.

"Help me kill this demon, Countless Ethereal Beasts."

Myriads of ethereal bodies of different beasts came pouring out from the twelve feet giant. Dragons, Owls, Unicorns, Pegasuses, Dogs, and many other Saintly Beasts swarmed The Heavenly Demon.

'Chaotic Destruction Wave'

A wave of dark purplish chaotic energy came out of the feet of Heavenly Demon and destroyed the entire swarm of ethereal beasts. Seeing the beasts being taken out, He immediately launched another attack.

"Bastard, take this. Divine Hammer of the Warrior Beast Gods"

The Sage Emperor's fist gigantified and shined a golden white with tattoos of different beasts. He brought it down to the Heavenly Demon like a divine hammer judging a demon.

"You escaped in our fight with this same technique. Do you really think that it would work on me a second time?"

Divine Beasts Obliteration

A surge of energy was launched towards the coming fist. The moment it hit the fist, it disappeared like being sucked into the fist. A moment later, the hand of The Sage Emperor lost all its shine and crumbled like dust. (Infinity Snap Style)

"Ahahahahah" The Sage Emperor tried to grit through the pain. But this single moment gave his opponent an opening.

The Heavenly Demon launched towards The Sage Emperor but just as he was going to attack him. An attack came by and hit him straight. It looked as if Dao ZhengFu was caught unexpected by it.

'Now the last technique is ready. Come over and help me.'

The Sage Emperor unleashed his strongest attack using half of his immortal resources and the brunt of both attacks blasted The Heavenly Demon into faraway and The Sage Emperor came over to The Genesis's side.

While that was happening, The Heavenly Demon appeared from the crater and started to bombard them with attacks but before the attacks landed, the Genesis and Sage combined their powers and erected a gigantic protective formation that blocked any outside interference and detection using nearly all of theirs resources.

The Sage Emperor began to fully concentrate and expend all his energy to help him with the technique. While he was concentrating, a sudden attack came and hit him in the heart. He was quickly dying and all his power was spent on the fight, barrier, and that last technique.

"How, The Heavenly Demon couldn't possibly have broken the barrier in such a small amount of time." The Sage Emperor said with a pained and confused expression while coughing out blood.

He looked at where the attack came and he found The Genesis preparing a technique.

"You bastard, you signed The True Self Oath, you will die along with me and you still try to kill me."

"I will die eh, So what if I die? If I can kill that demon and avenge Heavens Will, It will not matter if I die." Genesis said with a fanatical expression. He used every bit of his immortal resources to finally activate his technique.

"You mania-fuhwa" The True Genesis Sage again attacked. "I don't have time to waste, I have to kill that demon and I am willing to do anything for it." Light rays came from The Genesis's Body and devoured The Sage Emperor. Pure and invincible power rose rushed through the old man's body. The old man's body was encased in the cocoon of light and the light spread to the entire world and sub realms.

Meanwhile, The Heavenly Demon broke the Barrier and became perplexed when he saw the white cocoon. He immediately recognized it as dangerous and launched his attack.

Five Elementals Divine Sphere

The sphere that encased all the five basics elements blasted through the air like an unstoppable cannonball approaching the cocoon at an incredible speed.

Just while it was going to hit the cocoon, it opened revealing a young man with twelve wings and a divine aura radiating everywhere.

The scene may have been awe-inspiring if not for the pressure exerted by Genesis that made it so terrifying. Even the cold indifferent Dao ZhengFu showed an expression of fear withstanding that pressure.

"Ah, that expression of fear in your face makes me so happy. Oh, Dao ZhengFu You have committed numerous crimes but most of all you tried to destroy Heavens Will. I will kill you oh so painfully for trying to kill my precious Heavens Will." Seeing Dao ZhengFu's Fear, Genesis said with Hisoka like expression with the feeling of grandeur, pride, and arrogance.

He attacked The Heavenly Demon with a ferocious pace. The Heavenly Demon tried to retaliate but was pressured by Genesis. The round may have only lasted a few minutes but there were thousands of rounds exchanged.

"With this, I mark your death. You foul demon. Heavens Smite."

A gigantic burst of light came down from the heavens and crashed into the Heavenly Demon.

'Chaotic Wave Prominence Destruction' Heavenly Demon charged his attack with all his energy. The two attacks collided and battled for dominance. Both of them concentrate their Will to the fullest extent.

But right at this moment, an attack came down at him.

A gigantic spear made of Heaven's Light and the Central Heavenly Central Vien's Energy came down at him with an unparalleled spear, Cosmos Destroying Heavenly Spear.

At the final moment, he abandoned his attack and used all his resources and power to use his most powerful defense.

Chaotic Heavens Indestructible Mirror

A mirror of pure solidified purplish chaos with the power of heavens manifested around him. But the brunt of the two great Heavenly attacks was too strong and it shattered the mirror.

"But how, how can you unleash such attack when you are occupied with that previous attack and that attack should have required heavens will to execute." Heavenly Demon coughed up blood while his face was full of confusion.

"Heavenly Demon, You must think you and Transcendent Reality Sage truly destroyed Heavens Will but you were nothing but dreaming about it. My Tian'er is supreme, insects like you are not worth mentioning to it. The very power that is going to kill you was given to me by Heavens Will." He said showing him the mysterious Will that had helped him previously. He looked at it with obsession.

He unleashed a final attack that landed on The Heavenly Demon. The Heavenly Demon coughed off even more blood, his whole body trembled, his horns broke, and the purplish-red jewel in his forehead shattered. Fresh blood flowed from the numerous wounds on his body. He lost all his strength and dropped to his knees. He had an expression of despair and anger as he crossed the death's door.

The Heavenly Demon, the biggest demon in the world laid cold before the feet of Genesis.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" Seeing the Heavenly Demon laid before his feet, Genesis laughed with madness evident in his face.

"HAHAHAHAHA, I, I, I finally, finally fuking finally did it. I, I, I killed that bastard ZhengFu. I have avenged Heaven's Will. Oh, my love Tian'er (Heavens) Do you hear me in the afterlife. I have finally avenged you. Thank you so much for your help in avenging you. Don't worry, soon I will be with you. HAHAHAHAHAH-Cough Cough" While he was celebrating, he coughed up blood.

'Shit, The power from the Heavenly Genesis Vien with The strange devouring technique from Heavens Will is too much, my body cannot handle it. There is also the backlash of The True Self Oath. 'Wait, What is happening?' Genesis frantically looked around. 'How is this happening, no one knows the Heavenly Genesis Vien except for me and Tian'er. Impossible, How are the Heaven and Earth Viens being refined?'

He wanted to do something but he was still restraining the power and True Self Oath backlash.

A gigantic inscription etched its way in the entire world and began to form a barrier around Genesis and began seeping his power away.

With his power being taken away bit by bit without him being able to do anything, The backlash came and slowly killed him.

'How is this happening? Heavenly Demon and Sage Emperor are already dead, the Transcendent Reality sacrificed himself to destroy the world, and The Boundless Wisdom and Emotion Saintess died trying to make my Tian'er love her. So How can this happen?' In his dying breaths, he could not figure anything. His previous body of a young man had turned into a thin frail body. His divine aura was gone instead of it he looked like a beggar.

Just as he was passing to the death's door, He saw a figure of a young man. The man was a tall, attractive man with tan skin and a muscular build. He had crimson gold eyes that mesmerized anyone who gazed into them and very long flowing purple hair. He wore floor-length purple and white robes. He saw his most hated enemy, even one more than the Transcendent Reality Sage, The Heavenly Demon Sovereign. He was in his prime state as the prior battle had never even taken place.

Seeing the man's figure genesis felt unparalleled dread, fear, and anger. But even if he felt such, he could not do a single thing. Even then, he tried everything he struggled and tried his best to move his body. He crawled towards The Demon. He wanted to curse him but he did not have the strength to even talk.

As he was crawling, he saw something that almost broke him.

The Demon was sliming, not the fake ones but an entirely genuine one. The Demon laid his hand outward and The mysterious Will flew out of Genesis's Body and came over to The Demon.

The Demon said with a smile, "Genesis, I have to thank you sincerely. With your help in killing The Sage Emperor and using the Heavenly Genesis Vien with the art that I gave you by disguising My Will as the Heavens Will. I was finally able to gain enough power to safely travel and live in another world. Thank you for being so easy to fool. If you just had enough brain to research into the Heavenly Dao, you would have seen through my disguised will.---"

Hearing that he had helped his life's biggest enemy and the man that destroyed his precious Heavens Will, something broke inside him the will to live was crushed. At that moment, The first Martial Sage to ever exist, The Self-Proclaimed Lover Of Heaven, The Founder of High Court, The Ruler Of Humanity, The True Genesis Sage Died with His Heart, Soul, Mind, and body broken.

"---Even then, I had concealed myself truly deep. Deception has truly helped me many time in my life." The Heavenly Demon Sovereign stared coldly at the True Genesis Sage's Dead Body with a genuine smile that he had not had since many centuries ago.

"Now, Shall we begin my journey to be the strongest and attain immortality in another world."

He may not have known at that time. But the hurdles he faced in this world would be nothing compared to the true monsters of the other world, The Venerables Of The Gu World.

Chaos would ensue in the Gu World, Battles never before seen would be waged. As a Demon is coming to be The Player In The Chess That Has Surpasses Time And Space.
