After Shizune finished teaching them for another day, Naruto and Shikamaru entered the classroom as all of them gathered in front of the room where they looked at each other for a moment and determined they had the same thoughts in their mind.

They all wanted to know what had happened to Rem.

"...what's the plan?" Sasuke asked Shikamaru as everyone else turned to look at him too.

"Alright…I and Naruto scoped out the store today and well let's just say we're in luck."

"Luck?" Neji asked.

"Yes. While the guards were talking to each other we found that the next batch of books are currently being painted inside the main store using their painting machines."

"But we still need to get in and out of the store. And I doubt any of us can do what several other shinobi nations couldn't." Ino voiced.

"True. But that is also because they couldn't send anyone really strong since we think they'd have been stopped by ANBU who Naruto said he knows protect the store, since he heard his dad talk about it once."

".....but the point still stands. Why wouldn't they stop us too?" Hinata asked this time.

"You want to use the fact that we are kids in the academy to get a tour of the printing and manufacturing site?" Sasuke asked all of a sudden when everyone turned to look at him confused.

"You know?" Shikamaru asked.

"Yes. My brother is going to be a part of the security professionals that will guard the store during the kids tour."

"I see…."

"What is this tour you guys are talking about?" Lee asked.

"The store, to increase its popularity or for whatever reason, has decided that they will showcase the next batch of products with a production tour. I heard when I snuck into the store today." Naruto explained.

"You snuck in? How?" Choji asked, bewildered.

"Ahh….well…it might not be possible for just anyone since I'm somewhat a professional at it. I used the transformation jutsu to look like Sakura-chan!" Naruto exclaimed in shy excitement.

"....." everyone just gave Naruto questionable looks.

"Shouldn't they have discovered your transformation?" Tenten asked.

"....well normally they might've but Shikamaru created a distraction that attracted the guards as I just snuck in and talked to a little girl who seemed excited to see me!!"

"Little girl?"

"....well she was quite small and talked in a babyish manner as she saluted me and told me all about the tasks that she was given to oversee and their progress, that's where I got to know what was going on."

Everyone became confused. Even Shikamaru, since he didn't exactly know who Naruto had spoken to, just that he had gotten the information.

"Little girl? Why was she given any tasks?" Shikamaru asked.

"....well she acted like she had the tasks but I'm sure it was another person and she was just pretending since I was pushed into an office to protect me as someone else misunderstood that I was Sakura. Perhaps she was the lady's daughter?"

Everyone understood what had happened as Neji broke the ensuing silence by saying,"Well if destiny is on our side, we cannot lose this chance."

"Then tomorrow it is?"

Everyone agreed with a nod.

"Then let's make our plans and decide our roles."

'Megi. Are there any of them in the front?'

'None. We can move ahead.' Megumi replied to Sakura inside his mind as he put down his fingers that were using the telescopic jutsu.

Holding Sakura, Megumi whispered into her ears, "Why isn't there an invisibility jutsu that Jiraya made?"

"What?"

"I dunno, I remember him showing it off in the anime to Naruto or something. Like he used to use that to peep on the hot springs?"

".....I don't know, but I don't think that's possible."

"Maybe he just used a clone jutsu or transformation jutsu in a creative manner?"

"...may-be" Sakura stuttered as she found herself teleported thirty kilometers into the distance after moving two hundred feet into the air.

Since there was no pond or an oasis nearby this time, Megumi just used seals to move underground as he placed a dizzy Sakura down.

"I keep asking you again and again, Megii!! Why can't I use Universal Sage Mode yet!!!"

"And I keep telling you it's because you haven't given up your likes and dislikes yet."

"....." Sakura just glared at him as he created a small shaft of ventilation and added firewood into it that she lit using fire nature transformation.

"You're a good fire starter, hehe~ Imagine you become famous and I write a book on you. 'Fire Starter Sakura.' only useful for starting fires." Megumi said as he teased her using his eyebrows but suddenly he heard *sobbing* noises and then a wail from Sakura as he rushed to hold her.

"What happened!?? I was just joking!?" Megumi asked Sakura as she held him tightly and pushed him to the ground and rested herself on his chest and then hugged him and said, "Don't move." as he felt her giggling and so he just let her rest.

"Rura, wanna talk to everyone now?"

"Hmmmm…..later."

"Wasn't the meeting that they were all having today?"

"Hm~m"

"I wonder what'll happen when we finally reach the gelel mines. That mysterious continent with their European Armor and swords seem quite intriguing too. What was their name again? Wait, did they have a name? I only remember Temujin…they came from a hidden continent right?"

".....you're going to destroy them all right?"

"Well we can't really destroy it safely without the sacrifice of a member of the tribe can we?"

"...then what will you do?"

"We can steal the space and take the entire mine from there. I am quite curious as to what the stones of gelel actually are."

"Hmmm…..how do I know you won't end up becoming like me last night?"

"....don't I have you to make sure?"

"....I'm not saying I can't, but what if I can't?"

"If you can't, who can? Then let the world just blow up. I'm sure 'she' will see to it that I keep the damage to the minimum."

"Arrghhhh! Again! Who's this 'she'?"

"If you were able to access Universal Sage Mode you might've met her by now, but now you gotta wait until you can again."

"...."

"Why don't you work on your Sword Spirit?"

"No…I wanna try to activate my Kekkei Genkai that Mito granny asked me to."

"Nah…not now, we're inside enemy territory."

"How could anyone ever hope to enter your barriers!? Don't be ridiculous! This place is as or even more secure than Konoha as long as you're inside of it."

"I'm flattered but you should connect to your Sword Spirit first, I insist."

"....alright." Reluctantly Sakura got up as she went some distance away as she held her katana by the blade.

Since she could no longer use Universal Sage Mode Sakura had created a different method to communicate with her Sword Spirit instead of just using her own spiritual energy.

Bracing for the incoming pain, Sakura held the blade as she-

In a room several Kage from the various smaller villages inside the Land Of Wind sat along with two unusual Kage who were clearly not from there since all the shinobi around them wore either the Konoha or the Kumo headband.

Minato and A looked at the other Kage with an extremely calm look as if there was nothing wrong that had happened.

Yet their doubled Kage weight felt heavier than the entire weight of the other Kage in the room.

The doors soon opened as Rasa walked in in an arrogant manner as he proceeded to sit down in the empty seat that had been left for him.

Rasa tried, tried very hard to appear regal, royal and as kingly like the Kage of the two other great shinobi nations, but anyone could say the balance on the table had not changed, yet Rasa retained his arrogant look.

The doors opened again as the Land of Wind's daimyo walked into the room causing everyone to stand up except Minato and A as Rasa cursed his brain for standing up along with everyone else, but he couldn't disrespect the daimyo, since he needed to keep the pitiful amount of missions that they were getting instead of Konoha and make sure the daimyo didn't have reason to take even those away.

"...." The daimyo glanced around in silence until he spotted Minato and A and then without a change in his expression sat down, after which everyone else sat down quickly.

"Lord Hokage, could you please explain to us the reasoning for this urgent meeting?" The retainer behind the daimyo stepped up as he questioned the two Kage.

Minato politely stood up as he spoke to the daimyo. "Lord Daimyo, a few extremely startling things have come to our attention by a stroke of luck. Something that could've very much become a great threat to our alliance. And this meeting had been called for since I wished to discuss this with you."

The Daimyo calmly observed the faces of everyone around him as they just calmly stared back pretending nothing had happened.

A frown formed on the Daimyo's face as he spotted Rasa acting in a similar manner but he corrected himself quickly as he looked back at A then at Minato as he nodded.

"Thank you for letting us present our case, Lord Daimyo." Minato said with a polite bow.

The retainer behind the daimyo moved towards Tsunaade who was standing behind Minato where she handed him a scroll by placing it on the silver platter he was carrying.

The retainer walked over to the daimyo with the scroll as he bowed over with the plate in front of the daimyo, who picked up the fancy looking scroll and unfurled it.

Upon reading it through all the ninja saw the Daimyo's expression fill with a trace of guilt, but then quickly change to neutral once again as he just placed back the scroll on the plate again.

The Daimyo just looked at everyone and then two Kage, in particular one who had a village at the border while the other was Rasa.

He seemed to clearly disdain Rasa but this seemed to have now spread to the Kage on the border.

The Daimyo looked back at Minato as he spoke for the first time, "Can you corroborate your story, Lord Hokage?"

"Yes, Lord Daimyo." Minato said as he looked at A.

A looked positively confused about what he had to do until Mabui whispered something into his ears when he recognised and began speaking in a bold voice.

"Ah, yea, I was there at the site when the Hokage discovered what had been done. So I stand by their claim." A replied to the daimyo without standing up.

"And why do we have a reason to believe you?" Rasa interjected without even allowing the Daimyo to speak. "Especially from a Kage that clearly has no respect." Rasa quickly covered his mistake as if he was covering for the lack of respect.

A just cocked his eyebrows at that as he spoke in a calm tone, "Our village only respects the strong. I don't care if you're the daimyo or a beggar, as long as you're strong you've got my respect."

"How dare you!!! Do you even kno-" 

"That's alright Lord Raikage, we have dealt before. I thank you for continuing to support us during our times of need." The Daimyo interrupted, shutting down the Kazekage immediately.

The Raikage just waved his hands as if he took no offense.

The Kazekage's frustration was evident from his expression but he kept his words in with sheer determination.

"The current Yashinokikage will hence be demoted from his position as the Kage of the village immediately as all the members of the village Yashinokigakure must be taken back into Sangakure."

"Lord Daimyo! This is very unfair to us! We don't have enough to feed ourselves! I beseech you to take back this decision!!" Rasa shouted as he stood up to face the Daimyo in equal parts rage and pretend humbleness.

Everyone became silent as they watched the Daimyo whose face was morphed into a frown.

"Lord Daimyo, you cannot just believe every word that comes out of the mouth of these outsiders!" Another Kage stood up as he spoke with ferocity and disdain toward the Raikage.

"Yes my Lord, please accept our plea! Of course such drastic punishments shouldn't be made on the basis of our enemies words." Another Kage stood in support of Rasa and the Kage of the village hidden in palm trees.

The Daimyo's frown just deepened as he observed everyone but then finally sighed as he looked back at Minato and A.

"As you can see I have a few people here who 'need' an explanation, would it be a problem if we make the investigation results public?"

Minato looked at Tsunade for a moment but when he saw her give a firm nod he just nodded at the Daimyo, as he spoke to reaffirm his stance, "Yes, Lord Daimyo you may, it would be of slight inconvenience but we do not mind as long as it serves to help you."

The Daimyo further shook his head as he began to speak, "Through the investigations conducted by the Hokage and the Raikage together when they were moving to the capital of the Land of Wind they came across something rather disturbing….well disturbing would be an understatement food what they discovered but carrying on, they found the civilian in the villages of Yashinokigakure being captured by bandits and experimented on by the shinobi of Yashinokigakure."

The Daimyo paused as he gauged the expressions of his fellow Kage, some looked horrified, others neutral while a few looked like they were trying to keep calm and not sweat.

Minato observed Rasa smiling as if he had gotten what he wanted but ignored it for now.

"The civilians were being experimented on in an inhumane way by chopping away their limbs and adding puppet arms to them-"

*Bang*

"Impossible! I have never ordered any of our shinobi to do such things!" Yashinokikage stood up as he shouted by slamming his hands on the table.

Everyone turned to look at the Kage as the Daimyo maintained his composure in spite of the ever deepening frown on his face.

"Do you have something to say, 'Lord Kage'." The Daimyo asked in a deriding tone.

"Lord Daimyo, a few of our shinobi have gone missing since the last two days during the patrols! We have already suspected them being killed by the Hokage and the Raikage. This is just a farce by them to interfere in our internal situation and destabilize us to the extent that we are taken over by them!"

Everyone just turned to look at the two Kage's in question when Minato took the lead to respond, "That is false since we have proof of the site existing and several tens of civilians, almost in the hundreds, to corroborate our version of the story, but if you're saying that we've captured these civilians as well, then…are we also ruling your village, I mean, your village has a population in the low hundreds…how hard is it to miss close to a hundred people all of a sudden?"

Before anyone could expect a reply from the Yashinokikage Rasa interrupted the discussion as he explained in a grandly royal voice as if he was doing a favor, "I can explain that easily, I don't know how you can be the Kage if you think you can overlook something so simple."

Everyone paid Rasa their attention as they all wanted to hear what he meant, "Clearly Konoha has been doing this for a long time already and has only just now had to make up this sloppy story to cover it up once they found that they had been discovered by the poor shinobi who lost their lives while they were on patrol, those shinobi who were killed by the Kage and his entourage."

In the tense silence, Minato calmly asked, "And pray do tell why Konoha would in any way want to experiment with civilians in the Land of Wind?"

"Don't you already have a history of working with people who do inhumane experiments? Who was it? Orochimaru? And didn't you just recently release a new product through that new store? The prosthetics?"

"What are you saying Lord Kazekage?" Minato asked, folding his hands and leaning on the table with his fingers intertwined, covering his lower face, his eyes serious.

"I'm just stating the obvious. Sangakure is known for its puppetry, how could a random Shinobi nation that does not even have any puppetry users know how our jutsus work? Enough for them to make prosthetics with them? Something that we've not been able to do ourselves!?"

Everyone became silent as a few of the Kage understood this was the issue they could use to drag down Konoha.

"I must remind you Kazekage, Konoha is not a random Shinobi Nation. We're the best. We have been the best ever since villages had even begun being founded. And it clearly looks like we will be the best. So I do wonder why exactly you think we wouldn't be able to figure out something as simple as puppetry?"

"Ohhh? Might I remind you that in all the three previous wars you've never figured it out once? That's six decades of shinobi dying. And figured it out only now? When all of us are recovering, and you haven't gotten the chance to study our puppet ninjutsu? That's convenient, especially when a clear alternative already exists and that is, you forcefully experimented with the people of the Yashinokigakure to figure out how to build prosthetics after stealing our documents and plans for doing the same."

"Firstly, if your plans get stolen, that just means you're weaker than us. Secondly, no it was not the village that made this jutsu in any way. It was Tsunade, a person whose name is folklore in your village, enough to rival Lady Chiyo. She worked on the jutsu in her free time as the Hospital head when she could and has succeeded. We have records of all the experiments we conducted during our trial phases that are proof enough. And the several testimonies of the civilians should be more than enough, why would a simple person go against their own country after all?"

"Ha! As if you cannot just forge those documents! And I'm sure you're shinobi could have dressed up as shinobi from other villages and impersonated them to commit such harsh tragedies and the civilians would be none the wiser since they aren't equipped to detect lies from truth."

"Then what would be acceptable proof?"

"Oh? What about those shinobi you killed while they were simply patrolling? Or what about those ninjas you claim are our shinobi and had knowledge on puppetry to conduct such experiments?"

"I see. Indeed they would be proof." Minato nodded as he laid back in his chair while the Raikage picked his ears clean.

The Daimyo then spoke, "What would you like to do Lord Hokage?"

"Oh-"

"What else is there to do? Shouldn't you issue a public apology and compensate us and the families that you've hurt in such a harsh manner and torn apart?"

Minato paid no attention to the interruption as he continued, "-that's obvious. I'm going to present all those individuals who were caught working on these experiments."

Rasa's eyes widened as if something that he had completely not expected had happened.
