**Third Person POV**

"Megumi! What have you done!"

"Mum believe me when I say I didn't think this would happen! Please!! If I knew I was going to create someone so insufferable! I'd have never shown her the Li-"

"SHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Don't say those words out loud! It'll be over once she hears you talking about it!"

"I've got it bad too you know!! She keeps singing the song all the time!!!! Even after you guys leave!!! She did it all day today!!! Even while fighting!!!! Do something mum!! She's your daughter!!!"

"Please Mebuiki!! Do something!!" Kizashi exclaimed as he entered the room with tears streaming down his cheeks.

"MEBUKI!!! HELP!!!" Tsunade entered the room her hair all messed up along with Shizune and Tonton who had their hands covering their ears as if they'd been hearing something demonic for the last few hours! Shizune looked like she'd lost all hope in humanity and kept looking at Tsunade as if she was the last hope left for her.

"Oh no! She's coming here!" Mebuki exclaimed.

"Hello everyone! What're yall doing here?" Sakura walked in wearing cat ears along with a tee with the pictures of the characters like, a lion, a lioness, a meerkat, a warthog, and a few other animals in the background while speaking in a crazy accent.

"Nothing, Sakura-chan! Tell me what would you like to eat!" Megumi asked calmly. trying his best to not take the topic anywhere near what happened a few days ago.

"Hmm…. I've got nothing special on my mind right now, do you have any snacks like that popcorn thing?"

"Ye- yeah, this is something called an ice cream, I think you might like this, it tastes like chocolate."

"Ohh!!!! Gimme gimme, if it's anything like the popcorn thing we had during the movie you showed me it'll definitely be great!"

Everyone inside the room groaned in their heads since they knew what was going to happen next.

"That movie was soo good!!!! That little lion was soo cute!!!! Those two animals!! Oh! God!! So amazing!!!! Hakuuna Matata~~ What a wonderful phrase, Hakuuna Matata~~ Ain't no passing craze!"

Megumi's eyes widened as he was struck with a simple idea so he created ear plugs for everyone and passed them around while showing everyone how to block sounds by placing them inside their ears, which everyone was grateful for since they didn't want to listen to it anymore while Sakura continued her singing with her eyes closed swinging around the room as if she was in a world of her own.

Sakura might be Mebuki's daughter, but she'd definitely inherited Kizashi's singing talent.

**Megumi POV**

I watched on as the slip of paper in between my fingers held for a second as I felt my chakra fill it to the brim and then it wrinkled pulling the paper along with it, crumpling it as I held it in between my fingers.

Lightning?

Hmm…. but why is lightning represented by a wrinkle of the paper?

I mean if the rest of the elements like fire show themselves when chakra comes in contact with the paper, then why is lightning the only one that shows a scrunch? I would've expected a Lichtenberg figure to form in the paper or explode the paper due to sheer heat, or make sparks come off of it, but why crumple?

Is it because it manipulates the electrons in some way causing all of it to be attracted to the center of the paper? But… that… it doesn't make sense in a physical way? Should it?

I guess this goes on the list of things I have to find out about.

Picking up another paper I slowly fed it chakra in very minute amounts so that I could walk myself through the changes as they happened inside the paper.

Observing the chakra trickle into the paper slowly I observed no initial changes and continued my experiment, slowly I as I started to feel more of my chakra inside the paper, I could feel it 'react' in some way with the paper, it felt as if the paper was poking around my chakra, I couldn't understand the how of the feeling, but the feeling was present. It clearly felt like something taking a stick and prodding around the chakra inside the paper, everywhere in the paper, like little mini organisms poking at my chakra trying to kneed it in some way.

After a few seconds of feeling the poking around I felt a sudden calm after which I felt the chakra in the paper was absorbed into it taking control away from me and then it crunched up towards the center point where I was holding the paper with my index and middle finger.

I changed papers up and tried doing the same experiment while holding the paper in different ways and even simply with one finger on it while placing it on the ground, the results were the same, the paper always crumpled towards the point that was feeding chakra into the paper.

If I stopped feeding chakra to the paper while it was still under my control, it just didn't do anything, if I removed my finger from the paper after the transformation was completed the chakra paper just remained crumpled and didn't straighten itself, the interesting observation was during the middle.

When I disturbed the process of the crumpling of paper by suddenly pulling out my chakra when I estimated the crumpling was about to happen the paper became shredded itself and split outward and then became charred in that specific order, while if I disturbed the process by adding a sudden excess of chakra to the paper, it still shredded itself but this time got pulled inward and still got charred.

Both the times before the paper got charred it released a flash of electricity connecting all the pieces of the paper but did not harm me at all.

All the while I was left confused.

'Interesting, very interesting indeed.'

'How does the chakra know to crumple the paper and explode? What is so special about this paper that it causes this reaction when it interacts with chakra?'

'All I remember from the anime is that it was made from a special tree. What was so special about this tree that it can react in such a way even after it has been turned into paper?'

'How does nature transformation work in the first place? What makes the chakra go, 'Alright, now I shall turn into a fireball instead of a water ball or a wind ball or an earth ball or even a lightning ball?' From what I've seen so far it seems that Jutsus are things that involve making a framework and molding it to allow nature chakra to seep into the conduit made and take its course from there.'

'So does nature transformation of chakra involve creating a framework of chakra so that nature chakra can transform the chakra present in the framework towards whatever affinity the user has?'

'But then how would the nature chakra know to choose between the correct element? How does it know the users affinity? And even if it does know the affinity, how does it know if the person wants to use that affinity in the jutsu or if they want to use the framework they created for something else?'

'Is there a specific framework for each elemental jutsu? I do remember there being specific handsigns that indicated the ninja using a specific category of elemental jutsu, so does that mean nature transformation comes from the tenketsu? So depending on what particular tenketsu are more 'activated' the chakra get's those elements properties? But then how do Jounin 'activate' and master other elemental nature transformations? Are these nature transformations also present inside everyone's tenketsu but just not as 'active'?'

'Then what about Kekkei genkai? Why isn't it simply activating both the different tenketsu at once and automatically changing the nature of chakra to a combined one?'

'If that is not the case and there is a 'natural' state for a kekkei genkai user like it is 'natural' for my chakra to have a lightning affinity then how does Mei Trumi have multiple kekkei genkai? Does her chakra have multiple 'natural' states? If so how does she choose?'

'But that all comes back to the point of, how did the chakra paper know which elemental affinity I had? I didn't interact with my tenketsu at all before passing my chakra into the paper.'

Confusing, very confusing. I need more information. Perhaps there's something about it in the library?

I got up onto my two little legs and went up to mum who had just finished wiping the table after dad left a while ago after lunch back to work.

"Mum!" I shouted to get her attention as I looked at her with full focus.

*pftttt*

Mum looked at me, then covered her mouth and then laughed.

"Mum?" I asked tilting my head a little confused, and my neck hurt since I had to look up at mum as I was standing too close.

"Pfttt, HAHAHAHA!"

"Mum what happened?" I asked pulling on mum's gown.

I searched the room for a reflective surface to look at from where I was standing at and found a small mirror on the table near the kitchen but didn't find anything stuck to my face which got me even more confused.

"Oh! Megumi!" Mum squealed as she knelt and started rubbing her cheeks onto mine.

"Muuuum~~!!! You know I don't like you doing that to me!"

"Oh! But you're so cute I can't help it!!"

"Mum I'm twenty!"

"But you look like you're three! And look at these cheeks! So fluffy and soft! It'd be a shame to not enjoy them! Let me have my enjoyment as your mother!"

"Argghhh!!!!"

I could only fold my hands and let mum abuse me to her satisfaction and wait.

*rub* *rub* *rub* *rub*

"Alright! Now tell me what you want?"

"Mum can I go to the library?!"

"No!"

"Grea- ? What!? Why?"

"No! You'll only go when I'm coming with you. And right now I'm going to sleep, for my beauty nap! Both you and Kizashi keep me up all morning and start shouting while talking to each other about different weapons and doing those weird poses as if the world was ending and you were the only ones that could save it! If I don't sleep I'm going to beat the both of you the next time you do it!" Mum said pinching my chubby cheeks.

"Ah!! Mom!! You do not understand the purity of our actions! It is these actions that keep the evil at bay!" I pretend clutched my chest in pain as I said that.

"Keep evil at bay under my foot! If the both of you do it once again tomorrow, you will both see the evil that resides with in me!" Mum said with a stern glare.

"Yes Mum!" I saluted.

"What will you do now then?" Mum asked.

"Mum I shall patiently wait for your call to guard you on your trip to the vaults of knowledge." I joked as mum's eyes visibly twitched at the antics of her grown up son, but she ignored it on the account of it looking cute since a mini Sakura was doing it.

"Alright." Mum said as she nodded and left to go to her room to sleep.

'I guess, I'm going to work on clones and their seemingly infinite range capabilities.'

….

I was back in my room.

Making the focusing chakra hand seal I summoned a clone right in front of me, causing a connective bond to form inside my head with my clone.

I could not see or feel through any of the senses of the clone, I didn't know if it had any since it didn't speak or move at all, it just looked ahead in a deadpan stare.

I controlled it using my mind to rush up to me and punch me as if I was it's mortal enemy.

I was funny seeing a angry mini sakura run up to me and attempt to punch me, the mini sakura clone looked cute. I see why mum does what she does.

The punch obviously went through me dissipating the clone in the process, but I carefully observed the clone during this process of dissipation.

The clone first became distorted as if it was a mirage and then dissolved into the air, only after which did I loose the connection I had with it.

'Hmm so what exactly controls this bond that forms within my mind that is able to control the clone? Do all jutsus have a similar bond that allows them to be controlled and aimed and such?'

I split apart a little of the spiritual energy inside my head and tied to feed it to a paper I picked up from the table. There was a little trick to separating spiritual energy out of the body which was by moving all the physical energy in its way away from it and creating a gap in the physical energy barrier.

The spiritual energy did move out of my body, but then it just floated about, it didn't interact with the paper at all. After a few more tests I concluded I could feel it's presence but it didn't interact with anything outside.

I created a clone once again and tried to touch it using spiritual energy by coating a layer of it on my finger and it unsurprisingly didn't work and just popped the clone.

I expected this, but thought maybe there was a chance that the chakra in the jutsu could be deconstructed into spiritual and physical energy and be rebuilt by using the newly available spiritual energy on my finger, but it seemed like chakra had the same properties inside or outside the body and couldn't be so easily deconstructed into its constituents.

'I don't know if it is possible to separate Spiritual and physical energy. Maybe something in nature has evolved enough to do such a thing? Wait a second, maybe Ekoji Sorui split apart physical and spiritual energies which is why I feel that my chakra is not in my control inside the Ekoji Sorui? And since I didn't feel any chakra already present in them, maybe they are organisms that survive by manufacturing their own chakra by taking other people's chakra? But why? Another idea to think about and investigate later.'

Creating another clone I focused on how the sensation of connecting with the clone was formed inside my head but I couldn't pin point the exact time it appeared, it was just empty one moment and the next moment as soon as the jutsu was executed I could control the clone.

'So I have to find out which specific tenketsu gives me this ability to control the clone?'

'So the problem still lies in finding the properties of tenketsu, how did these properties get found out in the first place? If chakra nature reacts to nature chakra, does that mean all the other properties were studied by using nature chakra? Sages? Who keeps giving out these tenketsu properties to make new jutsus? Sage of six paths? Everything is getting confusing again….'

I observed the Ekoji Sorui in the palm of my hands as I continuously poured and reabsorbed chakra into and from the small green plant in my hands.

I couldn't figure out what exactly took away my feeling of control inside the Ekoji Sorui but after trying to give it purely Spiritual energy I could see it was the only physical thing that I could feel and investigate using Spiritual energy as I did with chakra.

I could feel how it obstructed the Spiritual energy when it came into contact with it, like the blip on a radar. I couldn't understand why but I could clearly feel something inside the cloud of Spiritual energy I surrounded it with. I could feel it overlap with my spiritual energy, as if I was able to feel the presence of something inside an area of space.

'Maybe this is how two different spiritual energies directly interact with each other? They just gloss through each other without actually passing any information?'

'Let's try and feed it chakra while keeping it inside a cloud of spiritual energy.'

Carefully, I separated a bit of chakra and pushed it into the Ekoji Sorui only to be surprised when it vanished from the radar of the Spiritual energy.

The only reason I knew it was there was because I could still see it.

'So my suspicion of it being able to split Spiritual and Physical energies is correct. Because after it absorbs chakra it doesn't just become an empty dot or even block the external cloud, it became invisible. Meaning, it substituted the previous spiritual energy it had with the Spiritual Energy from my chakra.'

'What an interesting plant.'

'Why does such an interesting plant grow inside and around a volcano?'
