Hope Mikaelson was told brief summary of Dark Hope's life by Alex,it was pretty dark she had always wondered what her life would be without Alex and now the answer was in front of her.Hope was shocked at what her counter part went through,while Alex had left behind the little fact that Dark Hope had dated Landon,as it was something unimportant in Alex's eyes.After all the boy was pretty much an annoyance.

Hope was really thankful for meeting, Alex so early in her life,he was really her guardian angel.Hope was now looking at the unconscious Dark Hope inside a very strong barrier created by Alex.

Also her Klaus and Hailey had taken it pretty badly hearing what Dark Hope went through,they both went to the bar too grab a drink maybe couple of drinks.Although both seems to hold slight resentment towards the other version Rebekah,Kol and Freya for not being their for Dark Hope,after all the same could have happened to their Hope.

Hope was in deep thought when Alex entered the room,seeing Hope like this he asked"Are you okay?"

Hope sighed and replied"I could have been like her too."

Alex gave her small hug and whispered"You cannot think like that,you are different from her.Also you cannot let her mistakes weigh you down."

Hope nodded,as both of them heard a groan they saw Dark Hope was getting up first thing she noticed was the barrier and then she saw her counterpart with another boy,she didn't recognize him.Dark Hope was pretty sure the boy never attended Salvatore boarding school,then again the number of changes in this world meant there maybe students who never attended in her world.

Dark Hope questioned"Who are you?"

Hope frowned and replied"Alex and he is my boyfriend."their was slight edge in her voice,she wanted make it clear,it doesn't matter if this was her counterpart.But Alex.was her boyfriend.

Dark Hope was shocked and confused asked"What?...Where is Landon?"

Hope was confused,then she figured Landon was her counterparts boyfriend.That was something she could never understand as Landon was annoying stalker.

Alex whispered"She is obsessed with him,after losing everyone close to her she just held on to him."

Hope nodded knowing how broken Dark Hope was from Alex,she figured out the fact her counterpart clung to Landon as some sort of security blanket without knowing his stalker tendencies.

Dark Hope was confused as she really thought just like her,her counterpart would be with Landon.Dark Hope narrowing her eyes at Alex thought"He was definitely not from Salvatore Boarding school and he is very powerful."

Dark Hope yelled"I am not Obsessed with Landon,we loved each other."

Alex rolled his eyes and said"Yeah right,you didn't even know how he stalked and how obsessed he was with you."

Dark Hope was anow really annoyed and in anger yelled"You were not in present in my timeline."Alex with blank look replied"But,I read your mind and seen everyone of your memories."

Dark Hope was once again enraged she was about to yell at Alex,but Alex with snap of his fingers caused Dark Hope to be silenced.Although she recognize is silenced,she was still able to hear them.

Alex looking at Hope said"Your counterpart is not really mentally sound.I mean she really looked up to Alaric,someone who sent kids to a prison world without a second thought over an accident that wasn't their fault he just threw them away like garbage."

Hope frowned and asked"What did he do to her?"

Alex sighed and replied"He's been using your counterpart for the longest as his weapon putting the world and school on her shoulders expecting her to save the day.Even though Alaric always reminds her how bad Klaus was every now and then,how she's basically just like him when she wasn't at the time."

Hope was slightly angered hearing all this,but a part of her was really glad she was under that douchebag now.

While Alex with frown thought"Interestingly Alaric never punished Josie about using Dark magic.When Josie let the darkness take over,she did kill someone and tried to kill Lizzie and planned on hurting more people. But because Hope isn't actually Alaric's daughter.Alaric acts like cares ,but in reality is afraid of Hope because of her heritage so he is making sure she doesn't become a threat."
