Chapter 1

In a small orphanage, nestled amidst the rolling hills and lush forests of rural Japan, there is a room. A humble, unassuming room, with nothing more than a few cribs, a changing table, and a single window to let in the morning light. And in one of those cribs, a baby boy sleeps peacefully.

His name is Yuri. Yuri is unlike any of the other children in the orphanage. He has a strange, otherworldly air about him. His eyes are an unearthly shade of Green, and his hair floats about him like spun silver. The other children often whisper about him, wondering where he came from, and what secrets he might be hiding.

But Yuri doesn't pay them any mind. He is too busy exploring the world around him, learning about the people and creatures that inhabit it. He spends hours just watching the leaves dance in the wind, or listening to the birds sing in the trees. And when he closes his eyes, he dreams of a vast, untamed wilderness, filled with animals both great and small.

It's like a dream not of his own doing. It is a Gift that was given to him by a god, a god of reincarnation who saw fit to bestow upon him a second chance at life. In this life, Yuri was born with a mutant werewolf quirk, one that would awaken in him at the age of four. And with it, he would become the greatest hero the world had ever seen. The next day changes his life forever when he sees a woman standing over his bed he recognizes her as Inko midoriya and learns she wants to Adopt him because after Izuku was born with his father unaccounted for she wants a brother for her son Izuku to share Quirk manifestation together.

Yuri spends the next few years growing up in the Midoriya household, adjusting to his new life and learning to control his werewolf quirk. He becomes close friends with Izuku, and they spend countless hours playing together in the nearby forest, knowing that Izuku is Quirkless for now until he meets All-might and receives All for one. they grow older, they begin to attend middle school together.

As the class begins, they are given an assignment to write a short story. Yuri has always had a gift for storytelling, so he decides to put pen to paper and share the story of his life with the class. He weaves together tales of his time in the orphanage, his adoption into the Midoriya family, and his adventures with Izuku. The other students listen intently, hanging on his every word. When he finishes, there is a moment of silence before the applause begins to echo through the classroom. Even Miss Honey seems impressed.

After class, Izuku pulls Yuri aside and asks him if he's ever considered becoming a professional Hero. Yuri laughs it off, but the idea lingers in the back of his mind. He and Izuku continue to grow closer, sharing their dreams and aspirations with each other. They both know that UA High will bring new challenges and responsibilities, but they are confident that they can face them together.
