"It's infuriating! This kid has no one to guide him in training, yet his progress is so rapid," Vegeta grumbled, clenching his fists in frustration.

He continued, "Even if one adds the two years, he spent in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, he's only 9 years old, and yet his strength has already reached this level."

What was more vexing was that Goten had never encountered a worthy opponent before he met Cell. There was no one to guide him in training.
