Meet the family.

At the entrance, there was a beautiful white-haired lady with a cold and dignified demeanour entering in a blue and white suit.

Upon spotting her, one of the house staff started freaking out.

"Aaaahhhh, aaaahhh, aaahhhhh!" He exclaimed, with excitement, and danced about wildly while foaming at the mouth. Gradually losing consciousness.

'The heck is his deal?' I wondered.

"Yo, that's lady Aurora Kaziel Vongola, the Ice Demon." Someone exclaimed.

"Shhh, don't let her hear you. Do you know what happened to the last guy that said that? As far as you are concerned, she's the Ice Princess." The older guard shushed hasty.

"But, wow to think that one of the world's most feared generals would be here. You know, I heard when she awakened her quirk she caused a 3-year winter." A guard said in amazement.

'Damn, that's incredible. She has to be really powerful then.' I exclaimed.

"Yeah, I heard she froze an entire country when she awakened." Another said.

'That can not be true.' I believed.

"Shut up, that's an obvious lie." A guard said.

'Exactly, you tell him. It couldn't be true.' I nodded in agreement.

"The truth is, she actually froze the entire earth." He added, nodding his head.

'?????'

What the actual hell is up with these lores? She froze the earth. You mean the thing we are standing on right now, that is functioning perfectly like it hasn't been frozen? Are these guys stupid? I don't know what's worse, the fact that he had the guts to say that or the fact that the others are just nodding in agreement like freezing the earth is normal.

Again, my ranting was interpreted by a commotion. This time, it was a golden-haired young man who seemed to be in his twenties. Now, I am proud of my looks, but it paled in comparison to this man. If you told me he was an angel-made man, I would believe you.

He wore a yellow-gold and white suit with a charming bright simile.

Again, upon spotting him, the house staff that had just regained consciousness after fainting started freaking out again.

"Aaaahhhh, aaaahhh, aaahhhhh," He exclaimed with excitement, waving his hands about and dancing wildly while foaming at the mouth. Gradually losing consciousness again.

'Was no one going to address that?' I thought.

"Young master Lionel Angelo Vongola. The Insane Madman. The deranged golden lion" A guard exhaled, with fear and admiration.

"You know, he owned multiple billion-dollar businesses when he was a teenager." The older guard said.

'That's nice and all, but what about those nicknames? His appearance and his nickname don't match.' I wondered.

What happened next made me wonder if these guys were reading my thoughts or something.

"What's with those nicknames? They don't really match, " the newbie questioned.

"Well, Master Lionel's nickname was given to him because of his fight style. You see Master Lionel's quirk is a powerful healing quirk which heals using flames. When he fights, he forgoes all protection and defence in favour of offence while healing any injuries received." The older guard informed awkwardly.

"Wow, that's crazy." The newbie exclaimed.

'Right? Deranged might be too nice. That is completely insane. I mean, just because one has healing powers doesn't mean they should fight like they had extra lives.'

"I heard when he was born all those near him were healed." Someone whispered.

"I heard that even his sweat can heal the deadliest of diseases."

"I heard that he is actually immortal." Another chimed.

'A bit much but would explain his fighting style. Maybe we have a Deadpool-type situation here.' I wondered.

" You fool, it's not like that. I heard that when he was born, all those around him gained immortality." Another challenged.

'I should have known this was coming.' I facepalmed.

Again, another commotion.

'Can't these people come in together? I don't have all day. What are they doing standing behind the gate in a line waiting? Coming in one by one.' I cried.

This time, it was Grandpa and Sebastian.

"That's Master Vongola. The Flame Emperor. And his trusty second-in-command and right-hand man Sebastian Ombra. The Shadow." The older guard said solemnly.

'Flame Emperor, I can't lie that's a badass nickname name. And Sebastian The Shadow. Damn, talk about teaching the young how it's done. Although, it seems Sebastian is not a butler as I imagined.' I couldn't help but praise.

"You know I heard the Flame Emperor once blow up the moon-

I quickly made my exit before whoever was speaking could finish. I could not handle another one of these crazy lores.

Pov third person

"Aww, look at what you did, you scared him off with your nonsense." Someone chuckle

"Who was that kid anyway." A guard asked, watching Dante leave.

"I don't know, but his reconnaissance skills aren't half bad." Another chuckle.

"Yeah, his surveillance, approach, and positioning were good. If it weren't for how easy to read he was, I would think he was a spy. To think we got spied on by a kid." The older guard laughed.

Then they all joined in the laughter.

They had noticed Dante the moment from the moment started playing with the kids. Just because they were at a party did not mean that they let their guard down.

Not just anyone can become a Vongola employee, much less a guard.

Pov Dante

I approached my father, who had just finished speaking to his family. And if I'm being honest, it didn't seem like the 'fake smile now, and if you turn around, I will stab you in the back' kind of family I was expecting.

They seemed to genuinely care about each other. And relaxed around each other. So, I approached my father about my thoughts.

"Hahaha, son that's because we do care about each other. In the Vongola, family is the most important thing, above all else. We may compete and fight with each other, but we will always have each other's backs no matter what. The Vongola is not just about being the best. It's about being the best together." He said with a smile and pride.

His demeanour quickly changed into an intimidating and formidable one. As he stated,

"And if you mess with one of ours, we mess with all of you."

'I guess this is the Advocate.' I thought.

But him acting like this ticked me off.

"You think you're so cool." I snickered.

"That's it, you little-

"Hey Ezzy, is that my nephew?" Voice shouted.

Then approached the golden-haired Lionel accompanied by the frozen beauty Aruora.

"Hey, kid I'm Lionel, but you can call me Leo or Uncle Leo." He said with a smile.

Following his lead, Aurora said firmly, " I'm Aurora Vongola, but you can call me Aura."

So I can either call her by her full name or just Aura.

We went on to chat about a lot of things to get to know each other. Leo was a chill guy, the kind of guy that was the life of the party wherever he went and got along with everybody. Aura was chill in more ways than one. She had a cold aura around her always, and although she seemed cold and distant on the outside, she was a kind and friendly person.

We got along great. We didn't really speak, just stood by each other enjoying the other's company. Other people arrived, but I had enough information. The family was safe. And I couldn't really be bothered to listen to any more ridiculous lore.

Aside from the speech by the old man and kids constantly coming up to me to invite me to play, nothing eventful happened. It was a fun experience all in all. A little relaxation before my training starts.
