This individual had no records of arriving on Capital Octoxis via a regular starship, likely having arrived on a smuggler's vessel. They had been monitoring him for two days, noting that his activities were confined to the underground bar.

When the man suddenly turned around, Kenji quickly hid around a corner in the corridor. Only after the man entered a private room did Kenji cautiously approach, placing sophisticated eavesdropping equipment on the door to listen in on the conversation inside.

"Boss, I haven't found any new glands recently. The Alliance Army is keeping a tight watch. Should we pause our operations and lay low for a while?" one voice inside said.
