"So, how are we going to enter Pewter?"

"Well, sneaking in, follow me."

We are currently just outside Pewter and we are in the forest. I transform into my human form.

"What? You can transform into a human! Why didn't you tell me before!"

"I can imitate humans. I am telling you now. So, get on my shoulder, we are going to act like I am your trainer and you are my partner, got it?"

"Got it!" She jumped and got onto my shoulder. I make Red's cap on my head and begin walking into the city. The city is big and vast. The buildings are compact with pokemon and people on each side. I walk to the gym and I see it is like a warehouse of sorts. It is bigger on the inside and I see what I thought was impossible. I see Ash and Brock talking.

"Hello, I came here for a gym battle." I asked.

"Ok, first you need to fight Alex."

I nod then Ash came up to me and looked at the Pikachu on my shoulder.

"My Pikachu is better."

I smile at Ash and go up to Alex who got his pokemon out.

"Alright, challenger...."

"Rick"

"Challenger Rick vs. Gym Trainer Alex!" I throw Beth who flips in the air and lands gracefully. When the hell did she learn that?

"Go, Geodude!" He sends out a pokeball that contains a rock with arms.

"Disarming voice!" A loud screech echoes through the hall and it damages Geodude and makes it flinch.

"Nasty Plot!" I say and Beth begins to plan.

"Geodude, rock throw!" The geodude begins to get a rock from a ground and Pikachu sneers at the slow process. He threw the rock at Pikachu and she jumped up into the air.

"Fake out!"

Pikachu spins in the air, seemingly to prepare to attack Geodude with her tail and Geodude puts its arms up to block it. Pikachu stops spinning and smashes Geodude with her tail to the side.

"Now for the grand finale! Iron Tail!" Pikachu rushes towards the Geodude and her tail lights up. She then flings Geodude into the wall with her tail.

"Winner, Rick!"

"Good job, Beth." I say with a thumbs up. She just smirks.

"Ugh, I lost to a Beginner Level Pikachu." What, I thought we went by levels?

"Umm, what is a Beginner Level?" I ask, they all look at me like I am stupid.

"A Beginner level is the beginning of the growth of a pokemon. After that is Intermediate, High level, Elite level, then Champion level, there may be more then that but I don't know the rest."

<New Information. Setting new standards. Level 1-20 is Beginner, 21-40 is Intermediate, 41-50 is High, 51-60 is Elite, 61-80 is Champion Level.>

Got it, I am in Beginner level too, this sucks.

"Anyways, are you going to switch for our battle?"

I shake my head and told Beth to be ready.

"Go, Onix!"

He threw a pokeball that spun in mid air and opened to reveal a bunch of rocks stacked to make a snake. A sentient rock snake, great, excellent. Due to it being a ground type, no electric attacks can damage it.

"Oi, Rick! Why are you making me fight them?"

"To see the limits of your power. Sas-Ahem-Beth."

"Why did you say Sas?"

"References also it is funny to me."

"Whatever."

"Let the battle begin!"

"Onix, bind!" I see Onix glowing, fucking idiot think I haven't played pokemon or heard of bind!

"Nasty Plot!"

'How, how did he know that bind needs an attack to function!'

Onix stops glowing and looks a bit tired.

"Now, Iron Tail!" Beth then rushes at rock snake.

"Rock Tomb!" It throws a couple of rocks at Beth but she dodges them by weaving in between and she gets a critical hit! One shot that snake.

Everybody widens there eyes in disbelief that Beth utterly destroyed Onix.

"Good job, here is the TM Rock Tomb and the Boulder Badge! And 1386 Pokedollers!" He walked up to me and gave me those three things. I jumped up in happiness, I'm not poor anymore! Beth for some reason jumps with me.

I immediatly rush outside and into the pokemon center.

"Hi Nurse Joy, can heal Beth?"

She looked at Beth who looked a little tired and looked at me.

"Young man, I am happy that you care for your Pikachu, but she is only a little tired."

Fine. I have stuff to do anyways.

I walk out with Beth sleeping on my head and head into the forest to make sure nobody sees me a transform into my defult form and lay down Beth.

Let me give you a review of Pokerus, it is basically a mutualistic virus that gives double IVs to the pokemon that it infects and the infected can spread it, there are no other side-effects. But, the catch is that you only have a 3 in 65,536 or approximately a 1 in 21,845 chance. You can see how this is broken. Can you show me Beth's status?

She is broken as hell, or as much a Pikachu can be. She has Volt Tackle with Light Orb, also has Pokerus, maybe due to me or I got it from her, I don't know.
