 उसके बाद मुझे डॉक्टर ने ऑपरेशन की सारी प्रक्रिया के बारे में बताया। उसने मुझे बताया के तुम्हारे हाथ के अंदर की जो हड्डी थी उसमें पूरी तरह से कीड़ा लग गया था। और वहां पर की हड्डी पूरी तरह से सड़ गई थी तो मैंने वहां पर की पूरी हड्डी को निकाल दिया और तुम्हारे कमर के पास से हड्डी निकाल कर वहां पर लगा दी। 

कमर के पास जहां पर हमलोगों की पैंट रुकती है वहा पर हर इंसान को एक्स्ट्रा हड्डी होती है। मेरे हाथ का ऑपरेशन तो हो गया पर मेरे मन मे उस ऑपरेशन के बाद एक अजीब सी उलझन चिड़चिड़ापन और गुस्सा सा होने लगा दोस्तों जो आजतक मेरी ज़िंदगी के साथ जुड़ा हुआ है।उस डॉक्टर ने मेरे हाथ के जॉइंट में एक स्टील रॉड लगा दिया और कहा के अब तुम्हारा हाथ पूरी तरह से काम करेगा और तुम सब काम इस हाथ कर लोगे।

 पर तुम्हारा ये हाथ न ही पूरा फोल्ड होगा और न ही पूरा सीधा होगा। उस दिन के बाद से मेरा हाथ नही पूरा फोल्ड होता है और नही पूरा सीधा होता है इसके कारण मुझे हर जगह बहुत प्रॉब्लम होती है।फिर भी मैंने उस मालिक का शुक्रिया अदा किया के कोई बात नही मैं इसी हाथ से अपनी पूरी ज़िन्दगी काट लूंगा।लेकिन ये सब सोचना इतना आसान नही था मेरे लिए दोस्तो।मेरा जब ऑपरेशन का प्लास्टर उस डॉक्टर ने काटा तो मेरा हाथ काम कर रहा पर थोड़ा फोल्ड और थोड़ा सीधा हो रहा था।

 ये सब देखने के बाद मैं रोने लगा और बहुत ज़्यादा रोने लगा तो मेरे चाचा ने मुझे भरोसा दिया के मैं हूं न।मेरे चाचा ने मुझसे कहा तुझे रोना नही है ये हाथ को पहले तुम ठीक कर लो उस के बाद मैं तुझे एक नया ट्रक दूंगा। वो ट्रक का इन्स्टालमेन्ट जिस दिन खत्म हो जाएगा उस दी वो ट्रक मैं तुम्हारे नाम से ट्रांसफर कर दूंगा।मैं झूट नही बोल रहा हूं दोस्तों यही वादा किया था मेरे चाचा ने मुझ से।

2004 में मेरे चाचा ने मुझे एक ट्रक दिए उस ट्रक का इन्स्टालमेन्ट था 24500 रुपये।मैंने ड्राइव करना शुरू किया।मैं और मेरा छोटा भाई दोनों मिलकर ड्यूटी करना शुरू किया और जैसे ही एक महीने के बाद इंस्टालमेंट का डेट आया मैंने इंस्टालमेंट देना शुरू किया।लगभग पांच या छह महीने क़िस्त दिए होंगे।उसके बाद मेरे फ़ादर ने मुझसे कहा के मुझे पैसा लाकर दो मै अपनी बेटी की शादी करूँगा चाहे तुम कही से भी लाओ मैं नही जानता।

मैंने मेरे पापा बहुत समझाने की कोशिश की के पापा अभी ट्रक का क़िस्त देने दो मात्र 48 मंथ किस्ती देना है जिसमे छह महीने का क़िस्त दे चुका हूं अब मात्र 42 महीने और देना है।उसके बाद मैं अपनी सभी बहन की शादी करदूंगा।लेकिन मेरे पापा ने मेरी एक नही सुनी।वो मुझे एक ही बात बोलते थे मुझे पैसे दो नही तो तुझे जान से मार दूंगा। मुझे अपनी बेटी की शादी करनी है बस और मैं कुछ नही जानता ।

ये सब सुनने के बाद मैंने मेरे चाचा से बात की के मेरे पापा मुझसे पैसा मांग रहे है।मेरे चाचा ने मुझसे पूछा के कितने रुपये मांग रहे है मैं ने कहा 2  लाख रुपये मांग रहे है।मेरे पापा की ये बात सुन कर मेरे चाचा ने कहा मैं ये सब कुछ नही जानता मुझे हर महीने अपडेट क़िस्त चाहिए नही तो मैं अपना ट्रक वापस ले लूंगा।मैंने ट्रक तुझे दिया है तेरे पापा को नही दिया हूँ। और इधर मेरे पापा का कहना था के मुझे अपनी बेटी की शादी करनी है मुझे पैसे चाहिए 2 लाख रुपये नही तो मैं तुझे जान से मारदूंगा।

मेरे चाचा मेरे पापा से डरते भी थे और मेरे पापा की इज़्ज़त भी करते थे इसी कारण मेरे चाचा मेरे पापा से बात नही करते थे मेरे चाचा भी मुझे ही डरा रहे थे के अगर क़िस्त तू ने नही दिया तो मैं अपना ट्रक वापस ले लूंगा अब दोस्तों वहां मुझे किसकी बात मानना चाहिए था।  मेरे लिए तो एक तरफ खाई और एक तरफ कुआं दिखाई दे रहा था मैं उस वक्त बहुत बड़ी दुविधा में पड़ गया था ।अब आगे पार्ट 11 में।।

After that the doctor told me about the whole process of operation.  He told me that the bone inside your hand was completely wormed in it.  And there the bone was completely rotten, so I removed the entire bone from there and took out the bone from your waist and put it there.  Near the waist, where our pants stop, every person has an extra bone. 

 I had an operation on my hand, but after that operation, a strange confusion started in my mind, irritability and anger, friends, which is connected with my life till date. That doctor put a steel rod in the joint of my hand and  Said that now your hand will work completely and you will do all the work with this hand, but this hand of yours will neither be completely folded nor will it be completely straight.  

Since that day, my hand is not fully folded and is not completely straight, due to this I have a lot of problems everywhere. Still I thanked that owner that no matter what, I will cut my whole life with this hand  But it was not so easy for me to think all this, friends. When that doctor cut the plaster of my operation, 

my hand was working but a little folded and a little straightened, after seeing all this, I started crying and started crying a lot.  So my uncle assured me that I am not. My uncle told me that you do not have to cry, you should fix this hand first, after that I will give you a new truck.  I will transfer that truck in your name the day the installation of that truck is over.

 In 2004, my uncle gave me a truck, the installation of that truck was Rs 24500. I started driving.  After listening to all this, I talked to my uncle that my father is asking me for money. My uncle asked me how much money he is asking, I said he is asking for 2  lakh rupees. Hearing this from my father, my uncle asked me.  Said I don't know all this, I want update installment every month, otherwise I will take my truck back, 

I have given the truck to you, I have not given it to your father and here my father said that I want to marry my daughter, I want money  If not 2 lakh rupees, I will kill you. My uncle was afraid of my father and also respected my father, that is why my uncle did not talk to my father,
