A New Member

Izuku went into the hideout and started dinner. Neri had mastered making small animals bigger, and he could also make whole body parts. Neri was improving tremendously in using his quirk, and Izuku thought that there might be a way he could make people younger. Though Izuku's body had grown stronger, he couldn't help looking at his memories from time to time. Crime around his district had cooled down due to the appearance of the white demon, who was him. Izuku decided to take Neri on his next patrol and give him the knife. He wanted to see Neri's skills on the battlefield. That night, Izuku took Neri on his patrol. Apart from jumping from building to building, Neri had no problems that night. Just like that, there was a crime. Izuku sent Neri to the gang fight and watched from a rooftop. Neri handled them swiftly, leaving Izuku a bit jealous.

"Deku-san, how did I do?" Neri asked, evidently feeling proud of himself.

"Perfect, Neri," Izuku replied, patting him on the head.

Both Izuku and Neri went back to the hideout and had a good night's sleep. They woke up to the sound of a door opening. It was Momo. Momo immediately started sparring with Izuku. Momo attacked. Izuku dodged and countered. He tapped her instead of punching her because he didn't want to hurt her. Neri stayed inside playing with a toy that Izuku had bought for him.

"Momo, starting today, you will go on patrol with Neri and me," Izuku insisted.

"Finally," she said.

The night came, and it was time for another patrol. Momo came along with a crossbow as her weapon. She served as a sniper for swift knocking out. They had gone far into the city because of the lack of crimes in Izuku's area. They were about to start returning when Neri tugged Izuku's jacket and firmly persistently insisted that they should leave. Izuku instantly felt that something was wrong. Neri wasn't the persistent type. Izuku looked down into the city and saw the masked man again, so he left Momo and Neri and began to trail him. The man walked into a mansion type building. Izuku felt something malicious about that building, so he waited for the man to leave again. Once the man exited the premises, Izuku stormed in. He tried to conceal his presence as much as he could, but it wasn't possible. They found him. While the guards were chasing him, he noticed that they were avoiding a particular area. Izuku made a massive explosion and ran in that direction. Izuku was shocked at what he saw. He saw a little girl.

"Help me," she said

She was younger than Neri, but they looked alike. They had the same horn and the same hair color, but she was younger. Izuku grabbed her and ran. He left the building and turned on his anti-gravity shoes. He went to the place where he left Neri and Momo, and Neri was gone. Momo was crying, injured.

"Where's Neri?!" Izuku shouted.

"A man with a mask took him. He said you stole Neri. I didn't believe him, so I tried to protect him, but I failed," Momo said.

"What direction did he go in?" Izuku insisted.

Momo pointed out the direction. Izuku dropped the girl and headed straight for Neri. He turned on his shoes to the max and even amplified the speed by using his explosions to assist. Izuku grabbed Neri from the man's hands, blinded him with a blast, and went back to Momo and the girl. Izuku held everyone and dashed them back to the hideout. Neri didn't get the chance to see the girl's face.

They arrived at the hideout. Izuku's feet were severely damaged, and he destroyed the shoes. Neri looked at the girl's face, and an influx of memories flowed into his brain. She was his younger sister, and the man had separated them when he kidnapped them. Voices started playing in Neri's head.

"Brother, don't leave me!"

"Save me!"

"Don't let him take me away!"

The voice was sobbing as well.

Neri was frozen.

"Neri, is something wrong?" Izuku asked.

"That girl... she's my sister," Neri replied.

"That boy," she said. "He's my brother," The girl said, in perfect sync.

They ran to the hideout with smiles on their faces, all while holding hands. They were both hugging each other while crying.

"What's your name?" Izuku asked.

"Eri," She replied.

"Are you hungry, Eri?" He asked.

"No," she said.

"It's okay, he's nice," Neri said to her.

"Mhmm," She said.

She was just like Neri when eating. She was savagely nipping at the food as if that was the first thing they had ever eaten.

"Eri, what's your quirk?" Izuku asked.

"I don't know. I'm sorry!" She said. She looked scared. As if she thought he was going to hit her.

"It's okay," Izuku said with a broad smile on his face.

Eri fell asleep after eating. She looked as tranquil as Neri while sleeping. Izuku was glad to have come into their lives. In the morning, Izuku told Eri to focus on the same bread piece that Neri focused on and it became edible again. Izuku still wasn't sure about her quirk. Izuku told Eri to do it again, and the bread became flour, yeast, water, and every other ingredient used to make bread. Eri could bring things into the past. He named it Rewind. Eri could rewind things, and Neri could Fast-Forward things. They were the ultimate combo.

Izuku asked Eri to take his body back to normal form. She made him a bit younger, but Neri assisted and he was 15 again. Momo was glad. They could finally date without it feeling weird. Momo kissed him. They were finally official. Eri started training with Neri to strengthen her quirk. Whatever she did, Neri could always revert it. It was foolproof. They would be the strongest duo in Izuku's ever-growing team. Izuku looked at how much he had cleaned the city up and smiled.
