She’s Glowing

It's been a month since Jason asked Layla to officially be his girlfriend and she has been loving every minute of it. Everyday she falls in love with him over again.

She talked to him first thing in the morning and last thing before she went to bed. Sometimes after work he would come and pick her up and they would they go on a fancy date.

As She stood in the middle of Maddie's hair salon, she couldn't stop smiling as she read the text that Jason had sent her.

"Someone is clearly in love," Maddie said as she walked over to where Layla was. It was a weekend and they were already closed for the day. Maddie waved the hair brush she was holding at Layla. "You my dear friend has been glowing this past few weeks."

"What makes you say that?" Layla pocketed her phone and went to turn the sign on the door to "closed" Maddie was smiling at her.
