The Kagura Family
The man, who can only be assumed is the head of the Kagura family, spoke only briefly. However, he managed to captivate the entire ballroom. He was poetic, courteous, yet direct. He was able to show his support for the participants and warn them all in one breath. On top of that, he and his family were quite fashionable. Very well-dressed. They wore traditional Japanese yukatas and kimonos, the rest of his family still wearing traditional masks to hide their faces. It seems that magic is not the only thing this family is highly capable of.
