Ulterior motive

The dictator said that the reason for the recent road expansion was so that the people can upgrade the building with the hopes that more people could move into the country. Without more people living in the dictator country, he couldn't apply for a much bigger loan. As the road was being upgraded, the people could afford to start renovating their houses to a much nicer and larger houses.

While the dictator was busy expanding the road, more houses in the neighborhood had gotten their houses robbed again. And even if the dictator was informed on the problem, he didn't bother solving it. He said that he was also a robber robbing the peoples hard earned money for his own little desired projects.

While the road was expanding, the amount of people living in the country wasn't enough for the dictator to get a loan from the banks. The people in the country were all locals. No tourist at all. And the dictator wasn't surprised by that since he knew how awful of a leader he was.

The taxes were raised so high that some people were having trouble paying the taxes to the point where they started protesting about the high tax that the people were being taxed. The dictator said that he would lowered the taxes when the numbers on the country budget were good. And for the dictator, the number 333k were not a really good number. The moment the country budget reach 350k, the dictator directly announces the lowering of taxes immediately. The people were all rejoiced partying due to the dictator lowering the taxes. The dictator then said that hopefully he wouldn't took another loan for his own little projects or else, he would be raising the taxes again which scares the heart of the people.

As for the abandoned building, the dictator bulldoze the building and claim the land so that he could resell the land and earn profits. the dictator were heartless enough to do that for profit of the country and his wallet. However, the problem was that destroying houses one by one has starting to made the dictator questions if there would be a better way to solve this issue than by just directly sell the abandoned houses instead of destroying the houses and reselling the land.

With all the problem, the dictator would solve the issue and also at the same time made a profit for himself. And that would be the reason why most of the people living in the country would suffer by every decision the awful dictator made.
