Past Relations And New Beginnings

As we are talking suddenly a voice calls me.

"Little Lai I came to look why there is so much noise coming. Where are you?"

We both look who it is, and Grandma Agatha suddenly yell's

Laila POV: -

"ZANE IS THAT YOU?!!!"

I look astonished at Grandma Agatha shouting, I always thought she was a stern lady with a cool mind who can face anything. So, for her to shout like this, makes me very surprised.

"Oh, shit WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE CRAZY WOMAN? DID YOU COME BEAT ME UP AGAIN? NOT THIS TIME, MY GRAND-DAUGHTER WILL PROTECT ME. "

Shouting that my Grandpa comes and hides behind me. I'm shocked again, although I know my Grandpa is a little on the childish side, he was never this childish and even in front of granny Agatha too. Today I thought I had enough surprises, but this is too much.

"Granny and Old man you both know each other??" I ask them with a shocked expression.

"WHAT NO!!!! WHO WOULD WANT KNOW THIS IDIOT/CRAZY WOMAN" yell both of them at the same time?

"WHY ARE YOU SAYING THE SAME THING AS ME IDIOT/CRAZY WOMAN" again they shout at the same time.

"STOP COPYING ME!!!!!!!!" they shout again, and I look incredulously at both of them fighting like little kids with my mouth agape.

"Emmmm why don't both of you calm down a little and talk slowly with each other." I say meekly from the side.

"WHAT???? WITH HIM/HER NEVER" they shout again.

"I SAID STOP COPYING ME!!!!!!!!" and they shout again. While I hide in the corner with my Pokémon seeing two monsters fighting with each other.

They fought for almost an hour before coming to a stop. I say for someone of their age they do have a lot of energy.

"What tired idiot?" Granny says while taking deep breaths.

"Look who's talking crazy woman, you are the one more tired than me." says Grandpa panting crazily.

"Ummm Grandpa, Granny I brought some cool drinks and some snacks for both of you to eat. I think you both should sit and rest for a while before we can continue talking."

"Alright we will listen to you"X2

They glare at each other one more time before resting, then they start drinking and eating the snacks.

"So, you both know each other?"

"*Sigh*, well you about know the stories I tell you when you were little about my adventures right? During those adventures I met two crazy people , one is this crazy lady who you call Granny Agatha and the other one is Prof.Oak , you know him , the famous Prof for inventing the pokedex right?" reveals my Grandpa.

"As much as I hate admit I was one of the people who met this idiot." conforms Granny.

"So, after travelling for some time alone I decided to travel with them so that I can have some company. Then we became friends and also rivals. But after a while Oak got into the league, won the championship and all that happened. And also, for your information we both were the runner ups for the league championship along with Oak."

"Yes, the good old days. I still wish we could still go back to those times." Sighs sadly Granny Agatha.

"I too wish that Agatha I too wish that, till this day. But then suddenly Oak got interested in creating the pokedex. We got into arguments from then on due to our different opinions on our careers, but we still traveled for some time. But one day we all got into a heated fight and split up and never contacted each other again, sigh. And that's what I thought until you showed up now. So, tell me why here again crazy woman are." with that Grandpa tells me the story and shouting the last two lines at Granny Agatha.

"Oh, shut it old idiot I did not come to see your stupid face, I came here since Laila called me and asked to see her Pokémon. Who would want to see you Zane? Hmmp" Snorts Granny at Grandpa.

Before they start fighting again, I interrupt them.

"Wow so you both are runner up for the championship incredible. I know Granny is one but You also Grandpa, that's amazing. " I say with stars in my eyes. Who wouldn't? Anyone who made it to the top three are legends in the Pokémon world, so she is amazed by it.

"It's not a big deal from what I saw, with your Pokémon you can defeat any of the previous League champions and even give the Elite Four a run for their position." She blushes slightly from my praise and compliments me.

"What are you blushing for, you old woman. You look ugly." taunts Grandpa on Granny Agatha with a contempt in his eyes.

"What did you say old beggar !!!!!" Shouts Granny with an angry face and gets ready to beat Grandpa.

"Wh-W-what are you doing crazy women get b-back. You think I can't do anything I have my grand-daughter." Shouts my Grandpa nervously at Granny Agatha and again hides behind me.

Sighing at their childishness I shout.

"Okay stop!!! Both of you, Grandpa stop making Granny angry and Granny Agatha you know More about how Grandpa can be then me so please be calm. "

"Humph. I am just calming because you told me Laila otherwise humph. " Snorts Granny with an angry face.

Just then two Pokémon came by. One is my Sableye and other is Granny's Gengar.

"Saaableye" "Gengaar he he he"

"Right Grandpa since you both know each other why you don't release your Golurk so that they get play together." I tell him.

"Alright it's been a long time since he saw Gengar might as well let them play."

"Come on out Golurk." Says Grandpa while releasing his Golurk from his pokeball.

"Goooooooolurk" says Golurk landing heavily on the ground. Then it looks around and spots a Gengar that looks familiar and sees Granny Agatha. So, comes forward to Granny and slowly puts his hand forward.

"Hmm, good to see you again Golurk. I see you have grown stronger than before." Smiles Granny softly and climbs on to Golurks shoulder. Then she calls her Pokémon.

"Gengar come here it's your old buddy."

"Gengaaar" Gengar fly's over to Golurk.

"Go go golurk" "Gen gen -gengaaaar" both start talking to each other happily since both friends have been separated for a long time.

I smile softly looking at this scene. It is really beautiful but also emotional at the same time. I hope every day is this happy and beautiful.

So, I came to know my Grandpa full name Zane Hunter, Oldest member of the Kanto Elite Four Agatha and Prof.Samuel Oak are friends .... okay well may be friends but rivals of each other. That's new information for me, so I'm going to ask them all of their adventure stories to me.

We talked tell the sun set down and stars hung in the sky. But since Granny Agatha has League duties from tomorrow, she has to leave.

"Okay Laila it was nice to see you and your Pokémon. Let us meet again when the time comes. Okay your old coot doesn't die on me, it will be really bad for you to be the first one to fall. " Granny tells me and shouts the last line to Grandpa smirking before boarding her helicopter and fly away.

"Like hell I will crazy woman, it will be you first due to your temper to fall not me ugly." Shouts my Grandpa into the sky at the direction Granny flew away.

"Okay Grandpa I know you miss her but come inside the house, its cold outside." I call him inside smiling at their relationship.

"Who will miss her, hmmmp" Grandpa stomps the ground and enters the house.

And from tomorrow it's a new beginning for me.
