Pokemon Center, Dewford Town

The next morning, Evan finished washing up early and met Brock and others in the lobby.

"I'm about to head out to the gym to challenge for the second, what about you guys? ", Evan asked Ash and others.

" Let's go take a look as well",Ash responded.

After making the decision, everyone set out towards the location of the Dewford gym.

On the edge of the cliff of Dewford island, a huge stadium came into the view with golden sign read "Fight the big wave".

Seeing the fighting type Pokemon on the sign, everyone have already guessed it to be a fighting type gym.

"The gym master maybe a muscular gym trainer", Brock made an assumption.

"I think-", Before Ash come complete his sentence the door of the gym burst open.

A large number of people rushed out with surfboards in their arms.

"What was that", Ash shouted.

"Kid it's dangerous to dangerous to stand on the middle of the way", at this moment, a tall and well proportioned handsome boy with long blue hair came out, surrounded by several beautiful girls.

" Wow, so beautiful ", Brock directly ignored Ash and rushed towards the girls, " Miss, let's surf the beautiful sea of love with me".

Although Evan saw Brock being like that in the anime but seeing it with the naked eyes for the first felt different.

Evan could only smile awkwardly seeing the scene.

Then Max kicked Brock and dragged him out pulling his ears.

The handsome young came towards us and asked.

"By the what are you doing here at the gym"

"We are here to challenge the gym", Ash responded bluntly.

" Oh so that was it, I'm Brawley, the gym leader of Dewford gym", the young man introduced himself.

"Then can we have a gym battle", Evan asked Brawley.

"Ah, I'm sorry until yesterday the sea was buzzing, splashing and waves were roaring, but the current waves of sea is calm and beautiful today, so please come back tomorrow", Brawley explained and headed straight to beach with the girls.

"It turns out that there are also gym trainers who aren't doing there job decently", May sighed.

In this way, the gym battle got temporarily postponed, because Brawley caught up with the good weather for surfing.

Seeing this everyone decided to enjoy the beach but Ash was being impatient to challenge the gym.

Just then suddenly May started changing clothes in the public.

"Sister you can't just change clothes in the public", Max turned his head embarrassingly.

"I've already put my swim suit on inside", May changed into a green bikini again.

On the other side we could see Brawley and his Makuhita surfing together in harmony.

"Look that gym leader is having alot of fun", Ash curled his lips saying this.

Just like the original Ash went into the waves disrupted Brawley and, Makuhita which made them loose balance and fell down.

Just then suddenly pikachu was caught in a net.

" Who", Evan asked

"I can hear someone saying who", the blue haired man said.

"Prepare for trouble"

"And make it double"

"To protect the world from devastation! "

"To unite all peoples within out nation"

"The denounce the evils of truth and love! "

"To extend our reach to the stars above"

"Jessie! "

"James! "

"Team Rocket blast off at the speed of light"

"Surrender now or prepare to fight"

"Meowth! "

"That's right! "

"Team Rocket", ×4 Ash, Max, May and Brock said at the same time in unison.

"Pikachu!! ", Ash exclaimed, " Pikachu thunderbolt".

But the net was thunderproof, just then Brawley stepped in and Asks Makuhuta for help.

Pikachu got freed from the thunderproof net with the help of Makuhita, then Ash asked Pikachu to use thunderbolt on Team Rocket.

"Pikachu, use thunderbolt" Ash gave command.

Boom* "We're blasting off again" "Wa~~buffettt~"

Suddenly Brawley came towards us and accepted the gym challenge,Evan and his friends went to the gym following Brawley.

"So who's coming first", Brawley asked .

Ash stepped forward before Evan, " Of course me".

"Alright, go Machop" Brawley directly sent out his first pokemon.

"Go, tailow", seeing opponent sending out a pokemon Ash also sent out a pokemon.

" The match consist of 2 vs 2 pokemon between the gym leader and challenger, the gym leader cannot change pokemon only the challenger may do so", The referee introduced the rule.

Ash initiated the battle.

"Tailow wing attack"

Although tailow's attack hit successfully but Machop showed no signs of getting damage.

Ash used wing attack continuously which didn't show any sign if damage on Machop.

"Tailow, ariel ace"

"Machop karate chop"

Karate chop hit tailow directly and it was already tired of using continuous attack that tailow looses directly the ability to fight.

"Treecko, I choose you", Ash sent out his second pokemon.

Ash initiate first again.

" Treecko quick attack "

It hits Machop,and it was effective.

"Machop use dual chop" Brawley gave instructions to Machop.

"Treecko use pound"

They collides together and Machop loose the ability to fight.

"Come out, Makuhita", Brawley sent out his pokemon.

" Treecko, quick attack"

"Makuhita block it", makuhita successfully blocked the upcoming attack, treecko was gasping it's breath.

Suddenly a light engulfed makuhita and after the light dissipates a fat Hariyama appeared.

" Treecko, attack with pound", Ash commanded.

"Hariyama, arm thrust"

Hariyama sent out treecko flying and made it loose the ability to fight with one move.

"Treecko is unable to battle, the winner of the gym battle is gym leader", the referee announced.

Then Brawley looks towards Evan.

" So let's continue the battle", Brawley asked with a smile.

"Does your pokemon not need recovery", Evan asked not wanting to take advantage of.

" Yes it's alright I have other pokemons and Hariyama can still join the battle"

"Then alright"

"The rules are same as before the gym leader and the challenger will use 2 on 2 pokemon, the challenger may change pokemon but the gym leader cannot", the referee introduced to the rules once again.

Let's see an exciting battle of Evan for his second badge.
