"Alright everyone the preliminaries have ended, although the audience are still excited,we are going to announce the top 64 contestants" As Vivian aroused the excitement of audience the big screen began to display the avatars in order : Robert, Evan, Drew,..... May,.... Harley and others.

Although Evan was placed after Robert,the two are tied for the first place. And if Evan remembers correctly, Robert won the Ribbon cup in the anime, thus making him the biggest obstacle to Evan's Championship.

Drew also scored very high, ranking third place.

"Where's May?" Max asked eagerly.

"Pika~pi~" Sharp eye Pikachu was the first one to notice May's avatar who ranked 48th, entering the main competition. Harley was not far away from May and successfully advanced to top 64.

"May every opponent is not easy, so don't be careless" Ash then whispered "mostly be careful of Harley, don't trust his slander words!"

"Yes, I understand" May nodded.

Afterwards Harley kept looking for opportunities to talk with May, which May declined who was on guard. Harley had no choice but to gave up and left angrily.

Early the next morning,

"Good morning Evan, I am here!!" Wallace came barging into the dormitory room.

"Wallace what are you doing here?" Steven asked.

"Obviously to cheer on Evan!, Did you miss me Evan!! " Wallace became clingy as soon as he arrived.

"Yeah..Good morning brother Wallace and brother" Evan welcomed him happily.

"So which Pokémon will you be using for today's contest?" Wallace asked curiously.

"Milotic.. " Evan responded as he showed a mega stone with a wink.

"Hey hey, you already got another mega stone for milotic! I haven't found a single trace of milotic mega stone of course except for the one I got from you" Wallace replied to Evan.

"That's even better brother, that means that only two us owned a mega milotic in the whole world" Evan winked at Wallace playfully.

"Hey!!! Why am I being outcasted" Steven burged in their conversation.

Evan and Wallace looked at each other and laughed at the jealous Steven.

On the Grand festival venue, main stage, Vivian, the host started to announce the start of the round again.

"Ladies and gentlemen the performance of the top 64 contestants will now begin! And out of 64 contestants only 32 contestants will be able to advance to the next round!"

The rules of the main competition is also same as the Pokémon contest stage, it's an independent performance of single Pokémon but can't use the same Pokémon you use in preliminaries, the time limit is 3 minutes.

As a Grand festival, the number of judges have increased from 3 to 5,including Mr. Contesta, Mr. Sukizo and three Nurse Joy.

Looking at the three nurse Joy, Brock wanted to rush towards her but Max pulled Brock's ears as he dragged him away.

In the first round of main competition, the performance will be in reverse order of preliminary rankings.

The first person to appear was Harley with his Banette,first he summoned a will o wisp and then used a thunder on itself revealing a sinister smile in the lightning and got a score of 89 points.

Soon it was May's turn , She used Skitty on the main competition, Sky used assist and borrowed overheat from Blaziken, then May asked Skitty to use blizzard freezing overheat into a pile of ice and finished it with a double slap shattering the ice into pieces gracefully.

"What a beautiful performance from May and her skitty" Vivian commented.

Finally got a high score of 93 points.

After giving performance, May met Evan on her way and Evan also praised her for the performance "well done May! "

"Thanks Evan!" May smiled happily.

As coordinators performed one after another on the stage, few got a high score of 90 and above.

Next comes the final performance, where the top 3 of the preliminary round performs.

Drew got on stage and sent out his Masquerain, it uses hidden power in the beginning emitting a sparking light on it's tentacles and ended with the combination attack of bubbles and silver wind.

And got the first perfect score 100 on the main stage.

Finally it was Evan's turn, "come out Milotic, shine!"

Evan then instructs Milotic to use Safeguard to surround itself in a green light and. It follows up with Aqua Ring and water bubbles circle it and then uses Dragon Pulse, the water bubbles disperse and it flies around the stage.

After setting up the stage, Evan started his real performance "Milotic, mega evolve!"

Only then the audience notice a necklace on Milotic,then the bond of light started emitting connecting with Milotic necklace and Evan's earring, and Mega Milotic appeared on stage, it's scales became colourful, and at the same time colourful headbands like hair appeared on both sides.

Mega Milotic appeared on the stage filled with bubbles.

Robert was shocked to see Mega Milotic.

"This is Mega Milotic!! " Max exclaimed in surprise.

"It's so beautiful" Ash and the others exclaimed.

"Look at that Steven, Only Evan and I owned Mega Milotic in the whole world" Wallace who disguised himself and sat with Steven on the auditorium teased Steven playfully.

"Mega Milotic, use sing" Evan's gorgeous Mega Milotic started singing on the stage fill with bubbles, which was a perfect performance and appeals,Mega Milotic then finishes the performance with Twister, whipping up wind and water bubble around itself for a dramatic end.

And Evan became a coordinator who got a second perfect score of 100 points.

Then, Robert came on stage, he also used his Trump card Milotic and got the third perfect score of 100 points.

But undoubtedly Evan's performance overshadowed everyone,being the most beautiful performance in the Grand festival.

After a while,"now then let's announce the result, The top 32 contestants are : Evan, Drew, Robert,... May,.... Harley and other coordinators.

"Congratulations Evan and May" Everyone cheered for the two of them.

In the pairings, Evan, Drew, Robert met passerby. But May was paired with Harley for the gorgeous Pokémon battle.

Will May be able to defeat her Harley...
