In order to obtain their sixth badge, Evan and his friends are travelling in the direction of Fortree city and arrived at the town on their way.

"It's been a long time since we came across a town, let's eat a hamburger before leaving" May proposed in anticipation.

"Your proposal is great, May! " Ash raised his hands in approval.

"Ash and May get along really well when it comes to food" Evan looked helplessly at the two food maniacs.

"I have an idea since Bulbasaur have been living in the forest let's let it see around the town" On a whim, May released her Bulbasaur who have never seen the outside world since it was a child.

"Look Bulbasaur, this is a town where human lives" May explained patiently.

"Bulbaa~" Bulbasaur looked around and saw food stall and ran towards it directly eating an apple without a permission, May ran towards Bulbasaur to stop it and patiently explained again "Bulbasaur this is not the forest you can't just eat what you see at the store" May was having an headache.

As a result, it ran towards the delivery truck filled with flowers again.

"I can't catch up with the truck" May said helplessly. Seeing this Ash and Brock ran towards the moving truck at a high speed which surprised everyone and startled the driver.

After finally getting Bulbasaur back, everyone breathes a sigh of relief and decided to go to a pokémon center in order to check up on their pokémon.

After the treatment, Evan and his friends didn't waste time anymore and continued their journey.

After two days of walking through the woods, our heroes have arrived at the Rubello town.

As they arrive they saw a poster, "could this be the gorgeous contest" May looked at the poster in surprise.

"That's right it's Rubello town's, Pokémon Gorgeous contest" Evan nodded.

"Wait a minute, what does R1 mean?" Brock looked at the R1 logo strangely.

"Let's go to a pokémon center first, we can find it out over there!" Dispelling everyone's doubt, Evan led them to a pokémon center.

When they arrive at the pokémon center, Evan and Max looked at Brock with malicious intent.

"What are you thinking! " Brock felt ominous feeling and took a step back.

"If you understand just don't do something embarrassing" Max squinted at Brock.

As they enter the pokémon center , they started asking about the R1 Gorgeous contest.

"Oh you want to know about this" Nurse joy then started explaining with a smile." The Gorgeous contest of the Rubello town belong to the R1 level. R1 means Ribbon 1 and to participate in the contest a coordinator must atleast have 1 ribbon.Because that's the rule of Grand festival contest."

" I see, fortunately I have a ribbon" May let out a long sigh of relief " However what are the rules of Grand festival contest?"

"Why does that doesn't surprise me, you don't even know about the rules of Grand festival and came here" A proud voice could be heard and Drew appeared.

"Oh Drew you're here too" May asked Drew.

"Of course although the contest is small, it's a good exercise for those who wants to participate in a Grand Festival Contest" Drew said seriously and started mocking May again "however I think it shouldn't matter to a casual coordinator like you who stumbles from one place to another."

"Excuse me Drew I also happens to win the last contest I entered,I hardly called it a stumbling" May retorted angrily.

"Well if you say so, I'm just telling ya what it looks like to me" Drew responded proudly.

"Oh Drew I happens to be your biggest fan"

"Look at my Drew keepsakes"

Before may could get angryangry, Drew's fans suddenly popped up and Drew was surrounded by them.

"Ah I didn't expect Drew was such a star" May said with a cold sweat.

"That... Excuse me Aren't you Norman's daughter, May from Petalburg gym"

Before they could react, a woman quietly approached May.

"Yeah..." May responded and the woman cheered "I'm your fan"

"Attention everyone" The woman called out to her companions as if no one was there " She is the daughter of Norman, May! "

Suddenly the girls who were surrounding Drew shifted to May although the credit was on Norman's popularity.

"May since you are here does that mean you are taking part in the contest?" May's fan asked with anticipation.

"Yeah.. " May admitted politely.

"Great that means we are participating in the same pokémon contest" The fan named Savannah said happily.

Hearing this the fans became even more excited about the pokémon gorgeous contest.

"Evan, will you participate too? " Ash secretly glanced at Evan who was hiding behind him.

"Well yes, I will participate" Evan nodded, thinking fans are really scary.

"Hey wait, I seem to have seen you somewhere!" Suddenly one of the mother fan with sharp eyes spotted Evan.

"No, you got the wrong person" Evan ran away quickly.

"I remembered, that's Evan!, your name is in my trainer record for the promising and handsome trainer" Mother Fans who surrounded May shifted their target and startestarted chasing Evan, so he ran away with a frightened expression.

After finally escaping from the fans, Evan breathed a sigh of relief.

In the lobby, pokémon center, Savannah started explaining the rules of Grand Festival to May. In the Grand Festival a coordinator must use two different pokémon in the first and second round of the contest.

Under the flattery of Savannah and the mother fans, who called May a pokémon prodigy and Brock to be popular in their town have already gotten carried away. Brock decided to help with shopping and housework, and May on the other hand is fantasizing about winning a Pokémon contest.

When they were helping with Savannah's shopping they coincidentally ran into Savannah's daughter, Sandra.

Savannah enthusiastically introduced May, Evan and his friends to Sandra, Sandra also greeted everyone with polite.

After a while,under the warm invitation of Sandra ,May and others agreed to visit Savannah and Sandra's home.

"You guys go, I'm going back to pokémon center" Frowning, Evan decided to spend the night in pokémon center. Evan didn't want to get involve in a fan meeting.

Going back to the pokémon center Evan thought of which pokémon he should use for the contest to adapt to the rules of Grabd Festival.

Before the night fall, Evan thought of using Kirlia and Sylveon for the pokémon contest but decided to finalized with Milotic and Sylveon.

Finally the next day, it was the day Pokémon contest was being held for the Rubello ribbon.

In the venue stage of pokémon contest,Vivian heated up the atmosphere as usual. As the gorgeous pokémon contest at the R1 level, although the scale is not large, it can still be said that there are strong and experienced coordinators who are participating like Drew.

In the lounge, May changed from her usual nervousness and sat on the bench quite relaxed,with her legs crossed like a veteran who is an experienced coordinator.

"May you are amazing, you don't seem nervous at all" Savannah praised May.

"Yes, a coordinator should remain calm, you should relax a bit Savannah" May comforted Savannah calmly.

Evan sat in the corner near Drew and frowned slightly hearing brash words from May. And Drew sneered as he lowered his head.

The contest started officially soon after.

Then the contestant no. 10 was called by Vivian, it was Evan's turn.

Evan entered the stage gracefull and the audience started cheering.

"Wow, I didn't expect Evan to be even more popular than Drew" Said Max looking at the cheers given by the audience just for entering the stage.

"Don't you know he's called the star to succeed Wallace!" One of the mother fan responded Max.

"Milotic, get on stage, it's your time to shine" Evan flicked the pokéball to the air and a beautiful milotic appeared in mid-air.

"Milotic use bubble beam" A beautiful flower like bubble beam in the aur appeared, "now use charm" With the addition of charm, tiny little hearts got mixed with bubble beam. "Milotic now use rain dance followed by blizzard" Suddenly stage was on rain and with the help of blizzard tiny rain became snow like particles. "Now quick end it with disarming voice" While the frozen little rain were about to fall with the help of disarming voice it shattered the snow rain creating a beautiful sparkle stage as milotic ended with an elegend bow.

"This is" Vivian, the host covered her mouth in surprise.

"It's really beautiful" Mr. Contesta said with an admiration.

The tiny little sparkles made from the scattered ice fall onto Milotic as a center. And the audience were cheering them with an applause.

They got a high score of 29.5.

Then, May also completed her performance with beautiful with the trick of morning sun and silver wind to complete with a good performance.

Next, Savannah and flareon used the trick of fire spin and quick attack, then ended it with the combination attack of swift and ember. As for Drew he and roselia created a stage for Roselia with its petal dance skill.

In the lounge, May was still happily boasting about her experience to Savannah.

Drew couldn't help but lowered his head and snorted coldly.

"Drew, what are you snorting about, are you scared of loosing the contest to me! " May asked Drew unhappily with her arms akimbo.

"Yes I was the one who was snorting and let me give you a one piece of advice May 'forget what you want' and concentrate on the future"after saying thos words Drew smiled and left.

"What Drew said is right May" Evan stood behind May and couldn't help but say it.

In the second round, Evan, Drew, May and Savannah successfully advances.

And the pairings for the second round matched up Evan vs Drew and May vs Savannah.

After a few minutes, second round successfully began.

"Let's invite Drew and Evan on the stage" Vivian said loudly.

Drew sent out masquerain and Evan as planned sent Sylveon.

"It's a pity" Evan shook his head regretfully "Sylveon use moonblast" Evan wanted to end the battle quickly with Drew and lead an attack, and before Drew even give the order, Masquerain was already fallen.

With a battle off, Evan won the battle effortlessly.

"What power-" Drew couldn't help but stunned with an unexpected situation.

Evan shook his head helplessly and said sorry to Drew for ending the battle early.

What will happen in the finals of the Rubello pokémon contest?
