Gary looked back and saw media approaching him They started asking question

"How do you feel after becoming a champion "

Gary said " Let's say it feel that it was made for me "

Media was dumbfounded with the response . As they expected him to be arrogant but not this much .

" Gary what do you want to do in future "

Gary smirked " Tomorrow there will be a press conference I will answer all your question there is that okay "

People from media nodded . Gary walked past them with girls .

Before leaving the stadium Gary was stopped by Mr. Goodshow .

Mr. Goodshow " What do you want to do in press conference Gary "

Gary told the truth " I want to relinquish myself from being Kanto captain "

All girls were surprised by his decision as they didn't expect him to do it .

Mr. Goodshow didn't appear shocked he just shook his head and asked " Why "

Gary smirked and answered " My journey has just started Kanto is small for me "

All girls nodded to this statement of Gary . Mr. Goodshow stroked his beard and said " HOHOHOH Good luck kid for the future "

Mr. Goodshow " What do you want to do now "

Gary said " first I want to go for Orange league championship "

Mr. Goodshow " You wanna get all the championship"

Gary smirked and said " I will become the alone champion without having title of champion "

Gary carried a lot of pride in that statement

After talking to him Gary went back to hotel .

Gary smirked and the seven girls (Alexa added )" Let's enjoy the night where I might be champion "

All girls laughed . It was very long night .

Presently Gary was there in front of media because of press conference .

Gary said before the start " people present here can only question one time per person "

They asked " What is the reason why the Kanto Champion asked for the press conference "

Many people in front T.V. watching also cleaned there ears to listen to there new Champion .

Gary took a deep breath and said " I want relinquish my position as Kanto champion "

All persons present for press conference were silent as they never expected Gary to relinquish his position .

One person raised his hand and asked " Why mister Gary "

Gary answered " I don't want to remain in Kanto all the time and I am quite young so I want to explore every region so I have come to this decision "

All persons were now able to understand Gary's decision .

Another person asked " So now what do you want to do now trainer Gary "

Gary answered " I want now to go for other championship before staying at one place "

Another person asked " Which regions "

Gary smirked " T-h-a-t i-s s-e-c-r-e-t "

All persons laughed at the answer .

Then Gary left .

Gary came to Alexa and said goodbye .

After that he left with girls to go for the Orange Islands .

Meanwhile Ash on Tangelo Island

Ash had met with Tracey and had also learned about Orange league .

Ash called Oak to tell him that he won't be coming back to Pallet town .

Ash call got connected with Pro. oak .

After seeing Pro. Oak for the first time he was very excited he even wanted to have deep conversation about pokemon with him .

Ash says " pro. Oak I won't be coming back to give you the G.S. Ball "

After looking at G.S. Ball Oak shifted his vision towards Ash and asked " Why "

Ash then explains about Orange league and was looking to participate in it .

After listening to Ash , Oak nodded and fully supported his decision for appearing in Orange League .

Then Oak asked Ash " Ash do you know about Gary "

Ash shook his head " what happened "

Oak answered " He defeated all elite 4 members and had become Kanto Champion "

Ash clenched his fists and thought about his difference from Gary . Then he asked Oak " So what is he doing now "

Oak said " He had relinquished his position as Champion "

Ash was stunned not inly him Misty and Tracey were shocked as well

Ash asked " Why "

Oak answered " Because he wants to go on journey not remain in Kanto "

Ash clenched his fists " So I will have chance to beat in future "

Oak just shook his head and ended the call .

Ash " I will defeat him someday "

Tracey declares himself a part of the group in the hopes of eventually meeting Oak, his idol. As Misty objects, Nurse Joy tells the group that Lapras is awake and feeling much better
