Chapter 85 : Vs Lance(Part 4)

Lance called back his Aerodactyl .

Lance knew that he will surely lose this match for sure but he didn't want to give up so he decided to atleast defeat one pokemon of Gary which was his ace .

Lance then gazed at the clear sky because of Aerodactyl last attack . Lance knew without sacrifice of Aerodactyl , Dragonite may have very difficulty in the match in the presence of hail .

Lance " Go Dragonite "

Dragonite appeared in the filed and flew to the sky .

Blastoise became serious and looked at Dragonite vigilantly.

Lance " Dragonite start with strongest attack Dragon rush "

Dragonite attacked Blastoise with Dragon rush.

Gary " Blastoise don't hold back Dragon pulse "

Dragonite with Dragon rush collided with Dragon pulse . Dragonite retreated .

Lance " Don't stop once again Dragon rush "

Gary " Blastoise repeat Dragon pulse "

Once again Dragonite collided with Dragon pulse . Dragonite once again retreated .

This time Gary was first to attack . " Blastoise attack with Avalanche "

Lance " Dragonite protect "

Dragonite was easily able to defend himself from Avalanche because of Protect /

Gary didn't stop " Blastoise attack with ICE BEAM "

Lance " Dragonite Flamethrower "

Fire type and ice type attack collided it produced at lot of steam .

Gary " Blastoise attack on the approximate location of Dragonite with Flash canon "

Blastoise fired Flash canon of Dragonite and by luck it hit Dragonite and created explosion . Because of explosion the steam was also dispersed .

Lance was very surprised by the luck of Gary .

Lance " Dragonite attack with Dragon rage "

Dragonite fired his attack

Gary " Blastoise mirror coat "

Dragonite attack was reflected on itself . Dragonite wasn't able to completely defend himself from Dragon rage . Dragon rage was knocked down to the ground .

Gary didn't let go of the opportunity and attacked " Blastoise attack with ice beam "

Ice beam directly hit Dragonite . It froze him completely . Dragonite now was in in a big Ice slab .

Marco " Is the match complete "

Glen disagreed " Dragonite is ace of Lance I don't think he would be defeated easily "

Marco agreed " Correct but Gary was very dominating in this match "

Glen nodded " I think trainer Gary want to dominate the whole match from now "

Marco " Glen see Lance is making his move "

Glen moved his eye to Lance he was preparing to shout .

Lance shouted " Dragonite come out "

Ice slab started to have cracks in it .

No one in audience even expected that Dragonite will use his sure power to come out of the Ice slab .

Ice slabs had many cracks

From inside the slab Dragonite shouted and broke the ice completely .

Dragonite looked amazing after coming out of the Ice slab as from the small ice particles in the air they reflected sunlight on Dragonite .

Audience shouted " DRAGONITE!!LANCE!!DRAGONITE "

Some Lance fans had a sudden realization that Lance may win .

But that was destroyed by Gary

Gary " Blastoise finish the match with Dragon pulse "

Presently Lance entered in dream state after receiving many cheers from audience the same was for Dragonite .

But as soon as Gary said there dream was destroyed .

Dragon pulse was fired on Dragonite and he wasn't able to do a thing .

Dragon pulse covered Dragonite and created a explosion . After the explosion faded there was a silence and Dragonite had fainted .

There was sudden laughter from the box

Marco laughed lot " Glen did you saw this match "

Glen was also laughing "That was amazing no one would have expected that ending "

Marco calmed down and said "It was like that when Dragonite destroyed ice it was like hero coming to defeat the villain but then after a minute Dragonite was like a clown who completed his performance for Gary and the BOOM"

Glen laughed a lot .

Audience also stated laughing

Even in the VIP Box all were laughing .

//In the battlefield//

Lance had a red tomato face he wanted a place to hide his embarrassment .

Referee was also laughing then he declared the result .

Referee " Dragonite has fainted the winner is Blastoise , The next champion of Kanto region is GARY OAK "

Audience " GARY!!GARY!!!GARY!!!"

Girls : "Gary, Gary, he's our man. If he can't do it, no one can! Go...Gary!".

There were many cheers for Gary becoming Kanto champion .

All people were cheering for him .

Many media started getting close to Gary for questions .

Gary was feeling good after becoming champion .

He even had one thought to stop his journey for being champion and just remain here but then shook his head and muttered " This is just getting started "
