"So, have you memorized all the contents from the books" Soren positively replies with a smiling nod to Alex's question.

Within moments, they arrived at the training space. At first glance, it appeared to be a modest room from the outside. However, upon stepping inside, Soren found himself transported to a breathtaking landscape—a realm of towering green mountains, teeming with vibrant flora, and crowned by a majestic waterfall cascading into a crystal-clear pool below. Atop the tallest peak stood a magnificent mansion, a testament to the grandeur of their surroundings.

Making their way to the hall, Alex gestured for Soren to settle onto a cushion while he took his place opposite him. The tranquil ambiance of the space seemed to invite focus and contemplation, setting the stage for their forthcoming discussion.

"So, as you know, the first step in cultivation is Foundation Building. In this realm, we absorb the spiritual energy present in our atmosphere and try to build a sturdy pillar inside our body. These pillars are established within our focal point where all the energy gathers, known as the inner Sanctum. For most people, this inner sanctum is located in our lower abdomen, just 2 or 3 inches above our navel. However, there are some scriptures that allow a person to build their inner sanctum around their heart, brain, or glabella. Though it may not be necessary for these individuals to be extra powerful compared to normal people whose inner sanctum is in the lower abdomen, the power level of scriptures can vary. Ultimately, it comes down to how deeply a person has delved into the profundity of a scripture. If your comprehension of a technique is not good, then no matter how powerful you are, you will never be able to bring out its full strength. Now, regarding cultivation, you know we call ourselves cultivators because we cultivate or refine spiritual energy. However, in ancient times, people were referred to as 'Harmonists.' Why Harmonist? The reason is simple: a Harmonist strives to achieve harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Most of these Harmonists hailed from Buddhist and Taoist branches. However, as eras changed, Harmonists almost became extinct. According to some old records, there were flaws in the teachings of Buddhists and Taoists, which is a major reason they failed to pass down their legacy. So, in Foundation Establishment, there are nine levels, with each level indicating a pillar supporting our foundation. There are four types of foundations: mortal level, spirit level, earth level, and heaven level foundation. The success of refining a heaven level foundation mostly depends on a good scripture or if a person has acquired any heaven-defying treasure, which can also forge a heaven level foundation." After continuously teaching for 2 hours, Alex stopped, but upon seeing Soren's face, as if he understood his teachings, Alex nodded.

"Soren, it's important to understand that there are individuals deemed by fate to possess extraordinary physiques, known as heaven-defying physiques. These are classified into three categories: Earth Spirit Body, Heaven Spirit Body, and the most formidable of all, the Divine Spirit Body. While there are only ten documented instances of Divine physiques and thirty known Heaven physiques, Earth spirit bodies are countless. Regarding your own physique, it appears ordinary, but in my estimation, you may possess a physique yet unseen or perhaps one linked to the soul.

Now, I must disclose a closely guarded family secret, pertinent to the current era's changes. Beyond the Transcendence realm lies the emperor realm, yet our world lacks the capacity to accommodate an Emperor, compelling their ascension to a higher realm. Although details of this higher world are premature for your understanding, it's been 30,000 years since access to the emperor realm was severed. Despite the cause remaining elusive, no individual from our realm has ascended to the emperor realm in this timeframe.

This era holds particular significance, referred to by the Sage Tower as the 'Prodigies War Era.' This title suggests a period where prodigious talents will vie for the emperor's throne. What distinguishes this era is the unsettling prospect that more than one individual may claim the title of Emperor" following two additional hours of instruction, Alex left Soren with a book and a purple ring, emblematic of his journey ahead.

Soren's POV

'Sigh! It's hard to not act like a genius. I had already understood all his instructions after listening once, but to not appear suspicious, I had to sit for an extra two hours with my eyes closed. But all the information he gave me was mind-boggling: divine physiques, emperor realm, prodigies' war, and, most importantly, the higher plane. At least I won't be bored in this world.

As for matters regarding my physique, Father said I must have a soul-related physique. But who knows my body better than me? With all the descriptions he gave me regarding physiques, I find no evidence of any special physique. However, I already have a solution for this. Null Heart Resonance. According to the contents of its 1st level, a person can transform their mortal physique into a 'Null Weaver Physique' after reaching core formation. Though the exact level of this physique remains unknown, it's better to have something than nothing. If the grade of this Null Weaver Physique is low, then I will plan something afterwards.

The scripture Father has given me is called the 'Five Elemental Codex.' It focuses on harnessing all the major five elements. It will only help me until spirit establishment, and after reaching this realm, I must visit the scripture hall and choose the scripture which highly resonates with me. Well, I don't need it anyway. My Null Heart Resonance scripture is good for me. I don't think I would have gotten some mediocre scripture from the dream anyways, though I appreciate his goodwill, it's not for me.

Now, for this ring, if I have to access it without any spiritual energy, then I have to drop my blood on it.

According to this list published by Sage Tower ten known divine physiques are; Divine Sovereign Form, Celestial Seraph Physique, Eternal Radiance Physique, Ascendant Apex Essence, Immortal Phoenix Body, Supreme Starlight Frame, Transcendent Empyrean Vessel, Celestial Avatar Physique, Divine Oracle Embodiment and lastly Sovereign Primordial Essence Body.

Divine Sovereign Form holds the number one rank among physiques, while Sovereign Primordial Essence Body ranks tenth on the list. According to our family network agency, only two Divine Physique holders' names are known as of now. The youngest daughter of the Aurelia family possesses the Immortal Phoenix Body, and a boy of unknown origin, now the heir of Heaven's Gate, holds the Transcendent Empyrean Vessel.
