Ringkasan

Yang Lujia, a sought-after, handsome, sports-driven, and seemingly perfect man with an outstanding family background was killed in a plane bombing orchestrated by his so-called pals. Before he even knew it, his soul traveled through space, and his supposed-to-be ending unexpectedly took turns. Unknowingly, he set foot into a world made up of five realms where strength matters most. Then, one day, following a mission, he started accepting disciples. [Ding! The system has discovered an S-Class Genius! System’s Fifth Ability Unlocked: Disciple Acknowledgment!] [New Mission: Recruit and acknowledge the Holy Flood Empire's S-Class Genius. The reward will be issued upon acknowledgment from both parties.] --- This is a cultivation story with an overpowered main character. Send me some gifts! It will motivate me to write more of this story. Thanks! =) *the book cover image is not mine. No Place To Hide

Alisha Clarke never thought it would go this far. When 15 y/o Ali first laid eyes on Joshua Clarke, she was mesmerized; by 16, he warned her he was trouble, that the devilry of his life was too contagious for her to ever wind up with him. Josh tried to evade her, do anything to keep Ali away, yet despite his deterrence, she couldn't stay away from him or his messy life. By 17, Ali's irrevocably in love with Josh, pleading him to reconsider. 8 years later, Ali's so deep in, there's no end or escape in sight. "Once you're in, you're in," he told her, years before he changed. "If you don't want this, walk away. But if you're in, don't ask questions." Ali deluded herself, thinking it couldn't be that bad, so she stayed. She loved him. If she could now go back in time, Ali would walk away— No matter how much she loved him. While the affluence afforded perks others only dreamed of, it's what Josh does to get them is the part that bothers her. Mostly because she's cast in the dark where his clandestine affairs are concerned; it eats away at her, burning her to the point where Ali's convinced Josh is a criminal. Constantly looking over her shoulder, always being followed at close distance to be safe, and then there was the gun in her purse – it would make anyone anxious. But it pales in comparison to everything else that goes on: the strange men roving about their home; Josh or his crew coming back shot, stabbed, covered in blood; or the extreme lengths he went to keep his operations classified from her. Running away is not an option. How does she know? She's tried and paid for it, continuing to run even when Josh threatens her with death every time he drags her back. But what happens when Ali gets caught in the middle of Josh’s exploits, forced to pay for his actions? Will Ali make it out alive or will it perpetually destroy them beyond repair?

Hello, there! Author here! Hear me out, you guys. If you hate a main character that kills without reason right off the bat, from the earlier chapters of the story until at most a hundred and ten, then this novel is not for you. That's because I wanna leave some gap for him to realize what he was doing all this time, given his previous life on Earth—being some type of villain. No matter how he said he's gonna change his ways, he can't do that overnight as it's engraved in his soul—the way how he always did things on Earth—plus the fact that he grew old with those ways. Relate this kind of characterization to your habits. They're not gonna change instantly just because you tried changing them or by saying you'd change them. He's a hypocrite and so are we. Be realistic. You're too fed up with your type of main characters who is smart or wise at the beginning of the story. If you like such type of novels, then again, Origin Court is not for you to read. As for his overpowered strength, do you think he's strong because his system has a bug or he's just one of those protagonists who become strong for nothing? Really? Think it over. Moreover, don't be an idiot to think that this is a weak-to-strong novel, because I saw a review here that said that. I deleted it because it wasn't helpful at all. Also, let's talk about the "romance" in this story. There are barely few of them of which most are coming from the side characters, just fillers. The main character himself, on the other hand, never liked having lovers from the start because he grew old on Earth without marrying. There is a reason for that as well. It was vaguely mentioned actually, if you got what I tried to imply there. Otherwise, I must have failed to write it properly. Nevertheless, I just want to say these things. All in all, this novel will matter in terms of your reading preference.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! I know that I did not update the story for about two months now. However, I promise that I'll get back to this once I finish all of my school works as I am a third-year student and my schedules are incredibly overwhelming. I don't have much time yet to write. However, maybe after a month or two, I'll get back to you guys. I also want to really have a break from Yang Lujia's story. By the way, I am also working on another novel. It's called, "Awakening: The Dark Polaroid". If you're interested and have some time to spare, you can check it out. It's a novel whose premise I found interesting Thus, I decided to begin writing it despite my busy schedule and while I'm on a break on Origin Court. There are still many mysteries to unveil in the novel (OC). Stay tuned! Thank you for your understanding.

This novel is ok, the story is good, and development of characters and world background is also very good. What I don't like about this novel is MC's meaningless killing. He just kills anyone, be it if they are bad or good people. He kills many innocent people just because he doesn't want others to know he is powerful. he killed a couple without any reason. And the reason he gave himself is that he doesn't like them making love in the kitchen. What wrong did they do to MC? Literally nothing. He killed two innocent people just because they saw MC making a crack in space. He annihilated an entire organization just because someone doesn't let him register his name in the competition. This novel is simply filled with meaningless killing, and a lot of killings are forced into this story. Well, I'm dropping this novel. Anyway the story is good. If you can endure the meaningless killings, then this story is for you to read.

A really great system novel. Lots of readers here are going to love it. 1. Writing quality: is very high level and mature. I did not see any typos. The vocabulary is appropriate for the genre and the tone of the fiction. 2. Updates: are frequent. 3. Story development: is great, perfect for the genre. It is not too fast paced but you wouldn't feel bored at any point. Also, the action sequences are blistering, takes you right into the battle field. 4. Character design: characters are colorful and super interesting. Yan Lijua is a very likeable MC and an adorable side kick with other classic cultivation story characters. 5. World Background: CLASSIC FANTASY CULTIVATION World building which is the best part of this story. Absolutely A-class and the author has done in-depth research into the genre. Great job, dear author. Please continue. I am sure this will be a very successful webnovel fiction.

The writing quality is good. Author knows what he is doing, who he has to show in this certain parts, since he is writing in a Third Person Point of View. It's easy to read and the characters are effective. The pacing of the story is not fast and not slow either, it's just the right amount. Character design? Oh, I'd be screaming and kneeling for the characters. Hahahahahahahaha. World Background is good. The knowledge of the author about this part is put to good use. I like that the politics in here is something we can also see in our world. Well, that's probably because wherever we go, politics in this world are the same. (I don't have anything to say in this part since it's not my field of expertise. Wow hahahaha)

an alright novel. better than most novels here, but still it doesn't deserve so high ratings as given by others. Basically mc has a system which makes him ridiculously strong. but we are later told that mc's origins and bloodline are a mystery, and even without the system, he could be similarly strong. till now mc is in lower worlds, trying to go to upper worlds to find truth about himself. it's an alright story. But there is no comedy etc. some secondary characters have alright background story, because of which I didn't gave lower ratings to novel. How it solves the mystery of mc will determine the final worth of the novel.

I have to say that this novel really picked my interest. I am not a grammar enthusiast or critic but the writing quality is what I needed to live for. HAHAHAH. I just hope that Yang Lujia won't be like other characters that would surrender his life to any woman. Just his disciples are enough to make my heart flutter. <33333

I am here again to do another review for the novel. If you want to read this, you may have to consider the points I am going to point out. Writing Quality: Check Stability of Updates: Currently check. Story Development: Reading up 'til the latest chapter, I realized that the story is really developing well. If you are confused with some chapters, particularly chapters 40-60, you would be confused why the mc would choose to be lowkey despite his power. He could just terrorize everyone with his powers and use it to find his target (u will know if u've read it coz he's too overpowered). However, he didn't do that and it seemed like it was done on purpose to make him realize that being passive wouldn't always be the solution to every problem he is facing. It seems like in the next arc, he would really change, I can tell. Perhaps. I hope so. Character Design: The main character's personality is a bit twisted. I think that not everyone in reality is consistent with what they say or do as well, so it's quite reasonable to me. I think his thinking and philosophies about the world are not yet mature despite his soul's(???) age. On the other hand, I really love his two present disciples. They're quite likable. World Background: It wasn't as stable as it was in the beginning, but it was getting clearer as the story progresses. Overall, keep it up, author-nim!

I like that this novel at the starts with the mc just being a psycho, it adds a different character from other system novels. I hope that the mc will have more character development. Overall the writing is so good. !

"Origin Court: Accepting Disciples with a System" is an intriguing novel with an interesting premise. The concept of a system to help a protagonist grow and become powerful is not new, but the author manages to give it a fresh spin in this story. The protagonist's journey as he navigates the challenges of the Origin Court is engaging and the world-building is well done. The cultivation system in the novel is also well-explained and easy to follow. However, there are some issues with the pacing of the story, particularly in the early chapters where there seems to be a rush to get to the more action-packed scenes. Additionally, some of the characters feel underdeveloped and lack depth, making it difficult to connect with them on an emotional level. Overall, "Origin Court: Accepting Disciples with a System" is a decent read for fans of cultivation novels, but it could benefit from some improvements in character development and pacing.

the biggest problem with the novel is just how the author writes. there's nothing bad about it the story is pretty interesting and it flows pretty well however the worst part of the novel is still the way the author writes. he doesn't know when to implement cursing because when he does it seems very illogical and completely forced. like some of the curses some of the characters spew in the sentences they're using don't even Flow well. and then the author has to always put in a sexual innuendo somewhere or just make one of the paragraphs outright sexual in some way or manner every chapter. I wouldn't care but the amount that it's done and how poorly it's done it's just stupid. like the scenarios make no sense in the way the character speak make no sense it doesn't add any comedic value in my opinion and instead drains from the story

The first thing I noticed was how competent the language and syntax was. Descriptive and easy to read. The novel is absolutely hilarious, with many fun concepts intertwined. OP mc, systematic notifications, and more. A truly entertaining novel, I'm looking forward to more.
