Chapter 22: The Unthinkable Threat

The fishmen clenched their teeth and focused on battling against the Straw Hat group. The courtyard was on the edge of war, with explosions echoing all around.

Hody Jones, who used to be powerful, now looked weak and beaten, with holes all over his body. Muchen swiftly grabbed his head and brought it to the center of the square.

Plop...

Breathless and lifeless, Hody Jones flew through the air and landed several meters away, leaving a mark in the dirt.

Muchen emerged from the dust, untouched except for a layer of dust on his body.

"Captain Hody?!"

The fishmen watching Hody Jones' pitiful state were shocked, unable to believe what they were seeing. They temporarily forgot about the battle as disbelief hung in the air.

"No way! Captain Hody became incredibly strong from hazardous drugs. How could he be defeated like this?!"

"That's unbelievable, Master Muchen."

Shirahoshi, her mouth slightly open, covered it with her hands, her eyes shining with admiration.

"Your Excellency Muchen's strength is truly unimaginable."

Jinbei, too, looked at Muchen in awe. Despite Hody Jones' enhanced abilities and fishman physique, he was defeated quickly.

Considering his earlier display of power and lack of recognition, Jinbei wondered if Muchen was simply a strong individual who didn't seek fame.

Suddenly, a massive ship resembling an island approached from the distance. Its presence cast a dark shadow over the sky, giving off a threatening feeling.

"That's 'The massive Boat, Noah'! What's going on ?!"

"Why is it here and who's responsible?!"

King Neptune went from being surprised to feeling despair.

"No...no, this is terrible!"

 The mermaid prince, looked at King Neptune with confusion. To him, this was nothing more than a relic of the past, not something of great importance.

"No! This should not be happening ! It is a magical boat that must remain untouched until the 'fateful day'!"

King Neptune's eyes widened as he spoke, clearly angry.

Coder Square in Geelong gradually turned dark as 'Noah' covered it.

"What's going on? Why has the square become so dark?"

"Eh?!"

"Is that 'Noah' from ancient time?!"

The crowd in the square exclaimed, their eyes fixed on the captivating giant ship in the sky.

"It's breaking through the island's protective bubble!"

"If the bubble bursts, the residential area will be flooded before 'Noah' even lands!"

Zephyr and the others, whilenworking on coating the NEO warship, stared at 'Noah' in a panic.

"Teacher Zephyr, what's happening? If this giant ship crashes down, we're finished!"

Binz, dressed as a ninja, looked at Zefa in a state of panic, his mouth open.

Z's face darkened with worry. This unexpected turn of events caught him off guard. The warship was still being coated and couldn't move. His own strength wasn't enough to stop the descent of the giant ship.

Gritting his teeth, he looked around with a frown, concern visible in his eyes.

Honestly, he had no idea what to do in this situation. It was truly beyond his imagination.

Could Muchen's Fruit ability, the Shaking Fruit, solve this crisis?

But even if 'Noah' were destroyed, the parts of it would still fall onto Fish-Man Island. It would cause some damage, but it wouldn't sink the entire island.

As this thought crossed his mind, Z immediately told the soldiers to use the phone bug to call Ain to seek Muchen's help.

In the face of life and death, revealing Muchen's presence on Fish-Man Island was a secondary concern.

It wasn't that he was afraid of death; rather, there were still many things left unfinished, and they couldn't afford to die just yet.

The news of their presence on Fish-Man Island will shouldn't spread fast enough for them to have time to escape.

"I don't know what's happening, but we're doomed!"

Panicking, Usopp covered his head.

"If we get crushed, it will the sea turn red?"

Robin's calm tone sounded sinister.

"Quick, we have to escape! Let's get to the sea outside the island!"

The fish-men gangsters hurriedly left the square in a noisy commotion, while the fish-men onlookers scattered in all directions.

"Ahhhh!"

A shout echoed through the air, grabbing the attention of the fishmen in the square.

"Something's falling!"

A massive object crashed down, landing directly on the fish-man gangsters.

"You're one of Hody Jones followers, right? Meet you doom!"

"Ouch! I slipped!"

Mianjin yelped in pain as he felt the blow on his head. Slowly raising his head, he shouted towards 'Noah'.

"Captain Vander Decken! I accidentally slipped! Please save me! I don't want to die!"

Meanwhile, Muchen calmly observed the scene from atop the collapsed wall.

I completely forgot about this!

If I had known earlier, I would have dealt with that awful fishman first.

Ain swiftly arrived by Muchen's side, wearing a serious expression. She handed him a phone bug.

"It's Teacher Z."

"Oh?" Muchen took the phone, and Zephyr's serious face appeared on the screen. "It's me."

"Mu Chen, use the power of the Shaking Fruit to destroy the giant ship in the sky."

Zephyr got straight to the point, wasting no time at all .

Muchen was surprised by Z's plan, as it would expose his true identity.

"No, there are other ways to handle this."

"Huh? What else can we do? Don't joke around at a time like this."

"Trust me."

Although Muchen could indeed destroy 'Noah', what he wanted more was for Shirahoshi to awaken her ability to summon giant sea kings. This aligned with his original intention of joining this battle.

If Shirahoshi couldn't awaken Neptune's power, she would only be a figurehead when it came to joining him in the future.

Z held the microphone, silently pondering for a moment.

"Well...I'll trust you."

Ain looked at Muchen with slight worry. She didn't understand his plan, but she believed in him.

With a reassuring look, Muchen signaled to Ain not to worry. He then disappeared and reappeared on Shirahoshi shoulder.

Shirahoshi, her large eyes filled with worry, looked at Muchen.

"Lord Muchen..."

"It's alright, Shirahoshi. I have a solution."

Muchen reached out and gently patted Shirahoshi fair face, reassuring her.

"Really, Master Muchen?"

"But I need your help."

"Whatever help you need, just ask. I'll do my best."

She stated firmly.

"Do you remember those giant creatures resembling Neptune that you used to summon as a child?"

Muchen smiled.

"Remember them?"

Shirahoshi tilted her head, furrowing her brow as she thought.
