Chapter 113 : Tricks??

"Domino, lift the ship up! Indigo, you handle the direction!" 

As soon as the Sunny sailed out a certain distance, Buggy immediately gave orders, intending to head straight to the crash site of the Golden Lion's floating island to collect IQ. 

Domino nodded and just lightly touched Sunny, causing it to break free from gravity and float up into the sky under her control, flying in the direction indicated by Indigo!

Blackbeard clearly harbored deep resentment for Buggy leaving him behind earlier. Seeing Buggy approach, he immediately started cursing, "Stop pretending! Buggy, you were just trying to get me killed!" 

Hearing this, Buggy shook his head and said, "Teach, don't put it that way. I did warn you all back then, but you didn't react in time!" 

"At the end of the day, it's because you're too weak!" 

Buggy's words were not completely baseless. He indeed had no intention of deliberately trapping Blackbeard. The reason Blackbeard ended up surrounded was due to his own lack of strength! 

Although Blackbeard now holds both the Dark-Dark Fruit and the Tremor-Tremor Fruit, giving him the potential to become a top-tier powerhouse, he hasn't had these Devil Fruits for long enough to fully master them, let alone exploit their deeper abilities! 

So, while Blackbeard can currently stand his ground against the world's top experts using the power of these two Devil Fruits, or even gain the upper hand, once his opponents become familiar with his abilities, Blackbeard will inevitably face defeat!

Facing Blackbeard's questioning, Buggy chuckled and said, "Who said I didn't save you? If I hadn't helped, you would've fallen into the sea long ago!"

Earlier, Blackbeard had used the recoil to propel himself in the direction of the Sunny, but in that situation, there was no way he could have made it onto the ship. The most likely outcome was that he would've fallen into the ocean!

After a brief pause, Buggy added, "Besides, even if you didn't destroy the warship, your life wouldn't have been in danger!"

Hearing this, Blackbeard's pupils constricted. Realizing something, he exclaimed in shock, "You didn't fall out with Akainu? That was all just an act?!"

Due to his surprise, Blackbeard's voice grew louder, drawing the attention of everyone around. Especially Domino, who, although her expression remained unchanged, became highly alert and focused on Buggy and Blackbeard's conversation.

Buggy smiled slyly and said ambiguously, "Overall, it's true we had a falling-out, but we also reached some agreements! The battle just now was merely a show!"

Buggy's words were half-true. The wound on Akainu's waist was indeed inflicted by Buggy, but it was something they had pre-arranged! The injury looked serious, but it didn't hit any vital spots and posed no real harm!

Blackbeard's eyes flickered as he pressed on, "What exactly did you two discuss?"

Buggy shook his head with a smile and said, "There are some things that aren't meant to be disclosed yet. Let's talk about it when the time is right!"

Blackbeard wasn't about to give up so easily. He replied with discontent, "Buggy, we're all on the same ship now! What could possibly be so secretive that you can't let everyone know?"

Blackbeard was smart. He understood that even though he had formed an alliance with Buggy, Buggy clearly didn't trust him. So, he cleverly tried to pull himself and the others onto the same side, isolating Buggy in the process!

After all, aside from himself and Domino, everyone else on this ship was one of Buggy's loyal followers. If Buggy didn't share the details of his conversation with Akainu, it would undoubtedly chill the hearts of his crew, causing them to lose trust in him!

Buggy looked at Blackbeard with a hint of amusement and said, "Teach, are you trying to use morality to pressure me?"

Blackbeard didn't show a shred of embarrassment. He laughed and said, "Kehahahaha, morality pressure? What does that even mean? I have no idea what you're talking about, Buggy! Don't falsely accuse me!"

Buggy shook his head and then clapped his hands to get everyone's attention. "Everyone, I believe you're all curious about what I discussed with Admiral Akainu. Since that's the case, let's head to the cabin. I'll take this opportunity to tell you—tell you all about our next plan!"

Hearing this, Shiryu didn't hesitate for a moment and immediately headed for the cabin. Seeing him move, the others, who were still a bit unsure, began to enter the cabin one after another.

After all, since they were floating in the sky, there was no need to worry about running into any obstacles.

Blackbeard grinned widely, struggling to get up and join the others in the cabin.

But just then, Buggy chuckled and said, "Teach, you don't need to go inside. Stay out here and keep an eye out for any enemies!"

Blackbeard's smile froze on his face as he looked at Buggy in disbelief. Pointing at Domino, who was just about to enter the ship's cabin, he asked, "Why? How can even an undercover agent like her know about this, but I can't? Don't you trust me?"

Buggy patted Blackbeard on the shoulder and said, "It's not that I don't trust you. I just want to teach you something—some things only belong to you when I give them to you. If I don't, you can't take them by force!"

"If you really wanted to snatch it, I'd at least think a bit more highly of you. But instead, you insist on playing these petty tricks!"

"Take some time to reflect on that!" 

With that, Buggy ignored Blackbeard's expression, dark as a pot's bottom, and turned around to enter the ship's cabin.
