Chapter 2: First Time Use of the Rinnegan
Chika set sail on his small boat.
He steered the boat to an area with more fish and cast a large net into the sea. Then, he lay down on the boat to rest. The One Piece world had abundant fishing resources, and it didn't take long for Chika to feel his boat rocking.
With one hand, Chika gently pulled on the fishing net, and the net filled with various fish and shrimp was dragged up by him. The net was filled with a large quantity of struggling fish and shrimp.
Chika raised his hand and released a weak Lightning Release ninjutsu towards the fish and shrimp in the net.

"A Sea King, huh? I hope it's not the only one in this area." Chika looked expressionless at the enormous creature in front of him, thinking to himself.
As one of the weaker regions, especially in this remote area of the East Blue, Sea Kings were relatively scarce.
However, Sea Kings were only intimidating to the uninitiated. In Chika's eyes, they were just larger fish. After all, having witnessed the power of the Tailed Beasts in Naruto, even a larger Sea King couldn't compare.

An invisible wave spread out, startling the Sea King. Its eyes then transformed into the same Rinnegan pattern as Rinnegan's, and its vitality began to rapidly fade away.
The Rinnegan Genjutsu, a technique that Sasuke once used to control several tailed beasts at a glance in the Naruto series, was obviously overkill against a sea king measuring dozens of meters. Once again, a powerful repulsive force spread out from Rinnegan as the center, instantly pushing the Sea King's corpse out and making it disappear without a trace.
It is worth mentioning that Chika's Rinnegan belongs to himself and doesn't require sacrificing his life like Nagato's. Using the Six Paths' basic ability like Shinra Tensei and also has no annoying 5-second cooldown and its power increases infinitely with the growth of chakra and physical strength.

Watching the Sea King disappear from sight, Chika clapped his hands in satisfaction.
