The invasion- part 2

The once gloomy weather changed to bright skies signaling the start of a new day but for Kaosuāto this marked another miserable day of his life as he expected that the nuns would scold him. He waited on a nurse but no one came to him. Why isn't anyone coming to check on me, maybe I should go to the front desk. Walking through the numerous floors it became more apparent to Kaosuāto that he was the only one in the hospital as Kaosuāto walked down the last fleet of stairs he catches a glimpse of what seemed like a cross between a wolf and lizard. As a natural reaction called him to the safety of floor 2. Now with bone rattling in fear, Kaosuāto came to the conclusion that the hybrid wolf would leave but to his dismay, it sniffed around and approached the staircase with steps lighted than a bird's. Kaosuāto had no other choice he made his way to the other side of the room. Slowly walking back up the stairs at the side of his eyes a silhouette could be seen. Kaosuāto left eye was mutilated after taking a hit from the hybrid, this resulted in permanent blindness in that eye. He cried out as he came to a shocking realization that the hybrid wolf that was below him is now on top.
