Nonexistent End

Everybody has already seen atleast one reincarnation story where the main character gets reincarnated and gets a system that allows him to get everything he wants, and some may have seen stories where the main character has already reincarnated a numerous amount of times. However has anyone seen a story that follows the main character in his 2nd reincarnation and all the questions, all the displeasing realities that come with it? not me. And that's basically what this story is all about, since I haven't seen anyone else do it I'll do it myself. We follow a man previously named Hyrus Harber on his journey in his 3rd life in the mha world and other anime worlds as he tries to find the answers behind his reincarnations and to distract himself from the grim reality of outliving his loved ones. This is gonna be executed really poorly so constructive criticism is very welcomed. just none of that bullshit some of y'all be bringing in the comments. Additional information: No netorare, there will be netori, AU, slow paced, upload speed will be inconsistent.

9 - Unexpected

~~~~1 hour before the party~~~~
"Big brother Hyrus, how do I look?"
Nejire twirled her little body around, posing at the end of her spin.
"You look very cute little Nejire." I said genuinely.
Nejire chuckled. "You always say that!"
Nejire wore a cute and formal sundress, complementing her sunny nature, and she had a pair of curled hair that flowed down her torso, she looked adorable.
"Say something else this time!" She insisted.
"Okay then. You look very pretty little Nejire."
Nejire pouted. "Good enough, I guess." But a smile was tugging at her lips.
"C'mon kids, it's time for us to go." Tsuko finished her makeup and interjected with a smile. They could always hire professionals for our outfits and to do her makeup, but apparently she doesn't trust any stranger that much.
Tsuko walked out the room, Nejire and I followed her. We saw Kio waiting outside sitting on the couch.
"Both of you look very beautiful today." He complimented.
"Thank you/Thanks dad!" They both answered.
He turned to me. "Well what do we have here, quite the dashing young man you are."
"Big brother looks very handsome! Rright mom?" Nejire cheered.
"He does." Tsuko agreed.
' I'm wearing a regular suit and suit pants though.' I thought to myself. The material used might be of the highest quality, but you wouldn't be able to see a difference, aside from that and the 'H' embroidered on it, it was a normal suit.
"Thanks." I said anyways, a compliment was rare to stumble upon in my original world, so I learned to value every one I get.
"Let's go then." Kio said and locked arms with Tsuko, a motion that looked as fluid as water.
Nejire watched them with stars in her eyes, she then turned to me in anticipation.
Despite hesitating for a few moments, I sighed. "Fine.."
We locked arms as well, not nearly as smoothly as theirs but it was good enough.
Tsuko and Kio chuckled at our interaction.
"Oh, I almost forgot. Both of you, please get along well with the Yaoyorozu's kids, and any other kid at the party, it'll help smoothen the process." Kio suggested.
"But, don't be afraid to retaliate if they ever take things too far, I heard they were good kids but some other people from different businesses will be there with their kids too, don't worry, we'll help you no matter what." Tsuko finished.
I and Nejire nodded, I would never let it get to that point in the first place.
We all entered the car and left our mansion.
Our destination,
Yaoyorozu's.
~~~~~~3rd person POV~~~~~~

20 minutes later...

Yaoyorozu residence.

~

In the ballroom where the party was taking place, spacious as the room was, there wasn't a single area where no people lingered.

People from all around the world, from different businesses, were present, although some were here with their own agenda, all of them were here to witness the negotiation of a partnership; a partnership between 2 of the largest companies in not just japan, but in the whole world as well, would surely shake the business world.

More than that, children ran about, some kept to themselves, while others walked around, looking for more people to talk to, either for entertainment or opportunities.

Lively chatter and banter rang throughout the luxurious ballroom, which also catered a variety of different dishes and desserts.

"Did you hear about....."

"Yes! I'd like to..."

"We've come to talk to you about your car's extended...."

Meanwhile, in a particular corner of the ballroom, animated chatter was taking place, no different than the rest.

"What do you think about this?" A man in a formal suit asked.

"What do I think? I think it's bullshit." A woman dressed fashionably said strongly.

"Really? How so?" The man asked curiously.

"Do you really think a business as big as those 2 would throw a party just to 'negotiate' a partnership? The risks are too great, and the repercussions will be severe if they have a disagreement." The lady said in a matter of fact tone.

"You do make a good point."

"I think they are holding this party merely for looks, they most likely have already agreed on a partnership in private." The woman added.

"I– I see.." the man said, backing away slowly.

Seeing that the woman was not paying attention, the man walked away with haste and went into another conversation.

The lively chatter and laughter of the guests continued, until the door to the ballroom opened.

The room that used to be so lively was now filled with nothing but silence, as the servants of the manor slowly opened the door.

Now that the door was fully opened, footsteps could be heard from down the stairs leading to the ballroom.

Each step they heard intensified their nervousness, their fists tightening, and their bodies getting tenser.

Even the children, although they couldn't fully comprehend what was happening, the could tell this was not the time for play.

The footsteps got louder and louder.

Seconds that felt like years to them passed.

And 4 figures emerged.

There they were, the CEO and COO of HypeTech walking together with their arms linked.

Beside them, 2 children with their arms linked walked with them, reflecting their parents' demeanor, even the usually kind Nejire had a serious expression on her face.

"It's 'The Merciless'..."

"Kio 'Two-Faced' Hado as well..."

"Shh. Watch your mouths, you don't wanna get on their opposing side."

Hushed whispers flew around the room, afraid to be heard yet too stupid to be quiet.

The door started to close once again, the Hado's now inside the ballroom.

The CEO and COO of HypeTech were bound to attract attention, but that didn't stop their children from gaining interest as well, this was the first time they attended any formal gathering after all.

Nejire drew eyes because of her beauty and innocent looks, not only that but there was a striking resemblance between her and Tsuko, someone that striked fear in the hearts of friends and enemies alike. Whether that was a good or bad thing, only time will tell.

The son, Hyrus, however brought many eyes upon him with his commanding presence alone, something that should not be seen within a 3 year old. He was precise and fluid with his movement, each step he took with confidence, an aura of experience he had with him.

Hearing the murmurs around him, Hyrus came to a halt, and so did the hushed chatter. His icy blue eyes washed over them as he looked around.

He looked towards the group on the side, staring them down, every member of the group feeling an insurmountable amount of pressure on their shoulders.

To them, his stare felt like a stab through the heart with an ice spike, to others, only the pressure was present.

After what felt like hours, he finally looked away and started walking towards Tsuko and Kio, hands in pocket.

The couple, along with Nejire, looked at him curiously, but they didn't verbalize their inquiries. Intead, they started chatting amongst each other, leaving the crowd around them still noiseless.

A few minutes later, the people around were still silent, no one with the courage to say a word existed within the ballroom.

The Hado's chatter was interrupted by a door opening, everybody looked toward the entrance but the door had not moved.

It was the other door, where the Yaoyorozu's were now entering from, hushed chatter returned once again.

They then all lined up in the center, the father, Takashi Yaoyorozu, the mother, Yana Yaoyorozu, the son, Yashi Yaoyorozu.

And....

The daughter,

Momo Yaoyorozu.

As everyone's attention was now focused on the Yaoyorozu's.

Not one succeeded in seeing Hyrus' flabbergasted face as he laid his eyes upon Momo—who should only be an infant right now—3 years old, standing with a gentle smile reminiscent of the anime and manga, right in front of him.

'What in the....' he thought to himself incredulously.
