At this time, most streets had already quieted down, the crowd gradually dispersing, with only the landscape lights still shining alone.
Hannah cradled the flowers given to her by fans, as she bent down to sign an autograph for a little girl beside her.
The little girl took the signed photo and happily ran back to her parents.
She held the picture aloft, as if she had received a birthday gift.
The family, holding hands, laughed and talked in a way that could dispel the chill of the night.
Hannah quietly watched for a while before she turned her gaze away.
Roy Yarn came over, holding a phone he had just hung up, "I might need to go back, I can't have dinner with you all tonight."
Hannah asked him, "Is something wrong?"
Roy Yarn nodded, "Yes, Louis Snyder has been hospitalized; my dad asked me to go see him."
Hannah didn't ask further, simply telling him to go ahead.
"I'll speak to the director for you."
