CHAPTER 32

"welcome all of you, hurry up and come inside" Jisoo said after opening the door for Taehyung, Jimin and Jungkook.

All three of them came inside and Jungkook straight went to the twins after giving a quick hug to his sister. Jisoo chuckled at the childish behavior of her little brother, While Taehyung took this opportunity to talk to Jisoo.

"Jisoo Noona" Taehyung said and Jisoo looked at them "we want to talk to you about something"

"what is it, is it about Jungkook"

"yes noona , but can we talk alone" Jimin said after Jisoo saw how serious Taehyung and Jimin were she understood there is something wrong.

"come with me to the kitchen" Jisoo said and all of three of them went to the kitchen while Jungkook and Jackson played with kids and also asked about each other's well being Jackson and Jungkook had become good friends, Jungkook felt comfortable in Jackson's company.

"so what is it" Jisoo said

"noona we want to ask" Taehyung paused and then looked at Jimin and then back to Jisoo "do you know someone by the name of nyx"

As soon as Jisoo heard the name the cup that she was holding slipped from her hand and shattered on the ground her hands started to shake while her face became completely pale, Taehyung and Jimin got quiet concerned about her.

"what happened?" Jackson asked from the living room

"nothing Jimin just broke a cup , don't worry no one is injured" Taehyung said

"OK, be careful you both" Jungkook said .

Taehyung and Jimin and looked at Jisoo who was not looking good at all "noona ? are you okay?" Jimin asked

"noona look at us take deep breathes , noona calm dowm" Taehyung said

After few minutes Jisoo composed herself , her breathing became normal but her face was still pale , she drank a glass of water which Taehyung gave her and after taking a few deep breathes she looked at both of them but her expression had become dark.

"where did you heard that name" Jisoo asked "hurry up and tell me from where did you heard it" her voice was stern and her eyes held anger.

Jimin then told Jisoo about the past events and bye the time Jimin finished Jisoo was shaking but this time with anger her eyes held so much hatred that it looked like she could murder anyone on the spot.

Taehyung and Jimin were also quiet shocked after seeing Jisoo like this , they have known for a few days only but in these few days of knowing they have never seen Jisoo so mad so angry it was terrifying seeing her like this , the way Jisoo reacted after hearing Nyx's name it was pretty clear that this Nyx must have done something very terrible to them.

"noona , are you okay" Jimin asked

"noona?"

Before Jisoo could say anything Jackson came inside the kitchen "darling , let me help you its almost dinner time"

Jisoo's anger vanished after she heard Jackson's voice , her face was again covered with a gentle smile "ok"

Jackson then went to dinning room to set the table and Jisoo looked at Taehyung and Jimin and said

"we'll talk tomorrow , now we should and have dinner" Jisoo said .

The next day Jungkook went to his home to help his mother and brother since it was sunday , while Jimin and Taehyung went to meet Jisoo , Jungkook had asked Taehyung and Jimin to come with him but both of them declined no matter how much they wanted to go.

"come sit" Jisoo said

"noona please get to the point" Jimin said , getting a little desperate

"ok, you know about Jungkook's mother Jang Nara " She said and the other two nodded

"did Jungkook tell you what was mother's occupation" Both Taehyung and Jimin shook their head

"let me tell you my aunt Jang Nara, was a detective, 12 years ago she was working on a case about human trafficking, she was looking after this particular criminal named Nyx" Jisoo said and Taehyung and Jimin became more attentive.

"Nyx was involved with human trafficking , child trafficking drug abuse ,child porn , organ trafficking and much more , he became so dangerous that it became really important to eliminate him"

"my aunt looked for clues day and night , she worked like a machine sometimes she won't even come home because she would be looking for clues"

"one day my aunt came back with a happy face , her face was covered with a huge smile she was so happy because she had discovered a very important clue and handed it over to her seniors " a tear slipped from Jisoo's eyes "you know she wanted to retire after this case and wanted to open a café with all the money she had saved , but unfortunately she got retired from life"

Flashback

"Bunny, Jisoo I am back where are you both" Jang Nara said as she entered the house , both the kids ran towards her and hugged her tightly

"mother where were you why didn't you come back yesterday we missed you very much" little Jungkook said

"bunny , mommy is sorry but I promise now , mommy won't leave you alone anymore" she said and then turned to Jisoo who was standing there with a gentle smile.

"Jisoo, my darling did Jungkook trouble you a lot" She asked and Jisoo shook her head "did you both eat?"

"we were going to eat aunt and now that you are here please come and join us" Jisoo said Nara smiled at her and kissed her forehead " I am blessed to have a niece like you Jisoo"

Saying so Jang Nara went to the washroom and got fresh and then had her breakfast with the kids while they were talking , suddenly they heard a loud noise , Jang Nara immediately stood up she heard the footsteps in side the house and it was obvious that there was someone inside the house. She immediately took the kids and went to her room which was upstairs.

She made both Jungkook and Jisoo who were scared sit inside the almirah, "Jisoo my dear make sure that you and Jungkook stay safe , don't make any noise be quiet okay" Jisoo nodded while Jungkook was crying badly

"bunny, sweetheart its okay don't cry love its okay mommy will come back after sometime okay" She said then wiped Jungkook's tears and kissed Jungkook's and Jisoo's forehead "I will be back okay be good" saying so she closed the almirah and then went outside with her gun. Leaving behind two crying kids.

Soon both of them heard gunshots and a lot of yelling , soon the they heard the door with a bang and they could hear the voice much more clearly

"what do you want Nyx?" Nara said

"I want those two kids , both of them will give me a lot of profit" the man said

"don't you dare those kids have nothing to do with you leave them alone" Nara said

"you should have thought about that before trying to interfere with me detective" the mas said

Both the kids were trembling while sitting inside the almirah Jungkook wanted to scream but Jisoo covered his mouth and whispered to be quiet. Suddenly they heard Nara screaming and hearing his mother scream Jungkook wanted to go to her but Jisoo didn't let him

"what are you doing leave me" Nara said

"you have a nice body detective , let me enjoy with you and after I am done you kids will be next" the man said

The kids inside heard Nara screaming badly telling the man to stop while the man just laughed , Jisoo stuffed Jungkook's mouth with the clothes she found in the almirah and then used both of her hands to cover Jungkook's ears she didn't wanted her baby brother to hear this .

After what seemed to be hours the voices calmed down Jisoo and Jungkook's eyes had became red from crying.

"where are the kids"

"..."

"you won't tell fine then , I will find them my own and when I do I will make sure to do the same thing with them I did with you right in front of you" the man said and then looked around in the room

Jungkook and Jisoo were now dying inside the almirah first due to the lack of oxygen and second due to the fear, their hearts came into their mouth when they heard the almirah open, they both closed their eyes

"look what I found to two cute little kittens , come here kittens play with your master" the man said and then dragged the kids out and threw them on the floor , Jisoo immediately engulfed Jungkook in her arms but Jungkook was looking somewhere else when saw Jisoo saw what Jungkook was looking at her heart stopped

Their laid her aunt on the floor naked covered with wounds her face was lifeless.

"m-m-mom" Jungkook said and tried to go to her but Jisoo stopped him

"your mom was good but now its your turn" the man said and grabbed Jisoo , Jisoo screamed because of pain and terror while Jungkook tried to help his noona but the man just pushed him away and Jungkook fell on the floor.

"no,no,no help me aunt please" Jisoo screamed and Jungkook cried while the man evilly laughed but before the man could do anything they heard a gunshot and Nyx fell on the ground.

It was none other than Nara who had shot him in the head with her gun, the kids were shocked after few seconds both of them ran to Nara who was still on the floor

"mom/ aunt" both of them said

"kids listen to me this place is not safe hurry up and run " Nara said with a weak voice Jungkook wanted to protest but Nara didn't let him "Jisoo hurry take Jungkook and run" Nara then handed over a phone to Jisoo and also a gun for safety " Jisoo, you are the elder between the two take care of yourself and Jungkook go to a safe place and contact the police or if you remember where I work then go there okay?"

Nara said and then hugged the two kids tightly giving them a kiss on their forehead and wiped their tears "now run go, go hurry run"

Jisoo dragged Jungkook with her and they both ran out of the house.
