"What did you want to talk about, Kazutora?" Mikoto asked as she looked at Kazutora, who hadn't said anything for a minute.

They were in his dimension, and Kazutora narrowed his eyes as he noticed the dark chakra in Mikoto's brain.

"Sister, do you not consider me as your relative or family?" Kazutora asked with a frown on his face and Mikoto was stunned by his words.

"Why would you think so?" She asked wondering why Kazutora asked such a question, and Kazutora said, "I only awakened your Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, not Mangekyo Sharingan."

"Do you think I don't know the circumstances under which Mangekyo Sharingan is awakened?"

Kazutora asked as he stared at her, and before she could say anything, he continued, "I thought that you would tell me if you had any problems. I did plan on asking back then, but I didn't because I could sense that you didn't want to talk about it."

"But it seems I made a mistake and should have asked you. The dark chakra in your brain has increased a lot since I awakened your EMS instead of decreasing since EMS can absorb it and keep you sane."

"I wondered if it is related to the talk you had with Tsuna, but I didn't ask since you two didn't want me to know."

"But now, I think that we need to talk, or you will die or at least get crippled when you will awaken Rinnegan."

Kazutora said with a frown on his face. He knew that Rinnegan needed high spiritual energy, a clear will and a clear state of mind. Even if he could offset the effect with his Six Paths chakra, it would ultimately depend on Mikoto to control the Rinnegan or she would be devoured by it.

Hearing his words, Mikoto's eyes flickered, and a sigh escaped her lips.

"Kazu, it's not that I don't want to tell you, but I just don't know how to say it," Mikoto said with a sigh, and she opened her EMS. She used her Mangekyo Technique on him, and Kazutora let her do as she wanted.

They appeared in the same background, but Kazutora could feel the difference in it.

"Kazu, do you think it's okay for me to love someone?" Mikoto asked after thinking for a moment and a strange look appeared on his face.

"Love? Sure, why not? Why would think this way?" Kazutora asked as he wondered what Mikoto meant, and her next words stunned him.

"I love you, Kazu. I think I have fallen in love with you, as a woman."

A stunned look appeared on Kazutora's face as he heard the words. His mind blanked for a second as he heard them, and he asked, "Come again? I think I heard it wrongly. As a woman?"

"No, you didn't hear wrongly. I think I fell for you and started to see you as a man, instead of a little brother and a good friend." Mikoto said with utmost seriousness on her face, and Kazutora put his hand on her forehead.

"Sister Mikoto, it's not time to joke. You should know that I don't like these types of things. If it's a joke, you can end it, or we will have a serious conversation from now on."

"It's not a joke," Mikoto said as she held his hand on her forehead and put it on her cheeks. Holding his hand, she stared at him with a smile on her face, and Mikoto said, "I am 100% serious about this matter, and to make sure that I can say everything, I used the technique."

"No matter how much embarrassment, and other emotions I am feeling, everything I said is true and I am serious about my words."

Hearing her words, Kazutora paused, and he understood that Mikoto was serious about him. He rubbed his head as he thought of everything and Kazutora asked, "When did it happen?"

"I wonder too. I don't have a clear idea, but I did get aware of myself after the talk I had with you. I asked you to not have thoughts about me, but instead, it was me who started to have thoughts about you."

Mikoto rubbed her cheeks to his hand and felt his warmth. She said everything with a gentle look on her face, and she continued her words, "When I smelled the scent of sex on you, I was also aroused. After all, it's been years since I had a relationship with Fugaku."

"Because the situation of Uchiha Clan got better, thanks to you and Tsunade-Sama, Fugaku started to have strange thoughts. He wanted to make the situation of clan better on his own and spent most of his time outside."

Mikoto paused as she looked at Kazutora listening to her words seriously with utmost care. The smile on her face widened and she put her hand on his cheek.

"You are listening to my words seriously even if it is a situation that you don't like. If he was even one-tenth as good as you, I would be the perfect wife for him. But that pathetic bastard destroyed all of my hopes and dreams I had in my life."

"Even if it was an arranged marriage, he should at least do something when I gave up my Ninja career and decided to stay as a Housewife and a good mother for him."

"After that, I kept on thinking about the matter, until you awakened my Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. At that time, I understood what I wanted, and Tsunade-Sama noticed my love for you."

Mikoto asked with an expectant and gentle look on her face. Her heart was beating very fast as she asked the question, and listening to everything, Kazutora couldn't help but sigh.

The sigh seemed to have broken something in Mikoto, but then she saw Kazutora holding the hand on his cheek.

"Wrong? You didn't do anything wrong? You aren't cheating on Fugaku since I know you will speak everything and divorce him later. I did see the papers that you had on the table, and I had thought that it was for someone else in Clan."

Mikoto's expression changed as she heard his words, and expectations rose in her heart at her actions.

"I won't deny that when I did have intentions for you in past, but when I got to know the importance of family, I buried those intentions and treated you as a big sister. For the same reason, I rejected many in the Hospital and berated them about their behaviour."

"Now hearing that you love me as a man, a part of me feels happy and wants to rush to you and hug you. But another part of me says that you need a proper solution to your problem so that no one will feel guilty in future."

"So, Sister Mikoto, tell me, what do you want to do? Do you want to have a proper relationship with me or have a hidden one? Fugaku will know the matter since I plan on beating the shit out of him because he didn't take care of you, and then thank him as I got you because of his actions."

"The main thing is about others. They must have noticed a strange relationship between you and Fugaku, and I don't want bad rumors about you."

Kazutora said as he held Mikoto's hand and looked at her. Tears appeared in Mikoto's eyes as she heard his words, and she couldn't hold herself anymore.

"Uuuu! Kazuuuu!" Mikoto started to cry with tears of happiness, and she hugged him tightly. Kazutora put his hand around her back and patted her.

"It's okay, Sister Mikoto. Everything will be fine from now on. You aren't alone and you have never been. Even if I wasn't with you as your man, I have always been with you as your little brother."

"Uuuu! Kazu! I am sorry! I am sorry for being such a bad sister. Even if, even if I asked you to, I couldn't help myself. My-My life w-wasn't bad since I had a filial child, a loving brother, and many friends to talk to. B-But a part of me yearned for a s-shoulder to lean on."

"I-If it can't h-happen in real life, I-I am okay with it happening in a dream."

Mikoto said with her voice trembling, and her body shivered as she held him. Kazutora could feel her emotions, and he put his hands on her cheeks. Cupping her face, Kazutora pulled her to match his eyes, and said, "Not only in a dream, but it's possible in reality too. If you want, after your divorce, I can just come to Uchiha Clan as Senju Clan's Head and ask your hand for marriage."

"Everyone knows that I have several wives, and I love them deeply. Since I said that I would only marry those who I like and love, I can admit in front of everyone that it was me who fell for you first. It isn't wrong since I did have those thoughts in past."

Kazutora said gently as he wiped the tears on her face with his thumb, but her tears didn't stop flowing. Instead, Mikoto got more emotional as she heard his words, and she started to cry again.
