CHAPTER: 18

Once instructor Leon finished speaking the floor of the arena started to shake after that a lot of barriers started to appear splitting the arena into six after that in those six areas. Soon after structures of buildings was formed inside those each area till they looked like a small village.

"Teleport them inside." said instructor Leon to someone. But when I looked to see who he was speaking too there was no one and before I could ask, I got teleported away inside one of those areas. and was falling from the sky.

Which made me confused since when we first came to this arena, I don't remember seeing the sky blue at all but rather white now the sky was blue in that arena, and I could even see couple clouds and birds flying. I figured it was best to ask instructor Leon after the end of the lesson. I tried to balance myself enough so that I can land safely on the ground. But sadly, I was too late and fell while my back was facing the ground.

"Ouch." I said but then before I realized that it wasn't that painful.

I got up from the ground and started to look around the village which didn't have a single human living in it. and before I could even check the village more, I heard and saw something crash to the ground in front of me. Luckily there was a small distance between me and the thing that crashed. So, I didn't receive any damage. But then I noticed that it wasn't something but rather someone which I found out after seeing him move from inside the dust.

"Damn making us fall from the sky wasn't necessary."

"Are you ok?" I asked jeff startling him.

"Y-Yes." he said

"Then let's get started already." I said and just nodded. But for some reason both of us stood there waiting for one of us to make a move. Then I felt great danger ahead of me.

"TAKE THIS." he shouted while throwing a plasma beam kind of attack at me. which I dodged the moment I sensed danger in front of me. He seemed to panic for a second since his surprise attack failed

The panic on his face was replaced with a face full of seriousness and I saw lighting manifest on both of his legs and then went for a charge. It seemed that the lighting helped enhance his speed a little bit but not enough to overwhelm mine. All I had to do was slide to right to dodge his attack which led to him crashing to one of the houses in the village completely destroying it.

"DAMN YOU." he shouted again. and this time his whole body was covered with lighting. He charged at me with an even greater speed than the one he displayed but it had yet to match mine. Normal people would mistake him for having more than two arms from the speed he was attacking me with, but the strong ones will clearly see him only having two but moving them at an incredible speed.

I kept on dodging his attacks which made him more frustrated. I then looked at the huge timer that was above us which I found while dodging Jeff's attacks and it was showing that there was one minute left before the spare ends. I already decided that I would end this fight with one attack before the end of timer. which I will be doing soon. But suddenly I sensed great danger ahead of me the same as last time. I know this was the perfect time to end this match.

"TAKE THIS." shouted jeff completely exposing his attack which I responded by getting down. and I saw the same laser beam kind of attack come out of his hands. When the attack ended, I saw jeff trying to use another attack on me but this time I didn't allow him to do that since I wanted to end the battle quickly. I attacked jeff by using an uppercut combined with my air bullet and when it connected with Jeff's chin. He got blasted to the sky like a rocket. and after no more than ten second I saw him crash into some kind of an invisible force in the sky which blasted him which led him to crash harshly to the ground. I couldn't help but feel bad for the guy.

I started to sprint towards the guy and checked if he was ok.

"Dude wake up are you ok?"

"Grandfather is it time?" I almost broke laughing when I heard what he said but I held back with all my power.

"Hey, it's me astin I don't even know if you remember my name but get a hold of yourself, please." I said while supporting him so that he doesn't fall. I looked at his status and he's hp was only at thirty percent and it was slowly decreasing.

"Dude, we need to get you some help or else you might die."

"Potion....ring......" he uttered and looked at his hand trying to find that ring he was talking about and found one on his left hand which was red in color. I took it off his hand and dumped everything out there I saw a lot of weapons and equipment come out of it and couple of potions too. But I didn't know which one was the healing one.

"Small.......red........" he uttered again which I found a couple of them easily. I started to open the cap off but without using too much strength, so it doesn't break. After that I poured the potion into jeffs mouth but slowly so that he can digest it. After that I saw his hp regenerate but in a slow speed. Which I didn't pay off a lot of attention too as long as jeff was out of danger. I then went ahead and put all his loot inside the ring and returned it to him.
