"Shit, we have to hurry up, I don't want the night to catch up with us!" Max gestured to Zuni and Cab to hurry up.

They should sense the sun going down and it will be a bad thing to them if that were to happen while they are still outside.

"Just how was nate able to climb up to this level that fast?" Zuni said while dragging himself. His hands were already shining red due to the pressure of his weight. The only person that seems to not be having many problems was Cab.

Although he was tired though he could endure. "He is a zombie after all, with unlimited stamina, he could keep up with his speed of climbing without slacking at all," Cab explained.

Can was right, the reason Nate seems to have reached the top of the cliff so fast was that he can maintain his initial speed without slowing down, this was because of his unlimited stamina...

If Zuni, Max and Cab has the unlimited stamina trait, they would have long reached the top without worrying.

Just then, they could hear and feel some rumbling vibration on the walls and they stopped on their track. "What is that? Are the whitebonez coming?" Zuni asked while shrinking in fear while his body trembled along with the vibration.

Max began to sniff the air around them. "There is no whitebonez nearby, this vibration must come from a fight," Max said.

"A fight, is nate already fighting something, what is it that could make this whole cliff shake to this extent ?" Cab wondered.

"I don't know, but we have to get there fast and help him out," Max said and started climbing the cliff faster than before.

Not long, they all were now facing the mouth of the cave with ice spikes on the entranceway.

"So this is the cliff cave Leo was talking about and where Sin has gone to and never returned?" Zuni asked. "Are we going to return if we enter ?"

Not caring to answer that, Max started to run into the cave.

"Why is he suddenly acting brave all of a sudden ?" Zuni asked Cab.

"Maybe his weapon is giving him so much confidence," Cab answered and also ran into the cave.

"Why am I the one behaving cowardly now," Zuni asked himself but soon snap out of it and ran after the others.

'Shit, I can take dose hit constantly or else I will lose all my healing energy,' Nate thought to himself.

He was still thinking of the system message when the redhead man attacked him. However, Nate blocked it with the ice shield though it was costing him his energy.

'what's the meaning of half blood, is that a race or something, who is this guy?' these were the questions going through Nate's mind as he was counterattacking the man's strikes.

"Wait! I'm not who you think I am, this is all a misunderstanding!" said the man.

"Lies, I know the matrix has possessed you, they are manipulating you into working for them, but I rest assured you that I will free you from your suffer!" the man shouted and spread his hand. As he did so, a ring of blood spread out and encircled nate. The man then clapped his hands together and the ring forcefully closer up.

However, before this will happen, Nate has also used the skills from the gauntlet.

[Punch blast]

Nate throw his fist on the ground and sent out some violent waves in a circler form as they hit the blood ring, destroying it instantly.

He further used his speed boosts to move out of the way, evading the man's fist that was coming at him. The man's hand slammed into the ground and left a crater dent on the floor.

His man's were still red with blood with a little light mixed on it. The man swung it in nates direction.

Nate meanwhile transformed his axe into a long sword and swung it at the man also.

At the same time, a blood thread left the man's hand while an azure colour thread left the tip of Nate's ice sword.

The two threads clashed with each other and exploded into nothing and disappeared. Meanwhile, Nate was already familiar with the thread power and was quick in sending more at the man.

'That azure line managed to stop my thread, I shouldn't let that touch me,' the redhead man thought and formed a barrier made out of red light.

He was holding the light like a shield and blocking the threads, however, when the thread hit the shield, not that it sliced through the light shield, rather, the freezing ray acted on the man as his movement was slowed down drastically.

'What is happening, why am I not moving?' the man panicked.

Nate seized this opportunity and sprinted towards the man. He altered the sword into a shape that duplicates the gauntlet and throw it out.

The redhead man was hit in the stomach and was sent back flying into the wall behind. He seems to have broken through it entirely and come out from the other side.

"That's for not listing to me!" Nats shouted and was about to rush into the large crater formed on the wall when a bright red light showed and was shoot at him.

Nate blocked it with his ice shield but was still sent flying backwards.

Just when he was wondering what was going on, three swords glowing red came at him. He of course blocked them with the shield. Nate's sharp reflexes have improved especially when he was getting the boost from the king-level weapon.

Meanwhile, in the depth of the crater created, the redhead man walked out with two more red swords in his hand as with the three that were hovering in the air ready to strike at any moment.

"What's the problem, are you not going to use the laser blast today?" the man said and pointed his hand at Nate.

Immediately, the three swords fly towards him. Nate swung the ice shield at the man. It was caught by the man, but that was not a problem. In fact, that was what Nate needed at this moment since the freezing ray has acted on the man and he wasn't able to move at this moment. This allowed Nate to start dealing with the three swords.

Nate wouldn't want while dealing with the swords, the man will sneak up to him and slice his head off, that's why he just did what he did.

However, the shield away has left Nate defenceless.

[Laser blast ]

Immediately, the eye pattern on Nate's forehead glows red along with the gauntlet before shooting out the laser beam that hit one of the swords and destroyed it leaving two for Nate to deal with.

As the second sword came at him, caught it with the hand wearing the gauntlet and it exploded. By this time, Nate was charged up the laser beam again and used it on the sword.

He then quickly turned to face the redhead man only to see about ten more red glowing swords hovering in the air.

"This weapon is interesting..." the man said looking at the shield in his hand but it soon flew out of his hand back to nates hand.

"Are you ready to talk now?" Nate asked and he got his reply instantly.

"No!" the man shouted and pointed out his finger at nate sending the ten swords at Nate.

"You left me no choice them"
