Nate has decided to remove himself from things happening back in Panama City. Honestly, he would have contacted Lyon or Bull by now seeking for them to come and take him out of the ice land he was now, but after getting the teleportation skills, he has gotten less concerned about his way back to Panama city.

He now decided to focus on getting his answers since he could just come and go thanks to his skill teleportation.

Nate has also decided to exclude himself from his horde back in Panama City till he is done getting the answers he wan. That's even why he hasn't contacted them or even look into their activities through the horde eye.

However, Scarlett was a horde member he initially thought died from the TNT explosion, but now in front of him was the same TNT laying on the floor with a redhead man continuously hitting him.

Nate has no time and decided to act. Although Scarlett was a horde member he didn't care much about, after evolving into a Titanic zombie, the latter has become a monster in its aspect and could be so much useful in a battle.

[Puch blast]

Nate activated the gauntlet power and it glows in a mix of red and white colour. Nate leapt over to the strange man and throw out his fist.

Nate came from the side and one was expected to notice his presence alone not to talk of them his fist was glowing, but the stranger was just too obsessed with striking Scarlett that he didn't notice nate.

Nate's fist eventually hit its target. The man was sent flying into the wall by the side and they slide down covering his entire body.

Nate quickly reached out to Scarlett, just from a glance, Nate could tell that he must have been fighting for days till now. Fresh wounds were still visible on his body which was something Nate was surprised to see.

Scarlett was not just any titanic zombie, he is a titanic zombie with a superpower, power is endurance.

Naturally, Titanic zombies were already zombies with a large amount of endurance. It was quite big to the extent that someone like Peter wasn't able to slice through the zombie's flesh, he was not even able to give a mark even with lyon combined.

Adding the natural endurance of a titan with his endurance power, Scarlett was just simply a monster only nuclear weapons might be able to harm.

Nate was not even surprised to know that Scarlett survived the explosion, he was only shocked to know that Scarlett was with him in the middle of nowhere.

Just when Nate thought that was all, a few more zombies about seven of them walked out. The zombies seem to not be in others as if they are looking for something.

'They must have been starved all this while,' Nate thought to himself, he decided to store them in the zombie space once more before looking at Scarlett.

The titanic zombie has managed to pick him up and stand before nate. 'This explains the strange connection I felt out there, it was my horde all along but who brought them here, even if Scarlett survived the explosion, there is no way he came looking for me," Nate thought.

Too bad that Scarlett's intelligence was too low and could not explain what happens. The last time Nate called Scarlett and his small zombie horde was back in Panama City and after then, he hasn't heard from them.

There was only one person that Nate could think about who was behind this. "Leo," Nate muttered.

Leo was his number one suspect behind Scarlett and his other zombie horde staying in the cliff cave. 'Is this the reason he sent to be here? To reunite with my horde,'

None of what was happening made sense to Nate at all. Nevertheless, Nate still has one question and that was the man who was attacking Scarlett.

Nate has counted it impossible for a human being to be able to lay significant damage on Scarlett with the level of endurance he has but Scarlett's body was filled with wounds that will require him to eat flesh for them to disappear and surely, all these wounds were inflicted by that strange man.

Just as Nate was wondering who the man was, the solid rocks that fall onto the man after being sent flying were chucked forward at him.

Upon seeing this, Nate's gauntlet this time glow red as it was thrust at the rock. The rock was shattered in one hit sending its fragments flying. Nate placed his hand on Scarlett and he disappeared leaving Nate alone with the man that was now covered in dust.

The redhead man walked out from something that looks somewhat like a dent of a human figure planted on the solid wall.

"Who are you and why were you attacking my horde?" Nate asked taking a fighting stance as his gauntlet glow red once again.

Meanwhile, the man ignored nates question and fixed his gaze on the gauntlet. "The Matrix," the man said and dashed at Nate and throw out his fist.

Nate was surprised to hear the word "matrix" from the man's mouth and was startled. He was already thinking of starting a discussion when the man attacked him first.

Nate turned the ice axe into a shield and block the man's fist. Nate was pushed back slightly from the punch till his body eventually hit the wall behind him.

'This is far stronger than any hit I have ever taken. Even with my shield, I could still tell how powerful the blow was, I better not allow such a fist touch me,' Nate thought and looked ahead to see no one. 'Where is he?' Nate wondered as his brain started running, all his senses were now altered. His eyes were scanning the area, his nose was sniffing at the same time and then his ear was sharp and ready to pick up any strange sound.

All this was happening in seconds as his nose eventually picked up a familiar scent of a human, although they were something else added to it.

Nate acted immediately and activated his gauntlet and throw it up. He clashed with the man's fist.

Boom!!!

Some ripples of wave shoot out from nate fist when it clashed with that of the other and counterattack what the man was about to do.

The man was sent backwards though this time he was in order and was able to gather himself together.

"It seems like you have made some upgrade on your gauntlet, I can see that from the appearance of your gauntlet," the man said as he clenched his fist.

Blood was already coming out from it because of the clash with Nate, but they suddenly stopped and were floating in the air.

"I think this confrontation is a misunderstanding, I'm not who you think I'm," Nate tried to explain himself since he does not like where things were heading like this.

"Unfortunately, you are not the only one that has made some upgrades," the man finished his word, his eyes glowing red as the blood on his hand surrounded his fist and turned into a sword made out of the blood.
