Chapter 33 : Who's blocking the carriage
" It's not ugly or shabby....us beautiful ".
The necklace, Ellie was holding in her hands, was made of silk metal Chain and the Ruby shone engrave inside as the highlight.
It may not looks that luxurious or crafted finely. But it was the blessing from the friendship....this jewellery was more than expensive and priceless than one could ever think.
" Are you really giving this to me? ".
The necklace was too precious to be given out to someone. Aranya didn't know what to feel while receiving such a precious ornament.
Ellie place the necklace on Aranya's hand while crafting that soft smile on her lips....which meant everything for Aranya.
" I might be not with you from now on. But I hope you have this necklace on you. I might not be able to protect you from now on but let this necklace to do my job...".
Ellie hold the necklace on her and signal her bend down a bit. This necklace was meant to be her and crafted to always stay on her body.
Once she bow down, Ellie started to wear the necklace on her neck...
" You are my only bestie so far, I can't send you without a protection. Have this with you all the time and enter take it off...with this on you, I will assure that you are in no danger ".
Ellie was sincere and know she couldn't protect Aranya anymore as she was no longer the members of the institution and was not going stay there anymore. Even though she couldn't with her but this ornament was enough to keep her safe.
" Thank you so much, Ellie. You don't know how grateful I was to stay in your grace. I will always have this ornament on by body...never be taking it off ".
Aranya hug her again.
" No need to thank me. We are friends and this is what I am supposed to do for a friend. Never forget me and always remember....that will be much biggest accomplishment ".
They hugged tightly for the last time, stay like that for half a minute and let go if each other again.
Aranya was going far, and Ellie was still insecure. Then she remember something, she saw this act in a temple....she know it would give her no protection but still...
Ellie grabbed Aranya's shoulder gently and stand on her tiptoe. Aranya was surprised for a moment and was confused.
But soon....everything come to a light when Ellie close her eyes and place a blessing kiss on her forehead gently.
" May God protect you on the way and stay with you always, keep you safe ".
Ellie give the blessing and get off and stand normally again.
Mr Taylor and others were still shock and 'l didn't come out from the shock. It was really astonishing to see two girls in such an intimate position but there was no wrong in it as Ellie was always with Aranya from the moment she arrived in the institution.
Everyone in the institution know that Aranya was like a younger sister to Ellie and love her the most despite the fact thta Aranya was not worthy of her love.
" Be careful while going on missions next time. You must take care of yourself for my sake....I will watch over you ".
Finally, the moment came...the departure was close. Aranya smile to everyone and get into the carriage and the carriage started to move.
It was not like she was not sad, she was. But had no way to describe....
She look out from the carriage for the last time, the whole building was like a big castle or mention....
" It's a place where I spend fifteen years of my life. Goodbye, werewolf slayer institution ".
Soon, the building started disappearing from the sight as the firest take place in that regard.
The carriages had already enter the forest. Last night, Aranya was only trying to pack most important stuff as she was the only one to carry everything.
But then Mr Taylor visited her and told her to pack all her things as he had already arranged carriages to sent her away from this place.
She was mostly worried about the transportation but after hearing Mr Taylor, tye stone was lifted from her heart and she was relieve.
* Two hours later.....*
The carriage was stoll riding from the forest way, it was still early in the morning....
Mr Taylor schedule the leaving time in the morning because he wanted to decrease the risk percentage.
In twelve hours or so, Aranya would reach to any village or a small city and that was everything to him...he would be relieve from the side that she was safe.
Aranya's butt was hurting now that it was the first time she was riding in the carriage. Till now, she never ride anything...even with the horse riding she had to be careful and not getting caught by anyone.
The carriage was heading ahead when their carriage seemed to bump into something ahead.
Aranya get out from the carriage when she notice that the carriage was not moving at all and was freez on the spot.
She come out from the carriage and saw a same style carriage as her in the front blocking her carriage.
She walk to the carriage which block their way...
" Whoever in the carriage, Come out ".
He voice bossy but she as right with her attitude.
The person in the carriage was playing with her, there was so much space ahead as the road was broad and there was no need for the carriage to cross or block but everything was rather on purpose.
Hearing the voice, that person really did come out.
" Yo....I didn't expected for you to turn this bossy once you leave the institution ".
As expected, the person who block their carriage was non other than Jammy Lukan. And he actually had the guts to smile to her so playfully after blacking her way.
" Didn't you left earlier? why are you still here then ".
Aranya was really confused at his act as well. He left earlier than her but was still here....what was he doing here actually? when he was supposed to be ahead of her and waiting for her on the village at the next stop.
" I did left and there's no doubt in that. I was going to wait for you in the near village directly. But...my carriage...the horse is not feeling well and I can't go ahead ".
Jammy Lukan was not planning to stop on the middle and was going to what for her on the village directly. But the horse suddenly started to act starnge and then lost the energy to even stand up...so he was stuck in the middle.
" Wow! I didn't expected Mr Taylor to do this good work...I am impressed ".
Aranya didn't felt any bad for the jammy but was kind of happy for some reason and if she was to be sad for someone, then that would be the horse and the person who was escorting him to the city ahead.
" Yeah yeah...he will do certainly a good job since I am not his favorite pupil like someone else ".
He sure was being sarcastic at the moment.
" Well! Whatever....load all your stuff in the carriage behind. We will ride together since the horse is not feeling well. You riding in that carriage would only make the situation worse ".
Aranya was ready to give him the space in her carriage since they and the same destination fit in their mind.
" Good idea ".
Jammy Lukan agreed to her. And he didn't even care that he was going to share the same space with a female.
" Mister....place all the stuff in that carriage ".
After giving command to the horse rider, he came back to Aranya...
They both were tired and their butt's were sore and numb from all the traveling till now.
" No matter what you say but I can never get use to traveling by carriage ".
Aranya spoke her mind out as she rubbed her butt....it was on front of him but as usual...jammy Lukan care nothing at all as to whatever she would do or say.
But he wanted to laugh out loud....
" Pfftt! have you ever travel in the carriage before that you are talking like an experience person ".
He was laughing at her because she said that she could not get used to traveling by carriage no matter how much she sit inside....
" Hahaha! then have you ever travel by the carriage before that you are denying me...", Said Aranya in sarcastic tone.
Their carriage was station deep inside the forest...bamboo plants included as the ssssk voice was ringing on the forest due to leaves and wind.
" Hey! we are finally out from the institution...were should we head next ".
Even though they were now out of the place they used to called home.
But what was their next destination?
