As a result of her being so short with her conversation, I was a bit confused and in disbelief. Because…

'I seriously had to have a damn as painful migraine for just the little amount of information! Couldn't she have just told me when I went out of my cabin?!'

Laili was really going on my nerves. For just a bit of information that I would discover on my own, she had to kidnap me, drug me, and place my head on top of a creepy pillow! Surely, there was no reason for me to not get frustrated. I was able to calm my head though. That's because one tiny bit of her info seemed to be useful enough. The part of where a Phoenix kin will aim for my death the moment the take notice of me… That info was very useful, because it prevented the greater chances of me dying from an entire gang of phoenix people.

'I guess I am a little prepared now, thanks to her…'

"Thank you, I guess." I gave the girl my gratitude, but it was obvious on my face that I was not satisfied. "Now give me my PP stones, and bring me back."

"Tch! You ungrateful brat." Laili clicked her tongue upon seeing my uncaring and dissatisfied attitude.

"I have all the right to be ungrateful. I can accept the spar that I had to do to prove myself worthy. But to stab me while I tried to help you up, and to poison me? That is just out of the line." I directly spitted out the reason for my dissatisfaction.

Fortunately, Laili was humble enough to see why I didn't like what she did.

"I apologize." She admitted.

"Good. At least you are able to admit your mistake. Now… My PP stones please."

"Seriously. How desperate are you for PP crystals."

With the rewards already given, Laili brought me back to my cabin with her strange abilities. That ability's functionality was that I had to step on a strange black purple-ish kind of puddle… Like some kind of portal, it brought me back to the sect within a second. At least, that was just my perspective. Perhaps even ten minutes might have passed…

Well… I did not really care about the specific timings. All I cared about was XP! Muahaha! Indeed, it was time for me to farm again…

Usually, because of the features of the system, like the map and the shop, the difficulty would be lowered automatically to put me at ease. Now however… It was clearly dangerous. Obviously, there had to be a reason as to why my achievable rewards got doubled. That was a good thing of course, and it also didn't make me hesitate any further. After all… High risk, high reward…

'It's a scouting mission. As long as I am hidden, and as long as I blend myself with the crowd, I should be good…'

With such thought, I left the sect in order to complete the mission. Although I might sound a bit careless, I was definitely cautious. My instincts were telling me that it was something dangerous after all, and with the quest details mentioning that there are disciples from various sects, I knew that a battle was bound to occur if I made a slight mistake.
