"Hehe… That's a secret. By the way. Since we're acquainted, my name is Laili, nicknamed Little Black Viper." The girl went on to introduce herself, which gave me quite a surprise.

I wasn't surprised because of the fact that she decided to introduce herself to me of course. In fact, I was surprised by her name. Because from what I've heard through the audience, the girl that came up to me, which is the same girl that kidnapped me, is the senior sister of Laili. If the kidnapper is Laili, I wondered if I was wrong about the voice sounding similar to the girl that had invited me to her sect. Before I got even more confused, the girl explained without me having to ask.

"Yes, I am the girl that fought Shun, and the girl that talked to you while I was fighting Shun." Was what she told me.

"Huh?" Her words didn't make any sense to me, but I think I was able to tell what she was trying to say. "A clone?" I proceeded to ask her, in order to know if I understood her words correctly.

"Yes, something like that. It's a special skill of mine."

"I see…"

After It was obvious for Laili to see that I understood her words, she proceeded with the next subject that she wanted to discuss with me. The insider information, which apparently, I was in great need of. Oh how glad I was that she didn't continue with other unnecessary subjects. My origin for example, which I definitely did not want to talk about. Explaining where I came from would be difficult after all…

Well, anyway… Laili did indeed give me crucial information, since it involved my life. The phoenix Force, which consists out of many top ranking cultivators. The top cultivators were fine, since the negative effects of their phoenix blood does not affect them anymore. They didn't have their beast like trait anymore, and it was actually the disciples on the inner sect disciple region of their sect and lower, who are not able to deny their beastly instincts.

The problem from such a thing meant that of course, I wouldn't be in too much danger, because the top rankings weren't really interested in what their beastly instincts told them to do. They were the ones to follow their own intuition, which means that I am safe from them. The disciples though… They would simply be a big problem for me, Laili stated. If the entire sect of inner disciples were to attack only me, my chances of survival would be close to null.

Laiii meant well, and it did seem like she wanted me safe.
