Going crazy

He looked around his untidy quarters, case files and evidence photos lay messily on every available surface.

Nothing seemed out of place or missing, the windows appeared to be shut tight, that was a relief.

He glanced into the pitch-black living room and saw two small red lights in the corner.

It all clicked in his brain at once, he wasn't alone.

Kevin quickly pointed his service revolver and aimed at the lights.

"Who's there?" He asked with his fingers on the trigger

The two beady lights began to move towards him, the sound of clopping heels could be heard against the hardwood floor.

A womanly figure stepped from the shadows of the living room into the light.

"Is that how you greet all your guests? By pointing a gun at them?" The stranger asked with a dangerous yet sexy voice.

'It was her!!'

Red blaring light was going off in kelvin's mind.

The woman from the night club.

The one that killed Malcom, and now she had come for him.

Kelvin walked backwards into the light of the kitchen, his pistol still aimed at her, ready to fire .

"Guests are people I invite into my home," Kelvin retorted.

He was clearly shaken, but he needed to act tough, he didn't want to be seen as 'weak'.

"There's no need to be snide," the woman said.

She extended her arm, in a flash, kelvin's pistol flew from his hands and into hers.

"This wouldn't do you much good anyway." She said with a smile.

Yeah, that smile she had before she took that jump.

Kevin's heart raced in fear, his adrenaline coursing through his veins.

He was defenseless and unsure of what the creature wanted with him.

"What are you?" kelvin asked, his voice trembling.

The woman stepped up to kelvin, standing in the light.

"Have a seat." She said.

The woman twitched her index finger slightly, one of the dining room chairs slid from under the table on its own and stopped at his side.

Kelvin sat hesitantly, his eyes scanning for any possible escape route.

She scooted onto the table in front of him, leaning forward slightly, she crossed her

long legs.

Kelvin's vision involuntarily wandered from her knee-high leather boots to those toned legs covered in black silk stockings that disappeared under a black cocktail dress.

A dress very similar to the red dress she wore at the night club the other day.

"What are you?" He asked again

"You're still clueless aren't you?" She replied while smiling

Clueless? Why would he be clueless? He's seen her once and she had horns and wings and a tail and let's not forget she fucked Malcom till death.....

Wait!! No it can't be, it's just a fairytale.

"A-a-are you a s- su-succubus?" Kelvin asked with shaky voice.

He might be going crazy.
