"What news do you have for us?" one of the lieutenants asked, his voice tense and anxious.
"Bad news, I'm afraid," Leo said, his expression grim under the black fox mask. "The police are here. They have surrounded the building and are preparing to storm in. Even if you manage to win this fight, you all will be considered a defeat since we will become the state's number one enemy. You will have no place to hide or run."
"This is a trap!" another lieutenant exclaimed. "Someone betrayed us and tipped off the cops!"
"Who cares who did it?" Lucas snapped. He was holding a shotgun and looked ready to kill anyone who crossed his path. "We have to fight our way out of here!"
"That won't be easy," Leo said. "The Martinez cartel is also here. They've sent their best killers to finish us off if we try to escape from the back."
