CHAPTER 32: ACADEMY ENTRANCE (1)

The next day, when Seraphin wakes up, Lekas and her master, Melka, are already prepared to leave, all dressed up and even finishing their breakfast.

“Fuaahh…Good morning, guys.”

“Good morning.”

“Hm-hm.”

Melka doesn’t bother swallowing her food before answering her pupil. It was rare for her to eat such fine quality meat and knowing how Lekas forced her to leave yesterday without eating anything in the morning, she doesn’t want to live the same experience again today. After all, for someone who has made it an utter religion of eating three times a day, not doing that very thing, is a sacrilege.

“What are you guys eating?”

Seraphin leaves the bed and it is only when she places her foot on the floor that she noticed she slept with her armor. Her eyes open wide as she realizes how comfortable the armor is for her to be able to sleep in it without feeling any discomfort even the next morning.
