Helping out

On a friday afternoon, Arina returned home to meet her parents.

"My Precious Sun, it's good to see you again." King, her father hugged her which made Arina feel a little tight as he was large and muscular, and a little over six feet.

"You too Dad." She said between gasps for air and her father finally let her go giving her space to breathe.

The next person to embrace her was her dear mother, Rita.

"It's good to see you again. Have you been having any troubles in the Academy?"

"No, Mom." Arina replied, thinking her Mom was being too over worried.

They were currently in the living room. The walls like most parts of their house were a light blue with a faint white rose pattern. The floors had white tails. There was a medium sized TV in the middle at the front of the room. They were three couches seperated a bit close to the TV and finally, a few picture frames.

Arina walked upstairs to her room with the few things she carried from My Caster Academia. Her room had purple colored walls with a medium size bed on the left while a red cupboard on the right.

Arina dropped her bag and left her room.

In the evening, Arina was in her room using her phone to chat with some of her Human friends when her mother said that dinner would soon be ready.

Arina walked out to go to the bathroom to freshen up when she heard her parents talking. Arina, being the 'good girl' she was began to listen on their conversation.

"Have you seen the fees from the Academy?" Rita asked her husband, in her hand was a statement paper with things about the Academy on it.

Arina peeped from the door to take a closer look.

[ School Fees for the 1st Session for First Years: 7 Cyrons]

Arina's jaw dropped as she finished reading the statement.

The National Currency for the nation was divided into three: Rakkis being the lowest, Circlets being the second and Cyrons being the highest. A hundred Rakki equalled to one Circlet while a hundred Circlets equalled to one Cyron. This meant they were supposed to pay 700,000 Rakkis which was a lot of money.

"Yes I have. I don't know how I'll do it but we will pay." King, her father put on a brave face as they walked back downstairs.

'I have to help them out.' Arina thought as she felt responsible for it.

"Arina! The pasta's ready." Her mother said from downstairs.

"But first, some pasta." Arina quickly ran downstairs, "I'm coming." Arina really loved Pasta.

While Arina was eating her food away, her mother asked her a question.

"Do you have any boy you like?" she said that while Arina was taking a drink to which she did a spit take as a result.

"Mom?!"
