Seeing Roxy depart was a special feeling that I will remember as long as I live.

She is quite a commendable person and a very hard worker at best.

I truly respect that kind person and I will protect her image safe in my memories.

I have just returned from my daily sword swings in this early morning and when I came to the bedroom... I saw my brother praying to what I could assume is panties.

"MWAHAHAHAHA!! 3x" A victorious laugh boisterously echoes throughout the household

It reverberates from the halls up to a room in the second floor.

Within the room lies the aftermath of a decisive battle between two individuals.

One of the individuals is standing tall and triumphant while other one was under the foot of the victor.

On the hand of the victor was the grand price that the two were fighting for.

It is the panties of a certain master that has departed from their home.

The victor smugly stares down at the loser, the loser grimace in defeat.

"Hah! Do you think your magic can beat my superior stamina and strength?!" The victor in question was Rebecca who looks down on the loser which was her brother Rudeus.

What had happened with the past three minutes was a very heated battle of stamina versus magic.

When Rebecca charged at Rudeus, he fired multiple round rock bullets towards her direction.

With mastery in footwork, Rebecca dodged every single rock bullet and she is runs closer to her brother.

Now that she is in front of him, she lunges at Rudeus with her arms extended.

However, he doesn't to admit defeat and uses wind magic to blew her away.

Her eyes widen when she was being blown away by a strong gust of wind.

She flew in the air and hit the wall of the room. She grimaces in pain and whimpers in defeat.

Her brother stands in front of her triumphant and laughs at her defeat.

He mocks her with different insults and teasing words. But when he mentions that she has small breast, he made a terrible blunder.

Rebecca grabbed Rudeus's legs and tripped him. He fell to floor and now he is looking up at his sister.

She glared at him and winds up a punch. Redeus noticed it and tried to block.

However, he was too late, a barrage of punches rain down towards him.

Rebecca keeps on screaming "ora ora" while punching his face.

Rudeus then got knocked out after the whole beatdown, and she then healed him afterwards.

She took the panties from his pockets, puts her one foot on top of him and raised her fist.

Finally, she yells "Yatta" in satisfaction and her yell echoes within the room.

Fufufufu, does this loser of a brother think he can beat my two years of intense sword training and exercises.

""Ah"" Both of us look at the doorway and see the door opens.

Then the appearance of the red-haired woman with purple eyes appeared at the other side. It was our maid, Lilia. she looks at the mess we made in the room and then look at both of us.

She walks towards us and stand in front of me. Then she extended her arm and snatches the panty on my hand.

"I guess we're done here. Hey, want to join me to go outside?" we finished our discussion and invited him to go outside.

Few minutes later, he came downstairs with a huge book tuck under his arm. It's the botanical book that mother gave him in our birthday.

"Here, I got the botanical book mother gave me. Let's try exploring the forest and find the plants in this book. What do you say? it's a good idea, right?" He explains his plan on what to do outside.

"I see, that do sounds like a good idea. But the forest though. Hmm... Wait here, I have to get something" I said as I climb the stairs this time.

I walk at the hallway and towards my room. I remembered that Lilia is still in the room, so I knocked.

"Come in" I heard her voice from the other side of the room.

I look around and saw her still cleaning our bedroom.

"Umm, Lilia-san. Can you get my sword over there. I need it." I requested Lilia from the doorway.

"Thank you very much, Lilia-san" I thanked Lilia. "You're welcome, master Rebecca" she welcomed me and I walked away from the room as I went back downstairs.

"I'm back. Let's go, Onii-chan" I said to him as I fasten the strap of my sword to my back.

"Eh? Why do you bring your sword with you?" he questions me having a sword at hand.

"Well, because the forest is quite unpredictable. You won't know if a random monster will show up and attack us. So, I brought my sword just in case we run into one" I explained why brought the sword with me and he nodded in understanding.

Then we exited the house at the front door. Then walked towards the garden where our parents are.

We saw them flirting with each other. Father teases mother with subtle perverted touches and mother reprimanded him in a fluster.

We approached our parents and they saw us coming. They stopped their flirting and fixes themselves.

"You see, dad. Oni-chan wants to go to the forest and research the plants in there. I know that the forest is crawling with monsters. So, I brought my sword with me just in case we encounter one" I explained to father and he seems to understand quite well and was impressed with my intuition.

"I see. That is quite a good intuition of you to know what to do, Rebecca. Good job. Just don't go pointing and flaunting your sword at peoples, okay?" He compliments and warn me at the same time.

"I understand, dad" I complied to my father's demands

They stood up and followed us to the gates of the house. They want to see us off while we go outside.

"Listen, Rebecca. I know that you are strong and capable, but you should not use that strength to hurt the innocent and do something wrong, do you understand?" Father told me about the importance of strength.

"Of course, dad. I mean I am no maniac when it comes to using my strength on people" I said to him proudly

"Says you. You beat me up senselessly back there." Brother murmured as looks at me like I am some sort of a hypocrite.

"What was that, Rudy?" Mother asked as she heard something just now.

"I-it was nothing, mom. Onii-chan was just grumpy when he woke up this morning. Don't worry about it, hehe.." I made an excuse to avoid them knowing that I beaten up my brother back in our room.

"Is that so? Off you go then. Make sure to come home before sunset, okay?" She says as she waves her hands in farewell while we are walking away from the house.

We then walked towards the forest area to explore the plant life within.

He showed me a lot of plant species and told me the name of the specific plant.

Throughout the dense trees and foliage, we ventured the wonders of the botanical world.

There are so many trees, plants and flowers in the forest, as well as small animals scurrying away when see one.

"I didn't know exploring the forest is so much fun. Usually, there are monsters crawling in this part. However, I guess it wasn't always the case" I said my honest thoughts to Rudeus who is looking at a certain plant while comparing to the book he is holding.

"Hmm? I guess so. We just need to be careful not encounter one. We should run away from the monsters without being detected, so we don't have to deal with them" he said as he decided to do something cowardly.

"Come on, Onii-chan. Don't be like that. If you encounter an enemy, don't just run away. Face it instead and bravely makes a stand against your opponent. That's the right way to do it" I gave my own opinion to Rudeus about facing foes.

"That's brave of you, Rebecca. But monsters are dangerous. They can you kill anytime and you don't want to die, do you?" Rudeus worriedly said with concern.

"I know they are dangerous. However, it is more dangerous if you don't know how to fight them. Sure, they can kill you, but if you kill it first, then there is no problem" I argue as I want to tell him that dangerous enemies weren't the issue here.

"But that's not-"

*ROAR*

""!!""

While we are arguing a roar of a monster suddenly echos around us.

There, a huge monster that looks like boar with huge tusks and four arms. It is a [Terminate Boar]. Then a pack of monsters that looks like Dobermans followed the Terminate boar. They are called [Assault Dogs] and there are three of them.

'Great. Just as we were talking about them and they decided to show up in front of us.'

I unsheathe my Night Sky sword and takes a stance. I used a stance that I found in an anime that I used to watch and liked so much.

[The Aincrad stance]

"Wait, Rebecca! Are you going to fight these many monsters?! Are you nuts?!" Rudeus panicked as he reprimands me after I take a fighting stance.

"Obviously! Let me show you how I roll. Now cover me with your magic" I said as I dashed towards the monsters.

"REBECCA! WAIT!" Rudeus yells at me, wanting to stop me from advancing.

"Haaaaaargh!" I charged at the mob of monsters in front of me.

*RAAWR*

**Howl**

The Terminate Boar roars and the Assault Dogs howls.

Then the Assault dogs all moved. They run towards me.

"HIIYA!" I forward swing the sword at the first dog, which splits the dog in half.

I then back slashed the second one. However, the dog evades and tried to counterattack.

The assault dog pounced towards me. I tried to defend myself with a sword swing. However,

"Stone Cannon!" Then Rudeus yells and a rock was hurled towards the dog, striking it to the head.

"Nice save, Onii-chan!" I thanked brother far saving me.

"You're welco.. Look out!" He warns me and a huge shadow lurks over me.

"!!"

I looked back and saw the Terminate Boar is about to strike me with its arms. The arms extend towards me and back stepped to dodge them.

*SLAM*

"Woah! that was close one. Thanks, onii-chan" I then returned to my attack stance and charged at the boar.

*RAWR*

The terminate boar swings both of its two lower arms towards me. I then used [Water God Style] to parry the arms and dismembered them.

*UWAARGH*

The boar cries in pain and sends the two upper arms to pound the ground.

*SLAM*

A huge shockwave is heading towards my direction, so I strongly jumped in the air. The boar tries to jump as well, but...

"Quagmire" Rudeus then touched the ground and softens the ground underneath the Terminate boar. The boar's legs sank to the ground immobilizing it.

"Nice one, onii-chan" I then spin in the air, gaining momentum for a huge swing.

"HAAARGH!" I then sliced the head of the boar cleanly and it fell to the ground. The body of the boar then flops to the ground, making a large thud upon impact.

I then landed gracefully, rest my sword at my shoulder and made a peace sign as a victory pose.

"And that's how you kill all of the monsters, onii-chan" I smugly said to Rudeus. He laughs wryly at my enthusiastic boasting.

However, I made a miscalculation.

The battle wasn't over...

*HOWL*

"!!" The last remaining assault dog lunges at my brother.

"RUDEUS!!" I rushed towards my brother, trying to save him from the monster.

Suddenly, I release a huge amount bloodlust from within me. The assault was petrified by the bloodlust I just released as if its lifeforce was taken.

And then,

*glows*

I then noticed that the blade of my Night Sky sword begins to glow purple. I then feel a surge of power entering my body. The power spread through my entire nervous system.

'What the hell is this? This power... is incredible'

I then used the power to quickly dash towards the assault dog and swing my sword.

"HAARRGH!" I sliced the dog's head off, killing it in the process.

Rudeus then fell on his butt and looks at the scene in wonder.

"Woah...." He was astonished at the display of raw power I just showed.

*pant* *pant*

I pant heavily as I feel quite fatigue from that particular sword swing, I just did.

"Onii-chan, are you okay?" I asked if he got hurt by the assault dog.

"I'm okay. Thank you for saving me there" I sighed in relief.

"Phew, that was close one. At least we definitely killed them all, right? Come on, bro. Hit me up with our [Special Greyrat Handshake]" I then extended my fist towards my brother, waiting for a fist bump.

"Yeah!" He then fist bump me, hand slaps twice, forearm bump, finger movement, and finally, a solid high-five.

"Nice! That feels so good! HAHAHAHA!" I cheerfully laughed

"Well then. Let's get out of here before more monsters come" I nodded and followed him out of the forest,

[Third POV]

The two siblings are exiting the forest safely, they walk at the path heading towards the exit of the forest.

"Let's go home, Onii-chan. I'm beat" Rebecca said as she puts her hands behind her head.

"Yeah, me too"

The two walk casually on the roadside, when suddenly...

"Take that, demon!"

"Yeah, go back to where you belong!"

"Take this!"

Shouts of negative oppression can be heard from a distance. The twins heard the noise and run ahead to see what's going on.

There, three children are picking up mud and throwing to a single child on the other side.

The sole child was crouching and defenselessly taking the hit of the bullies.

"That's awful..." Rudeus looks at the scene in utter pity.

Then suddenly bloodlust was released besides him. He looks at the direction of the bloodlust and saw Rebecca gritting her teeth and clenching both of her fists. She has the eyes of wanting to punch somebody.

Rudeus then grabbed her arms and Rebecca looks at him.

"Rebecca, whatever you do, don't beat them up" Rudeus warns his little sister who is prepared to lay waste to the bully children.

"But they are-"

"I mean it, Rebecca. Do you want Father to get mad at us?" Rudeus sternly lectures Rebecca.

"tch" She click her tongue in utter frustration and keeps looking at the scene.

Meanwhile, one of the bullies decided to take a step further. He picked up a solid rock to throw at the child.

"!!"

"Here, take this, demon" The bully winds up his throw.

"HEY! KNOCK IT O-"

When Rudeus rushed to stop the bully from throwing the rock, a fast blur run pass him in high speed.

The bully then throws the rock and it flies towards the child. However, someone then caught the rock in time.

"Hey! You are that knight's kid!"

"Yeah! What are you doing here? Get lost!"

"Don't pick on our fun!"

The bullies then recognized the person that caught the rock. It was Rebecca and she made it in time to save the child.

"Your name was Somar, right?" She asked the bully who throwed the rock.

"Yeah, so?" He confirms his identity to Rebecca.

"Do you see this rock you threw?" She coldly says as she shows the rock she caught

"Yeah, what about it?" Somar said as he starts to sweat.

"Well, watch this" She then uses her battle aura and covered her hand with it.

Then she clenched the rock on her hand.

*CRACK*

Rebecca easily crushed the rock she held with her barehand. The rock crumbled to several pieces and fell to the ground.

"!!" The bullies were surprised at the display Rebecca showed.

"See that? That's your head if you three don't get the heck out of here" Rebecca coldly and menacingly says, scaring the three bullies.

"EEEKKK!" The bullies then run away, scared of what Rebecca said to them.

Rebecca then dusted of her hand full of rock particles and sighed. She then turned around to check the child she just saved.

"Are you alright, bestie?" Rebecca then calls out to the crouching child.

The child looks at her and she was relief to see her.

"Rebecca-san!" The child then hugs Rebecca.

"Woah there. Slow down. You're covered with mud, Sylphy" Rebecca then calms Sylphy down who is glad to see her.

"Rebecca, is everything fine? Those bullies suddenly ran away. Did something happen?" Rudeus rush towards Rebecca and the child she saved.

"Everything is fine, onii-chan. I just warned those bullies and told them to scram" Rebecca explains the situation. Rudeus nodded and looks at the child.

The child has short green hair, red eyes and long elf ears. She wears a white hoodie that was dirtied by mud, white shirt and black shorts. She was timid and sheepishly clings to Rebecca.

"Wait, Rebecca. The hair is green. Is that a Sup-"

"If you're saying this one is a Superd, you'd be wrong. This child is not a Superd, but rather an elf." Rebecca rebukes Rudeus about Sylphy's race.

"Ah, is that so? Let's clean your friend's hair, shall we? Prompt them towards the creek over there and tilt their head downwards" Rudeus instructs Rebecca to bring Sylphy towards the creek. Sylphy then tilt her head slightly downwards.

Then Rudeus conjures a warm water from his hands. Sylphy then noticed the water ball and panicked.

"It's okay, bestie. Calm down. Onii-chan will just wash your hair, that's all." Rebecca quickly pacifies Sylphy and calm her down.

Sylphy then calms down when Rebecca says so. Then Rudeus pours the warm water to her head and mud came off from Sylphy's hair.

"WAH!" Sylphy was surprised by the sudden pour of water on her head. Then he uses hot air to blow dry Sylphy's hair.

"There you go. All done. Just change your clothes on your way home" Rudeus finished cleaning Syphy's hair and stands up.

"By the way, my name is Rudeus. what's your name?" Rudeus asked for Sylphy's name.

Sylphy as bit reluctant but complies to tell.

"My name is Sylph-"

*Wind blows*

A gust of wind blows in the air dampening the sound of Slyphy's voice.

"Sylph? That's a cool name! You're like a wind spirit!" Rudeus exclaims.

Sylphy wants to say something but decides not to and Rebecca wants to correct Rudeus but decided not to.

"So, where were you heading, bestie? You seem to be carrying something there?" Rebecca asked Sylphy what's her plan.

"I'm delivering this basket to father. He is at the watchtower right now" Sylphy explains her purpose.

"I see, let us take you there then" she says and Sylphy nodded.

Then the three went to where the watch tower was. When they came to the place, Rebecca told Rudeus to stay put at the bottom of the tower and both Sylphy and her climbed the tower.

"Good afternoon, Rawl-san" Rebecca greeted Rawls who is watching the surroundings. He then noticed Rebecca and Sylphy.

"Ah, Rebecca-chan. How do you been? and oh! Sylphy, what happened to your clothes and Rebecca as well. Did you two played in the mud?" He asked when he sees them with dirty clothes.

"Well, you see, Somar and his goons were at it again. They're been throwing muds at her and she transfer some of the mud when she hugged me" She explains the situation. Rawls nodded in understanding.

"I see. Honestly, those kids won't stop harassing my daughter. Even when you reported them to their parents, they are still doing it" Rawls complains about the bullies.

"I know right. They won't learn their lesson after being warned so many times. I really want to punch them but I held back and didn't do it because I'll be in trouble if I do" Rebecca also complains. Both of them laughs when they both have something to complain.

"Anyway, you can go now. What will you guys going to do after this?" Rawls asked about their next plan.

"Well, we could play with my brother for a while"

"Oh? Your brother is here? That's good. My daughter has another friend" Rawls said happily.

"Hehe. Well, we will be off now, Rawls-san" Rebecca said as she turns away and went to the ladder area.

"Ah, see you then, you two" Rawls wave them goodbye, seeing them off.

The two meets with Rudeus and walks away from the watchtower.
