Chapter 9

The next day, Zen woke up from his deep sleep.

"Good morning Irene." Zen said after getting up.

[Good morning Zen.]

Zen then started to get up and tried to stretch his body for a while, before he started his activities.

After finishing stretching, Zen then started taking a shower and getting ready for breakfast at the luxury hotel where he was staying.

After arriving at the hotel restaurant, Zen started to take food and prepared to eat, but suddenly his smartphone rang indicating he had received a message.

After seeing the message, a smile immediately appeared on Zen's face. Indicates he is very happy with the contents of the message.

The message came from Suguha, who gave news of the time and place of their meeting.

The message asked Zen to meet with Suguha at a park near the hotel Zen was staying at. Fortunately, that park was the garden where, Zen was looking for information and saw Suguha for the first time.

The message continued with the time that Suguha had set, which was when she had come home from school and was confirmed by Zen.

After they discussed the place and time of their meeting, they finally continued to exchange messages with small talk, until Suguha ended the conversation because she was leaving for her school.

After finishing replying to messages Zen started to finish his breakfast and wanted to go out to buy clothes, because currently Zen only has one set of clothes, which he bought the first time in Alaska.

The time for their meeting was near, Zen who had finished shopping and rested for a while began to prepare himself.

Zen planned to go to the meeting place 30 minutes before their appointed time. Currently Zen is wearing a white t-shirt with a casual suit and black pants and wearing white shoes.

Zen finally left for the place they had agreed on, then sat down on the bench where he first saw Suguha. The sight of Zen sitting on a park bench did not escape the attention of the surroundings, but Zen ignored all of that by watching his smartphone while waiting for Suguha.

After Zen waited, finally the person he had been waiting for arrived, a woman who was still wearing her gray uniform, but at the moment she was not carrying her kendo sword.

"Sorry for making you wait so long Uchiha-san" said Suguha who sat down next to Zen's seat.

Zen who saw Suguha who was sitting next to him and still wearing his school uniform immediately smiled.

"It's okay Kirigaya-san, I was just waiting for you for a while" Zen said with a smile on his face.

Seeing Zen's smile, Suguha immediately blushed, she started to remember yesterday's incident, where she had always been thinking about Zen since she got home.

"Shall we go straight to the real estate agent or should we go to lunch first?" Zen asked, even though the time they met was well past lunchtime.

"Whatever, Uchiha-san I'm just following" said Suguha as she calmed herself down.

"Kirigaya-san, how about you call me Zen from now on, because I feel weird if I keep being called by my surname, because where I come from they always call me Zen" Zen reasoned.

"W-Okay now I'll call me Z-Zen-san, and you can also call me S-Suguha" said Suguha who was still blushing and tried to hide it by looking down.

"Alright, Suguha-chan how about we get some lunch first?" Zen said

"W-Alright Zen-san" said Suguha who was still embarrassed.

Then the two of them started to leave that place and started walking to find a restaurant for lunch around the area.

Suguha had started to control herself and started talking normally to Zen. And the two of them were looking for a restaurant while having small talk.

Finally they both found a restaurant and ordered food there. While still small talk they began to finish their food and began to continue looking for a real estate agent to rent an apartment for Zen.

"Where should we go Zen-san?" asked Suguha after the two of them left the restaurant.

"I've been looking for some real estate agents on the internet, so let's head to this location" Zen said while pointing an address to Suguha.

"Okay." he answered.

Then they both started to go where they were going.

Finally the two of them arrived at the housing agency and started asking for some information along with the price for renting an apartment.

Zen plans to rent a cheap apartment, because he knows, that once he gets into the death game, Zen will be transferred to the hospital.

"So Zen-san, it's 250,000 yen in all" said a real estate agent.

"Okay" said Zen

"Irene, can you exchange the store points to 250,000" Zen said then to Irene.

"Alright Zen-san please wheethis form and can you show me your ID?" asked the estate agent.

Then Zen started to take out the identification items that he had changed into his previous passport and showed it, then Zen started filling out the required forms.

After all the payment and administrative processes are complete, the sales agent will escort Zen to the new apartment he rented.

"Sorry to keep you waiting Suguha-chan" Zen said after finishing his business.

"It's okay Zen-san, it's my wish to accompany Zen-san to rent an apartment." replied Suguha.

Then they both left the place and began to follow the real estate agent.

"Alright Zen-san, this is the apartment you're renting" said the estate agent.

The apartment that Zen rents is not very big but has decent facilities. After talking for a while, the estate agent finally said goodbye.

After the estate agent said goodbye, Suguha started helping Zen to tidy up the place until the afternoon.

"How about I take you home Suguha-san, because it's getting late. And I also go back to my previous hotel to pick up my things there" said Zen

"Okay" replied Suguha

Then the two of them exited the place and walked towards Suguha's house.

On the way nothing special happened between the two of them, they just chatted lightly. And they arrived at the intersection near Suguha's house.

"Alright, stop here Zen-san. My house is over there." said Suguha while pointing towards her house.

"Alright Suguha-chan, thanks again for accompanying me to find an apartment" said Zen

"Alright, see you later Zen-san" he said as he waved his hand and started to leave the place.

Seeing Suguha who had disappeared from his sight, Zen then returned to the hotel he rented to pick up his things and move them to his new apartment.
